The salesperson was very friendly and provided me some options on which type of luggage to buy. He didnt push anything on me either. Very professional and I was very impressed his easy going attitude towards me. I wish I knew the guy's name but it was on older white dude working Saturday nights. It was a good range of the Golden Technology offerings (high-tier American-designed medical grader power lift recliner manufacturer in Pennsylvania). I spoke with Kevin, the store manager, and associate Chris. Both were very knowledgeable about the chairs, patient as I tried them out, and helpful in advising me on what I might need for my situation (upcoming back surgery). I'm happy to recommend Mobility City in Milpitas if you need a power lift recliner, and they also have a wide selection of electric chairs/scooters, walkers, etc (I didn't inspect closely, but they had neat, ordered rows of equipment on display and space in the store for customers to demo). Also, if you stop in the store, make sure to say "Hi" and give some pets to Circuit, the super friendly dog.

I had a truck reserved for a Friday evening, received a confirmation the day before that I could pick it up the next day.. in a town an hour away. I don't want to go into specifics because it has all been resolved by Andrea Lynn. I had called to get it all sorted out. I was put on hold three times, transferred twice and hung up on twice, presumably due to their inefficient phone system because even at that point I wasn't upset. I get that it was close to the weekend and lots of people are choosing to move at this time prior to the Summer rush. Yes I was upset that they reserved a truck so far away. Yes I was upset that an agent told me there was nothing I could do about it. Yes, I was offended when someone suggested should take a 10' instead of a 17'...... life happens. However, Andrea listened to my situation, saw how it was affecting my entire move/family/life and did a little research. She offered me the truck I needed for a day later, even gave me that free day. As a person who knows compromise is less time-consuming than complaining, I took her up on it! Moving one day later, but peace of mind makes it sweet! Thank you Andrea Lynn. I hope someone who knows you will read this and let your supervisor know that I appreciate you going above and beyond to help me and my family! Wouldn't listen, kept telling me to wear them and allow my hurting feet time to adjust. My knees and hips started hurting and I had to stop wearing them. Waste of money and time. Inspiring commercials brought me in…read more Came in on a weekend. Very nice greeting to bring you in. Sat down and was offered to rest feet on a vibrating machine. It did help to feel comfy, but I think it's to prep for the sales pitch. Salesperson take an imprint of your foot (don't worry you can wear your socks). Also, your feet are sized to determine your shoe size and width. Salesperson then informs you which arch support is better based on the imprint. After returning, salesperson brought a few arches to test. Then did a few "test" to see if it made a difference by relieving foot or lower back pain. Eventually salesperson determined a 3 part (arch and a set of instructions on the "use" time so your foot has time to adjust muscles or realign your posture/back. Along with the 3 pairs of arch supports, a few insole covers, (ergonomic?) socks and a pair of Brooks sneakers, the package ran $1550 (+/- $100) w/ a replacement warranty. Now I know each customer has their own needs, but just sharing this experience. Salesperson, of course, saw the shock. Salesperson suggested applying for a credit line, FSA or HSA. Salesperson did reduce to offering a 2 pair/set for $1000 ish. (each pair of arch support $500ish) Minutes later, New customers came in and salesperson quickly cleaned up and basically wrapped up the consultation. With products in arms/hands, salesperson turned to the walk in customer and greeted them and offered a place to sit. By walking away, Salesperson abruptly concluded the consultation, by walking to the next consultation area to service the walk ins.

I walked in to purchase the latest and greatest Samsung phone, the Samsung S26 Ultra phone with extended storage, a $1500 phone, and possibly a matching Samsung watch between $400 and $700. That's over a $2,000 purchase. It also would have essentially resulted in a 3 year service agreement. I left canceling the order while another frustrated customer waited during my mess of a shopping experience -- the manager (at least she said she's the manager*) and sales rep, arguing with me about my sharing my perception of the service they provided me. As I reflect on the experience, I wonder if the rep and manager purposefully treated me poorly because they don't make money on these types of sales and just wanted to get out of there and go home...or something like that. Anyhow Cristina, the sales representative, seemed inconvenienced and annoyed from the start when I walked in about fifteen minutes before they closed. Her answers to my questions were curt and barely one sentence responses. Even her information regarding the comparison of my current Samsung Watch to the new Samsung8 was about one sentence based on her looking at a Google search on her phone. My same search provide at least a couple paragraphs explaining the differences with much more helpful information. Overall, I found the experience very dissatisfying, negative and disappointing. I own a small business in the area with about ten lines with Verizon and was amazed that the level of service I received was so rude and inconsiderate. Towards the end, the manager, Kaitlin, started to speak to me in a threatening manner, suggesting I grabbed Cristina's arm. I did not grab anybody's arm. If anybody at Verizon, or the owners of the store, read this review and go back to watch the video I would appreciate them coaching the staff on how to interact with customers and provide a very basic level, if not higher level of service to what is hopefully a relatively high value customer. Threatening customers is no way to grow a business. * Kaitlin, who said she's the manager, was looking at her phone virtually the whole time I was in the store. I find it hard to believe that she's actually the manager. Either way, her manager or the owner of the store, should probably take a look at this experience which happened at about 7:50-8:15 pm on Friday, May 8th and follow up with a discussion with the two of these people.
