Additionally trash is taken out and you don't have to worry about it at the end of the party which was another selling point to us. The first one just walked off because she was leaving. But common courtesy would be to say something like, someone will be right with you. It was like they were afraid to make eye contact for fear they had to do their jobs. I had to ask and make myself known and was basically shooed away. Once by the cashier next to the pickup counter and once by an associate that was walking out to the case to unlock it. Horrible service and I will never use this service again. Don't offer a pick up if you can't staff people there. Would have been to just given free shipping so your not friendly staff don't have to service anyone. This is why retail is going to die.
