He gave me a $25,000 plus for installing 11 fixtures, and moving a gas pipe 7 feet away. Not even in the most expensive cities like San Francisco and New York plumbers charge this much. Tod is a very friendly and honest man. He's very punctual, and to me, he seems to be a perfectionist. His price was very affordable. He installed a new water heater and ran into quite a bit of problems. My water heater's been leaking for a while and damage the top of it and some dry wall. The base that it was sitting on got a lot of damage too. He fixed all those things and made a new base. He knows his job well and explained what he did. We had a last minute repair that needed to be done on a house we were selling. I called on Saturday morning at 0900hrs to see if they could come out same day . Not only were they very responsive they came out 2 hours later and had it fixed inside of 45 minutes . The receipt for services was emailed to us with 2 hours or so and it even came with a YouTube video of repair with explanations of what was done and why . I can honestly say that is the best experience with a repair service I've ever had . Price was VERY reasonable , especially taking into account it was last minute SAME day. We first called them for an estimate on some possibly extensive work and Tod was so honest and fair and actually recommended a much less expensive and intrusive plan. Imagine an honest guy looking out for the customer? You don't find that very often and it says a lot about his integrity. We next hired Tod and his daughter to install a new sink, toilet, shower fixture etc. They were prompt with call back and great with communication (I find this very unusual with home repairs). They tore out our old cast iron bathtub from our second story bathroom; carefully removed all the debris from the house; and installed a new tub along with new plumbing. The new tub that had been delivered to our house had a crack, and they took it back to the store and picked up a new one (at no extra cost to us), so that we would not have to wait for a replacement tub to be delivered by the store. The water heater recently had to be replaced and again, Tod picked up a new water heater that day and installed it. Tod's prices are very reasonable. He spent a good amount of time here, making sure he was very thorough in his evaluation as to whether or not it would be feasible to run a line to our ice-maker, as well.
