Despite my clear and polite refusal, the associate continued to solicit the membership four additional times. This level of persistence felt like undue peer pressure and is a primary reason why I am hesitant to join your membership program. I request that you review your sales protocols to ensure that a customer's initial preference is respected. Additionally, I have noticed that the tire-shine equipment consistently leaves a poor residue on my vehicle. Wow I'm so glad a competitor opened up close to me! The first car wash place we had a membership at was good for maybe a year and then as parts failed, the service just went downhill quickly. We have been members now of the Club Car Wash near Dripping Springs for several months and all three of our family cars are frequently cleaned there. We have ALWAYS had great friendly service, fully operational equipment with some cool added features and we love the hours that make a car cleaning after work completely doable. My routine is I drive through the full service lane even though I'm a member and I am greeted with friendly hospitality. This is where I grab a fresh towel to wipe down my car while I am going through the automatic car wash. I can also ask for free car air fresheners that I put under my seats as I'm waiting to go through the line. And the line does not take very long. There is an optional tip jar for the operators who pre-wash the front and back of the car to help with removal of dead bugs. I like to give them a buck or two. Then you'll be guided into the car wash by one of these employees and be asked to put your car in neutral. Turn off any automatic windshield wipers, bring in your mirrors and make sure your windows are up. The first time I went through I was surprised to see all the colored foam from the lights so I like to open the viewing panel of my sunroof and play some rock while I'm wiping down the inside of my car. At the end of the car wash tunnel there is a place you can drop off your towel if that's all you're going to do or you can drive out to one of the stalls that are equipped with great vacuums that hang from high so that they don't get in your way while you're vacuuming. There are stations close by with more fresh towels, and spray bottles of a mild cleaner. There are also two crazy machines that will brush and bounce all the dirt and debris off of your floor mats. I was a little nervous the first time I tried this and could just envision my long hair going in there too, so make sure you're careful because this machine does a great job of getting all that lint pet hair and dirt off so that you don't have to vacuum that part. I hope that this chain of car washes stays strong and continues to provide consistent cleaning service. Some might say there is a perk to washing your car because it triggers rain. I can say while this has happened to me, It is not a for sure thing. But there is a sure thing in this club car wash location and that's you'll be glad you used their service. read more

Excellent From the beginning check-in with courteous booth assist that explained all my options. Grand opening deal with three months at $10 each with unlimited car washes. Moving on to the bay with a good prep to my car by the team and onto the automatic wash. The dry area was very clean. They offer towels, vacs, and air. It was an enjoyable experience. DO NOT take your car here if you care about it at all. For the first time since I was in college I reluctantly drove my BMW through a car wash with college kids slinging sprayers and brushes slapping my car. Upon getting out of the car I noticed the one and only scratch I've gotten on this car on my rear hatch. About 5 inches long. There's also a four inch faint scratch higher above it. I immediately filed a claim on site. They called me four days later to say 'we can't see it happening in our entrance and exit videos' which we can't share with you, so you're out of luck. As all of us high end car owners know. You enter these things at your own risk with no accountability safety net. Worth the extra drive to a touch less or car was or the extra money to hand wash. An absolute breath of fresh air. I am so grateful for this place opening up right next to home I can barely express myself. Austin and his team at Club exemplify a level of service virtually unseen in the 21st century. Much improved experience. Fast pass lane worked without issues. There are towels and windex on both sides now so I don't have to walk far. I really love the view more than any other Club location and this is by far, the most pristine location of the franchise. I decided to give this relatively new business in the Bee Cave, TX area a try. The day was sunny but very windy, making communication with the attendant sketchy; and I thought I was getting the bottom rung $10 wash on my F250. And the wash did prove good although the right side exterior rearview mirror got pinned to the door by one of the big brushes. When I got home I examined the receipt and found that I had "bought" the "Unlimited VIP" plan and would be charged $30 monthly for this privilege. I called corporate and they agreed to credit my card for $20 and terminate the plan. I don't know if it was a communication error on my part; but I thought the Oregon license plates would have provided a clue that I was not likely to be around for frequent washes.... read more

FYI: notice that the reviews less than five stars are just whining about the price alone, not the quality received! I bought the top tier MVP subscription, because I wanted the ceramic coating without "wax"... The entire process takes 3 to 5 minutes, depending how many people in front of you! The wheels and tires come out amazing, with "Tire black" treatment! I would have to spend 2 to 3 hours of my own labor to achieve this result! Minimal additional "drying and wipe down" required! Quality Cleaning towels are supplied as well. Windows come out amazing! Only the rear window requires any drying, as well as side mirrors. If you're in a rush, just drive through and go! We have only been a couple of times and so far we have been happy with the cleanliness and organization of this business. The young lady at the entrance was friendly each time we've visited. The car came out nice and clean and all parts of the car wash seemed to be in good working order and actually cleaned the vehicle. It was good to see people pre-wash the vehicle prior to entering the tunnel. We appreciate the rags offered at the entrance as well as the cleaner and extra rags when you go to vacuum. It is a well maintained facility and hope they will continue to keep it up. I am sure there are cleaning packages that give the most bang for your buck, but we tend towards the single basic wash as that seems to suit us best. read more

I joined the Club when it was brand new and they had the $10 monthly special until it went up to $40 about Oct. I loved this carwash until last Thursday 1/30. I exited the wash, made it onto the middle of Four Star Blvd & stopped hearing a loud scraping noise. It was the skid plate that is a large panel under the front underside of all vehicles to protect the motor & other parts under the hood. My husband works close by and came up to remove it entirely. I was very uncomfortable with the idea of dust and anything on the road getting up in that area so I went to the Nissan dealer the next day. I bought all the necessary clips to repair it, which was. $129.90. Nissan City Limits on the motor mile were so nice, they offered to put it on for me. I've finally received a call from someone in the corporate department of Club Carwash Tuesday 1/4. She asked me if it was a good time to discuss the claim and I said yes I have good news on that. It was relatively inexpensive to get the clips and Nissan put it on for me at no cost. She jumped in and started telling me that the part was hanging down before I entered the Carwash and they would not pay anything. She said they have cameras at the entrance and the photos show part of the cover hanging down she said it was very hard to tell because it wasn't hanging very low, but that I should have known about It. I asked her to send me the photos from their cameras and you really can't see anything that looks like a part hanging down. Her tone could not have been nastier as she repeated continuously that they would not help pay for anything and their Carwash had nothing in the tunnel that could have caused the undercarriage cover to come off. It was very upsetting to be spoken to in that manner, and I got off the call as she is still repeating they will not pay for anything at this point she was practically yelling. I let her know I needed to go and I would wait and look at her pictures. She was emailing. I really don't know what to do now because I did like that car wash a lot and it was very convenient. The manager Austin is very friendly and professional. When they first opened, he came over to me at my car while I was drying the outside and using their complementary towels & Windex on my windows. Safety procedures need mass improvement! The sprayer/direction person at the entrance stands between the two cars that they are cramming in and is waving you in as he is spraying the driver's side windshield. This blocks the driver's vision and could easily cause the worker to be crushed between the two cars. Spray the drivers side as the car enters and there's plenty of space before getting close to the car in front. Please educate your workers before a horrible accident occurs! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! My husband got his car washed here and their machine created massive scratches on the hood, fender, and trunk. The employees also used the power washer too close to the bumper and took off paint chunks over 6 inches large. We basically have to have the paint completely redone. The employee working admitted that there have been issues with scratching. To make matters worse, Club Car Wash is refusing to take any accountability and refusing to pay for the damage they caused. Overall, a nice, new facility. The check-in staff was very kind and professional. My chief complaint is that if I am paying $25+, I want full service meaning someone to vacuum and windex for me. I used to live in Albuquerque, NM where the Octopus Carwash employees always vacuumed the interior and windexed the windows, as well as dried the car after going through the wash plus I got to pick an air freshener. There does not seem to be anything like that in this area. As I'm normally running errands with my toddler, full service like this would be worth the extra cost to me. read more

I've just noticed that they've had other problems with major scratches from their machines. I just took my Mercedes to the one in Austin on Ranch Road 71 and I have massive scratches down to the base which can be matched up to a part of their machinery, which did it, incidentally help our brain dead and known nothing about Customer Service or what to do.
