So me and family visited Florida from Georgia for the weekend. We bought 2 bottles and VIP section on top floor. Within 30 mins of entering club a security guard aggressively approached my wife asking her for number and when I stepped in he kick all of us out with no refund. I really hope people read this review because it can really save u from a disastrous night. This is not the first time an issue has an occurred with security and how they handle it's paying customers! We even tried to talk to owner about refund be he declined. If I could rate 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I, along with our friends, decided to check out this popular nightclub in Tampa that our friends had previously visited and highly recommended. Unfortunately, our first experience was far from enjoyable and left us overcharged, injured, and underwhelmed. Our friends had previously paid a fair price ($500) at this club for two bottles of alcohol and a VIP section, so we aimed to get the same deal. However, the managers were inconsistent with their pricing, demanding $500 more than what our friends had paid just a month prior. Despite our attempts to understand the price hike, we received no good explanation and they were firm on a price of $1000 for the same package. While waiting for a price settlement I watched the white guy with cross tattoos on his neck allow 2 underage girls inside free of charge. Not only is that a liability but that's bad business especially when you have a group of people trying to spend money and have fun. We reluctantly settled for a VIP section with a single bottle at $350, only to be moved to a different section after an hour. The section they moved us to was terrible and disappointing--a single couch and a small coffee table, which was inadequate for our group of seven. To make matters worse, people from the crowd repeatedly knocked everything off our table, and on the third occasion, a fight started after someone was pushed onto our table, AGAIN! Security was inattentive and unhelpful, failing to effectively keep those people out of our section, resulting in my ankle getting injured when someone stepped on me with their heel. As a bartender at a club in downtown Orlando and Miami, I found this experience entirely unacceptable. The excessive pricing, lack of space, poor security, and constant disruptions made it a thoroughly unenjoyable night. This place use to be good. For a while it was okay and now just bad. This is not a reflection of most of the staff but Edward your promoters are single handedly ruining the vibes. Terrible vibes at 11:30pm cover is $15 with no re entry and barely anyone is here. This club is lame compared to Tangra or Castle for a Saturday night. It might have been better as a lady if I could have been able to go to my car and grab something (wallet) and come back later. Maybe a system for re entry without 30min allowed so club can fill up some more or so. We went for the New Year's Eve party and it was awful, we bought VIP tickets and left after 11 because we were not having any fun and did not receive what we were told we would get with our tickets. There was not a Burlesque show of any kind, waitresses were dressed in corsets and thongs and they were busy talking with employees and not interacting with guests. The advertisement said the party started at 7 and to come early to get rooftop seating, they didn't open the VIP floor until after 10pm and the 4th floor and rooftop until after 11. When I bought my VIP ticket I was told the Burlesque show would be on the 3rd floor, the whole reasons why we bought VIP tickets. Fun club, great atmosphere. Cages, dancing, and 5 levels. VIP is the way to go, you'll have access to the elevator to access all floors. Otherwise you'll need to use the stairs. The rooftop was the best area in my opinion. read more

Had a great time here for a bachelor party in from out of town. Booked a table and bottle service with JP who was super helpful and accommodating. We were on the fourth floor and roof. Paid 200 for a vip section. Just to have my boyfriend kicked out and punched (totally illegal) by bouncers that have also put hands on my girl friends before. This club always has a long line to get into, is overly packed in almost every floor and has some interesting people (not the good kind!) I used to come here with friends, mostly the rooftop where they play dancehall and you can actually breathe. It's a good time if you are with a good group of friends but I wouldn't recommend coming here solo. I'd also be careful on the other floors where it's so packed that you are basically squashed next to everyone around you. If you want more space you can get into the VIP rooms, some nights the guards were nice and we were able to get in for free, they have a chill vibe going which is nice. I give it 3 stars because some nights the music is really good and I've had some fun nights in here. I LOVE the concept of this place! I was here last Saturday, Aug 2. If you know someone who is hella picky of what they like to dance to or if you just like everything, you'll fit right in here. Only thing they dont play is techno, so if you only dance to techno, you might not enjoy it here on a Saturday night. I don't know how it goes on other nights, as this was my first time in Ybor City. The bottom floor played all top 40 popular music. The 2nd and 3rd floors were VIP and Hip hop (I don't remember which was on which floor. Sorry!) The 4th floor was Reggaeton/Salsa/Other Spanish music. And the 5th floor played reggae and some reggaeton. And if you needed some fresh air, the 5th floor was entirely open to the nightsky. Really pretty. If you are feeling lazy, they even have an elevator so you don't have to take the stairs, but man, it was hella fun! People there were out to have a good time and just enjoy themselves. The crowd? Average, but some were pretty hot. Age ranged from mostly younger 20somethings to some younger 30 somethings. And they also blocked each level just to create massive line and crowd in the level before. All the levels play same hip hop, Drake-esque music. Some 90s hip hips were played for a little but not as much. No EDM to be heard. And what's the dress code of this place? This was not some glitzy club.. lmbooo... it was a kiddy club in Ybor City, so his behavior was unnecessary and the fact that he upped the price was ridiculous... even his explanation when asked, which was "It was the line you were standing in." As if there were multiple lines to stand in... or like I was awarded something special for the chosen line I picked with a higher prices. So basically, since my gf didn't have $20 cash, I had to pay $40 for 60 minutes to basically be molested, inside of this trash club. Went with 3 girls 3 dudes and EVERYONE GOT FELT UP (and no they were not asking for this attention). Like I said, the staff is useless outside of being cash deposits. Watch out for the grabby hands! I left early but when my friends got back they were weirded out by the "security" who kept obviously hitting on them. That's just one more unprofessional experience (on top of the normal club harassment). -Bouncers:The other staff that was in charge of letting people into different levels were completely incompetent. They had no idea what maximum capacity was or who they were supposed to be admitting or targeting per club level. Really devoid of the basics of crowd management. Nothing was coordinated or planned and it really showed in the jam ups and uneven distribution of dance floor space per person. -Sketchy: I was trying to get drunk and I couldn't help but keep noticing the same 3 people following us on every different "level". It was uncomfortable and obvious targeting by people who have done this before.They repeated the same approach multiple times. The scammers were more professional and coordinated than the staff. Other than the bathrooms I didn't feel relaxed enough to enjoy a drink (and the last places I went clubbing was in Romania and Budapest). -Slip n' Fall: Do you want to twist an ankle? Or fall down a flight of crowded stairs? This place is a structural catastrophe. You walk all those stairs and each level is the exact same but with less breathing space. I slipped and fell down the stairs and got some bruises for as my souvenir from Club PrayNo. But falling down stairs in heels is not what ruined it for me. What bothers me is what a disappointing waste of time, money, and effort the whole fiasco was. All pain, no gain, just regret. -Dance Scene: The vibe was wack. Even the hired dancers were tired . There are no dancers on the first level you have to climb like 4 flights to see a exhausted dancer wearing all black in black light. Who planned that?! Not enough space to dance in the levels that have the right energy . Like clubs are supposed to be packed but this was just simple math; the 1st floor is a ghost town and the 4th floor feels like there's more feet than oxygen. -General Advisory: Do NOT go here if you are in your mid 20s, have standards, care about your group's safety, don't enjoy hiking up tiny staircases in heels, and want to have a nice time on spring break. We brought out of town guests and I was SO embarrassed. It's one of those terrible experiences you laugh about 3 yrs from now. This is a great place to apply everything you learned in a risk management class, but heavy on the damage control! -Music: Nice mix of mainstream music.
