If I ask my parents they would say it seems to take a bit, I had to remind them the food comes out piping hot. I've been traveling a lot to help with family, and being that I have had great service and help from the crew at Hawaiian Airlines, I chose to take Jollibee sandwiches for those at the airport and the flight crew as a small "thank you" for their help. I have no doubt most will be back for more if there's a Jollibee in reasonable range of where they are. The location has the typical noise level of any fast food location. There is a good amount of seating for parties up to about 10 people, with tables and chairs inside and outside of the restaurant. The restrooms are clean and well kept - always a good sign for any fast food location. Came with one egg fried and corn beef hash. My only complaint was that there were a third of the tables that were empty. Still we had to wait to be seated.
