During all of this time, they never called me one time with an update. Not once. They didn't tell me the misdiagnosis until way after. They didn't ask me if they could tear the car apart. They didn't tell me they had no mechanic to put it back together. I had to call myself and pester them to find out what was going on. Worse yet, the noise came back less than 2 weeks later. Take your car somewhere else.
