I was looking for gifts for 4 of my friends. I went to the outlet in Napa and everyone was so kind. I wanted a few other items and called the store in Livermore. The gal that answered the phone acted like I was bothering her. I was looking for 4 notebooks and 4 wallets, not a cheap purchase. She didn't want to go see if she had the items on the floor and said maybe they are in the back. She also indicated that she couldn't go look for me. I asked her to check the floor, she said "OH OKAY'. She put the phone down and came back and said "WE DONT HAVE THAT ITEM ON THE FLOOR" REALLY, DID SHE EVEN LOOK. I get it that you're busy, but at least go look and see if it is on the floor. I AM SPENDING MY MONEY, NOT YOURS. I was so put off by her dismissiveness, I went to Michael Kors and bought the note books, wallets, and business card holders. I occasionally peruse the Coach Outlet online, and this is pretty much the in-person version of the site. It's mostly similarly priced items/similar items in general, and is actually a pretty big store with lots of variety. I found the service to be pretty friendly here overall, and wouldn't mind going again if I had to for whatever reason. That being said, I'd probably just prefer shopping on the site if I ever have the need to. If you're a Coach fan though, I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the area. ;) read more

This is the 3rd Coach outlet store I've been to in the past year and a half. (Livermore, Petaluma and now here.) So, these stores are some serious distance from each other, but the staff from all three are all outstanding. I walk in and was immediately given a small flyer: 50% off the entire store, additional 40% off clearance items. After browsing through, two identical purses (with different colors) caught my eye, and for whatever reason, I just couldn't make up my mind which to get. (I'm not one to get two different colored purses with identical styles.) Frankie, who was nearby, might have noticed I was kinda having trouble picking out the winner. He made his suggestion and an explanation behind it. I took both purses, placed both on a bench, and took a picture to send to Hubbers (since I value his opinion.) While waiting for him to reply, Rebecca came by offering to help as well. Like Frankie, she gave her opinion and her own reasoning behind it. (It's kinda interesting - their opinions were pretty parallel to each other!) Although appreciated, I went against their advice. The one they didn't pick out just popped a lot more to my appeal. Hubbers agreed. And it was a steal with the markdowns. FUN FACT: They are expanding the store, according to both Frankie and Rebecca. There's a 2nd floor to look forward to. We went for a little pre-black Friday shopping since most of the stores started their sales early. There was a line queue to get into the store, but the line moved quickly. I actually really liked that they did this, because the store wasn't crowed and you didn't have to worry about people crowding in on your personal space. The employees were all really helpful, especially Jose. This isn't a store I shop at often, but I wouldn't hesitate to return. All in all we had a very good experience at this location. read more

I went in this morning to shop for the wife, and as soon as I walked in I i saw some men's shorts that caught my attention. Richard who had just opened the front door went far and beyond to accommodate me since those came shorts were the last pair. He also helped me out with a polo shirt I needed. Not only did I not feel pressured but he was beyond friendly and was ready to help with anything that I needed and I really appreciate that! Towards the end of my visit I was helped by a lady named Carla, she got me the jacket I needed even tho I didn't end up taking it, she was a lot help as well. Went to the Coach outlet today to return a Christmas gift. Outlet parking was insanely packed (it's January 2, 2019), after circulating a bit we did find a spot behind the outlets. There is also a parking structure there. no need to pay valet. We entered the mall and the music was insanely loud. Map of the stores was displayed. Coach outlet was not far from the directory map. Coach store has two levels and you can do your return on either level. The store was packed with people and products. We qued up and made our return. They had about 6 registers open on the lower level and our check out return went smoothly. In general 'too people-y' for me. The store, itself, smoothly run. read more

Came to the Citadel Outlet tonight to get in a little Christmas shopping and take advantage of the lingering Black Friday sales. Decided to peek inside the Coach Outlet for giggles and was met by an employee who handed me a paper that said "Take an additional 50% off everything". What sorcery is this?! I thought there'd still be some sales to be had, but 50% off everything...even clearance items? Huzzah I shouted (in my head) as I practically shoved her aside to get inside faster. Being a weeknight, the Outlet wasn't terribly crowded, but I still had to keep my elbows up while trying to look at the merch inside the Coach store. These ladies beside me meant business as they were literally snatching the purses I was looking at if my hands weren't actually touching them. These Asian ladies were like the Imelda Marcoses of Coach handbags. Each one of them carried armfuls (I'm not exaggerating here!) of bags to the cashier. The woman ahead of me in line had 8 bags and whipped out this fat envelope of hundreds to pay with. Aggressive Asian aunties aside, I did well. Found great Christmas gifts for friends and family at awesome prices (wristlets were $19!!! NINETEEN DOLLARS EACH!!!). I love it when they have the 50% off everything sales, so I stock up on gifts for friends/family and me. Yay! read more

When did Coach get this hot?! To be honest, Coach used to strike me as an "old lady" brand. I swear ever since Stuart Vevers assumes the new role as creative director this brand has taken a whole new step in the fashion industry! Coach's image is now Chic and sleek street wear meets minimalist perfection! All of the designs I seen this past weekend (new and clearanced) look amazing! I guess this is moreso a review of the Coach brand itself? Lol Anywho! The service I received at the outlet this weekend was great. It was super packed and busy but there were still two friendly associates who approached me offering help. I really liked that! I came in looking for the DisneyxCoach collection and was literally digging around the store to find some pieces. One of the managers helped me and actually found me a wallet and keychain! I didn't get his name but I thought that was so kind of him. The only reason why I'm docking a star is because the actual store was suuuuuper farm from where we parked. There wasn't much parking to be found near the Coach store but a little walking never hurt nobody. Lol read more

Employees don't have to give out their real name, they can create any name they want as they allow them at Starbucks to avoid stalker customers.... You get the point. 4) They have their employees carry cheap calculators to assist customers in figuring out what the ACTUAL price of items are..... they need to issue higher quality calculators.... this also cheapens the Fantasy Experience. 5) They need to figure out a simpler way for customers to figure out what the ACTUAL price of something is, I witnessed so many customers struggling with this last night when I was there. I stopped here on a whim on a Tuesday night around 7:00 pm. Maybe I missed the big tour bus, but the shelves in the back room was pretty empty. The store had people but it wasn't crowded, and the line to check out had about 5 people, or so, consistently in line. I figured it was the week of Memorial weekend, so they would have some decent deals. No, not really. They marked down their full price stuff 20% (clearance 40%) and then gave you a coupon for 50% off. Nothing really wow'd me. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of Coach. I have about 10 handbags, too many wallets to count, sunglasses and jewelry. I love me my Coach, but the outlet merchandise seems to be getting more inferior every time I stop in. I do like that they expanded their merchandise to include shoes, but that means less space for handbags. The wallets selection was skimpy as well... just a handful of items, not reall worth my money. The retail store (which has completely different merchandise than the outlets) still makes me swoon, but so are the prices... but if I am going to pay $100 for cheap stuff or $300 for buttery leather, I'll splurge and pay at the retail store. Walked out with no new handbag, but just across the walkway is a Kate store, and I found a well stocked store and walked out with 2 great handbags. I'm an experienced shopper and frequently came to this store to check out Coach items for sale. There are couple incidents that I had at this store. 1) employees here are very entitled and rude. They do not respect you as a customer if you poorly dressed. It was my birthday month and they did not allowed me to used the 10% off because they said I have used it online- which was not true. They're very uptight about honoring promotions and will not try to help of accommodate you in store. 2) On Friday 04/23/2021, I came to asked if I could do an even exchange for a leather varsity jacket from a small to x-small with same style number, an exact same jacket. The manager name Stephanie told me that I have to pay the price difference because I bought it online cheaper. Before I came, I was told my customers support agent at Coach online store that I'm allow to do that and I've also confirmed this policy with other Coach stores. Despite this normal practice, Stephanie was very adamant that I cannot do an even exchange and she won't listened to my explanation. This is not the norm, and no where else have this practice which I can only perceived this is a discriminatory incident. Why was I not allowed to do an exchange and the company policy clearly said I can? I'm an Asian-American and perhaps this is a asian hate act as it is currently trendy in the country. I called Coach corporate to reported this and currently I'm still waiting for an answer from the management team. I hope this review help if you're considering shopping here. I would recommend Coach in Carlsbad or Ontario Mills Mall. Their more friendly and helpful. read more

Coach is one of my favorite brands and you will find me shopping here very often. I come so often that most of the sales associates know who I am. All of the sales associates have always been very helpful, which is another reason I continue to shop here. I have a bag that I bought at the retail store on Rodeo the week before, that didn't come with a strap. When I explained what had occurred to Christian, in sales, he was kind enough to give me one, so I put it in the bag that I was purchasing that day. At check out, I saw that the cashier that was attending me, Perla, had handed a strap to another guy behind the counter, but I didn't give it any importance. When I got home, I realized that the strap that she handed to guy was my strap that sales associate, Christian, had given to me. Rather than bringing the strap to my attention, she took it out with out telling me anything. She could have easily asked me about the strap. I feel offended that she secretly took it out, as if I was trying to steal it or trying to get away with something. I am very disappointed and feel disrespected that a customer who has spent thousands of dollars shopping here was treated this way. read more
