We ate at the Coast restaurant in the hotel. Service was friendly and attentive. The view was gorgeous overlooking the pool to the beach with the sunset. The meal was okay. Come for some drinks and the sunset!

    Grilled blackened grouper

Had dinner here last night and the food, service and ambiance were amazing! I had the grilled grouper and asked for it blackened. It was wonderful and served with a lemon beurre blanc sauce I asked for to be in the side. The risotto and asparagus were also cooked perfectly. The service was friendly, welcoming and above and beyond.

It was a very large portion and the oversize raviolis were topped with huge pieces of lobster meat, baby shrimp, sauce and shaved cheese.

From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Thanks to Angel and the kitchen for such an outstanding experience. Seventh South has earned a spot on our regular rotation whenever we're in Naples.

When we walked into the restaurant, we were presently surprised on how pretty the place transformed from what used to be Three60 Market. Cozy, rustic, chic. Since it is a small place, every table seemed to have a view of the river. They also had outdoor dining, which would be nice once the weather gets cooler. We arrived right when they opened so we were initially the only people there. However, that quickly changed in the next hour or 2. We were seated by the hostess, and our waiter quickly appeared. He was warm and friendly and was attentive throughout the night. They had a good selection of wines by the glass, and specialty cocktails From the summer dining specials, we all ordered different entrees. Everything was delicious. Both the appetizers and dinner were full portions. Great deal for the price. All of us will be coming back, and bringing our husbands.

Amazing service and delicious food…read more My friends and I went to The Local before a movie at the Regal movie theater nearby. We were seated in a comfortable booth, and the overall ambiance was so lovely with high ceilings. We got there in time to enjoy a happy hour dinner menu. I ordered the Pork Ragu over Gnocchi as featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives." It was so yummy! And the portion was very generous. Service was also very friendly and helpful. We had a great server. I'll definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Naturally smoked turkey with brie, pesto mayo, and tomato jam on gluten free bread, served with a fresh Caesar salad. Pretty good sandwich. The turkey was flavorful, the bread held up nicely, and the salad was crisp with a good coating of parmesan. Decent value for what you get. My wife ordered the fish tacos, which came with a side salad topped with blue cheese crumbles and red onion. The presentation looked great with nice char on the fish, fresh pico, and shredded cabbage piled high. But the execution fell short. The fish itself was chewy and not very tender. That's a problem when fish tacos are one of your popular dishes. On the bright side, our waitress was nice and attentive. No complaints on the service front. The cozy atmosphere lives up to the farm to table vibe they're going for. The Verdict: The Local delivers a decent lunch with good service and fresh ingredients. My smoked turkey sandwich hit the spot, but those fish tacos need work. Four stars for a solid overall experience, but maybe skip the tacos next time.

Excellent meal all around…read more Started with the deviled eggs. They were good, a little sweet, but the honey bacon that came with them was amazing. Great way to kick things off. I had the French dip sandwich and the meat was amazing. Tender, flavorful, piled high on a crusty roll with au jus for dipping and a side of fries. This is how a French dip should be done. Paired it with a cold Stella Artois and it was a perfect lunch. My wife had the tuna bowl, which was beautiful. Fresh ahi tuna with avocado, edamame, mango, radish, carrots, cilantro, crispy onions, and fresno peppers. Colorful, fresh, and packed with flavor. She loved it. The service was excellent. Attentive without being overbearing, kept everything moving smoothly. White tablecloth vibes with a comfortable atmosphere. The Verdict: Bricktop's delivered a five star experience. The deviled eggs with honey bacon were a great start, the French dip was outstanding, the tuna bowl was fresh and vibrant, and the service was on point. Definitely worth a visit.

No one greeted me, took my order, or even acknowledged that I was sitting there waiting. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that other gentlemen noticed I was being ignored as well. Newer customers were also being greeted and waited on. When the lack of service becomes obvious enough that other customers are noticing it, there is clearly a problem. After waiting and receiving absolutely no acknowledgment, I finally got up and left. I wasn't expecting special treatment--just the basic courtesy and service any customer should receive. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and extremely disappointing. No customer should be made to feel invisible in a restaurant. This has NEVER happened to me in my life!!
