It was so easy to rent a bike on this Friday. A QR code is present at the check in area. You fill out the information and provide your credit card data. You then fill out a simple waiver before you get your bike. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. You select your helmet and the staff provides the bike based on your build. You can then get a phone holder or a saddle bag for additional storage,if needed. It's all included in the price. We chose the $55 for 4 hours of biking. (It's $10 extra per hour over the 4 hours.) We were then provided a quick tutorial of the bike process and its functions to allow for a smooth and carefree ride. It was all so easy! Off we went for nearly 4 hours of exploring the area. I highly recommend this business for your an electric bike experience.

They provided us with a lock to lock the surrey and great suggestions on where to go and stop. We were able to take our time and saw all that we wanted to see within an hour. My husband and I have been to Monterey plenty of times but with the segways we took the local paths/dunes that we would never want to walk/bike. What a great way to see how beautiful Monterey is. We saw some seals and amazing waves! Luckily gloves were supplied because it was cold today. Graham was our guide today and we had a wonderful time with him. He was very patient with us when teaching us how to use the segways, made sure we were aware of any bumps and great with the crowd in congested areas. Very funny, sweet man. Absolutely recommend when visiting Monterey. There would still be plenty of time to go to the aquarium or hang around the downtown area if you do an early tour.

Rooster Wheels seems to be more of a mobile service now as their Marina location is currently closed. Izzy came to me to work on my bike. William and Izzy were very helpful and responsive. They installed my e-bike kit and then followed up to make sure everything was working properly. Definitely will be calling them again for my future bike repair needs.
