The crew was so kind and patient with him that he ended up becoming their biggest fan--he kept bringing them water, snacks, and even ice cream each day because he enjoyed having them around so much! Now, over a year has passed and my messages are now completely ignored. The three-year installation warranty turned out to be meaningless, and I feel like I was just strung along. I chose Tommy Bronkowski and EcoTurf because I trusted him, but I'm extremely disappointed by this experience.
