I wanted to write this review, we took our vehicles in here and they did the shittest job on cleaning the vehicles, windows were streaked, water running off the cars, tires and rims never cleaned,, i am warning you stay away from this place auto spa..and if tell them to reclean it they don't like that but to bad we pay good money to have the vehicles cleaned..... read more

I have been a Cobblestone member for 10 years. I moved to Sun City from Phoenix and went to Suprise location for awhile. I went to the other Bell location 5040 W Bell Road. They do such better car wash than the Suprise location. I have started going to this location now because they know how to make my car look good. My car is my baby. Guys you all know what I'm saying. Great job! I like that the vaccuums have good suction and they provide towels to wipe down the parts of your car that get missed from the dryer. The $8 wash did a nice job, and the guy taking my card was very polite. read more

I took my truck in to have it washed and when they removed the antenna they used a metal tool That scratched the antenna all up. When I pointed it out all The guy could say was I'm sorry. The worst car wash ever!!!! I explained to the gentleman that I wanted to wipe down the seats and all interior he said that service is the Diamond Wash which includes interior and exterior cleaning and it was for $45 dollars I said ok. The seats were not wiped down you can still see the milk stains that my 1 year spilled and some dirt was still on the carpet I could've washed the car myself. When I asked about why the seats were not wiped they said they were wiped and that the service I was looking for was detail which I did not order. read more

I have bee coming to Cobblestone carwash for 15 years and this Basic car wash for $17 was the worst quickest carwash I have ever experienced. After I paid they came and told me it was done. I was shocked how quick they were. Sure enough, as I suspected all they did was give the dash board a quick wipe down missing all the corners of dash, dash oars and side panels. The self proclaimed manager kept telling me it was a Basic car wash and then handed me a towel to clean my own car. After 15 minutes I got it all. Then noticed the wide doors and chrome grill was all spots. So I wiped all that down too. I asked for the manager again and he walked away saying it and a basic car wash. I will never go to this horrible carwash again. There is much better service at 27th ave Ave bell rd and 59th & bell road. read more

I have been coming here since it opened an I was so excited to have one close to my home now. I had a coupon which was 1 day expired due to the day befor it was raining. Um hello, not washing my car when its raining! I felt like I was inconveniencing the girl at the counter by having her ask her manager that since it was raining yesterday if he would honor it. I got the diamond was which was $44 so not a basic wash. BRENT the manager didnt even come up to the desk an he declined the request to honor the coupon an he didnt even have the courtesy to offer any other discount or to show his face. Everytime I come in the customer service is horrible....at least they can wash my car ok. The point is for the amount of money I spend there for car washes and details, I feel like they should have a little more customer service then an eye roll. read more

I was pleasantly surprised today, expecting to pay around $80 for my full-synthetic oil change. The tech informed me that full-synthetic wasn't necessary for my car, and recommended a synthetic blend, which was half the price. I gladly paid for other items they recommended and still walked away with a total bill that was under $100. I'll definitely be back when the sun is shining for my car wash. read more

Can't finish a detail within timeline promised!! My Toyota 4Runner needed some love and attention so I decided to say yes to the salesman when he sold me a detail. When I purchased the package the salesman said they could get it finished in a couple hours but I didn't have the time that day. I decided to drop it off the next Sunday at 8:50in the morning, thinking it wouldn't take long. The salesman that day originally told me it would be finished at 3:30. That's 6+ hours, totally not acceptable! I told him that and got him Dow to 12:30. Here it is 2 pm and I'm still waiting! I will never bring any of my vehicles here!! read more

Do not buy the unlimited membership!!! You will not be able to cancel it. They will give you a corporate number that goes to a answering machine and no one will ever call you back. I also called the store multiple multiple times and told either the manager would call me back or it would be taken care of. You will have to literally cancel your card and get a new one or they will continue to try and charge you! Avoid at all costs and maybe one day they will get their life together. I took my Jeep in and usually I just wait for it to finish and get going but this time I was at the area where you actually watch the cars going through. I got the ultimate which includes the Hot Wax and triple color wash but when I watch it go through the washes it didn't get the triple wash or wax. I informed the cashier and she informed the car wash attendant and they were able to run my ride in another time with the ultimate items added. Very quick and attentive to fix the problem. I called to find out how much interior and exterior wash would cost, I was quoted $21. Once I got there the salesman tried to upsell big time. I could hardly hear him and he was very rude and insistent. I finally said I was quoted $21, I ended up paying $25 for the same service. He said if I didn't pay the extra $4, there would be streaks of water and soap all over my car! I asked if they could please try to remove the remainder of a sticker on the inside of my windshield, he said normally they would except they were all out of razors that day. (really!?). The windows were not totally clean, and there are still spots on my car. When I got into my car, my radio was BLARING Mexican music. Will not return. read more

This was horrible. I splurged and got my car washed by this place sill service $35. They were done in 10 min. They left mud spots on my hood, inside they didn't wipe down doors seats or console piece. When I brought it the inside of my door to the boy's attention he started to wipe each door then he saw console and said he was so sorry. Spend another 10 min trying to fix it... such a bummer, I live a stone throw away, it's been several years since I've been there and now I remember why. read more

First time visiting this facility. I had my SUV detailed from Sean and his team. They did a great job. They went above and beyond my expectations. We've had stains on our cloth seats for over 5 years and they were able to get them out. We've had other companies try, but failed. Sean was able to work extra hard to get them out. I spent hours this morning applying rubbing compound to my daughter's 2012 Elantra. I cleaned on the inside, vacuumed, cleaned windows inside and out, cleaned door jams, etc. Car was looking great. All that was left was to have a wax coat done. I spoke to Jose about the $110 ceramic finish. He explained it was a spray on coating applied by hand. Of course this package also included all of the stuff I just did, but he would not adjust the price, so I let them do all of it again. He tried to upsell the hand polish using some machine for $125 which was half the actual price if we signed up for some plan that he would cancel immediately. This included clay rub, etc, which again I did not need after the hours of going over every square inch with rubbing compound. OK, so I get the $110 package thinking they would spray the ceramic coating on and rub with a cloth. I thought to wash, dry and apply the coating should take at least an hour or 2. I got a call 29 minutes later to say my car was done. When I showed up, the car looked worse than when I left it. There were spots where the water ran off and left dirt on the bottom of the door frames. There was a fine layer of dust and grit all over the car which was not there when I left it. When I brought up the timeline, I was told that it should take 60-90 minutes to complete. I explained the issue was not it taking a long time, but 29 minutes. Maybe the ceramic coat did not get done? OH NO, he "could tell" it was done. He explained that they applied the ceramic coating to a rag and then wiped the car. They did not spray the car and wipe it which would have been better coverage, but used a rag which absorbs most of the product before applying it to my car. Really? Never, ever take your car here for anything more than a simple, average wash. Better yet, never use them at all. read more

My complaint is I had went to the store and put some stuff in the back seat, normally they don't clean the back of a challenger unless you notify them due to the very small chance you fit someone in the back. On several different trips to this location, the wait time is excessive. Today my car sat in the sun for 30 minutes after coming out of the car wash. No need to dry with a towel because they waited to long. After the gentleman cleaned the passenger side windows they raised their hand for me to get the car because it was finished. I asked what am I paying for with the supreme wash? No one wiped the interior front or back window or wiped down the dash. Their reason was short staffed today... the same excuse I got last time. Just finished my first wash at the new Cobblestone and I'm rather bummed as the quality of the wash and the post-wash wipe down was sub-optimal (to say the least). There are still dark splashes all over my white paint (the crew never even bother wiping down those areas after the wash). Even the inside vacuuming was sub-par. For the $27 I paid for a Works wash, I feel like I got the half-assed special. You had a chance to win a new customer, Cobblestone, but as you've shown little value for the money I spent, I'll vote with my wallet and take my business elsewhere. read more

Not many choices around town for full service car wash (int & ext). They typically do a decent job cleaning the vehicle but most of the time the forget to blow the water around the mirrors and by the time you get home you've got water spots along the sides of your car. If you ever have to call mgmt to complain about something they do offer to wash your car for free but when you are on the monthly pass that doesn't do anything for you. Employees are nice, place is clean, just need a little more attention to detail. read more

I went for a car detail and wash. I sat for almost 2 hours. When I finally went to inquire about my car I saw that it was sitting randomly next to a curb. I was never informed that it was done. So I got my keys and went to my car just to find that it had not been wiped down or vacuumed or anything on the inside, and the outside was not super clean. I spoke to someone who didn't introduce himself to me so I don't know if he was a manager or what he was. I was given a refund and told that they would take the car back and finish it. When I got it back, I inquired to make sure it had been wiped down as well as just vacuumed and it had not. So they sent a guy out there to wipe it down. I watched him go to the very back of my SUV and wipe the inside barely then go to just ONE side in the back seat wipe it down very lazily. (I don't believe he knew I was watching him). He then left the car. The manager(ish) guy made excuses for him then went to check my car. He then came in and proceeded to tell me that the inside is pretty rough and needed a detail job. I raised my voice at him and told him that's what I paid for and that their establishment was worthless. I walked out. When I got home, I noticed that I had some board games in the pack seat on the floor. When I removed them, I saw that they never moved them to vacuum. They just vacuumed around them. Watch your vehicle being washed. They are fast tracking them. That's when the brushes are not wrapping around the vehicle. They just push them through and they are still dirty. This happened to me twice in different days. Both times they couldn't answer why it was doing that. But the brushe's worked when I questioned it and brought it back around. Even the top roller brush was not spinning but it did on the 2nd pass. I this continues every time I bring my cars then I'm just canceling my membership read more
