This is one of the only spots I bring my car because they do the best job by far! I had an issue with a major "spill" let's call it (vomit) in my back seat. I have a brand new Mercedes so wasn't to happy. I brought it there to see what they could do. They detailed it for me and shampooed it. A few days later I still picked up a whiff of the odor. I have had nothing but the best experience here!! The staff is friendly and they really do a great job cleaning and washing your car! Specifically the people who finish your car after it comes through the wash! They work hard and fast to make your car look great! Sometimes you walk or drive into a business and right away they notice you are black and the prejudices jump out at you. At least that is my experience. I went to your Auto Spa fully expecting to be treated like I was going to steal a car. Instead, I was greeted by a man named Tyler Kaczor. He was the most professional and friendly and informative. You can't fake a welcoming personality. The way he treated me made me want to come back, because he was just nice, period. I will come back for the things he suggested for my car, because I didn't feel sold to, I felt cared for. A person could give their whole wallet to people like him, and I just needed to tell those above him, that he made a difference not to just my car, but to my day and my outlook on people. I've had my truck for 18 years and it always had a grill. After visiting Cobblestone for a supreme wash my truck looked very good, but when I got home the grill was missing. I called and talked to the manager who took no responsibility for my grill missing. Total cost for my wash including new grill about $130. I won't go back! read more

Been going to this car wash for 2 yrs now. 2 years ago I gave this place a 4 start review. What ever happened to this car wash, it's been getting worse the last 6 months ! This morning I set inside and watched them, they didn't even touch the inside of the windows. When I was called that it was done I asked if they don't do the windows anymore ? If you are reading this to learn why I gave this business a poor rating, it is because employees deceived me into converting a $3 car wash into a $7 wash which also obligated me to pay $16 each month going forward. Robert was the employee who yesterday deftly evaded my questions about their service and these fees. The business' website does not enable me to easily cancel my membership. I consider the business to use misleading methods, and feel I am a victim to their manipulations. I got a recommendation from my coworker to go get my detail done here. She has hers done here and thought they did a good job. She was right. They did an excellent job getting up the spots and stains. I know that couldn't have been easy. The service advisor Andrew Wyatt was also very attentive and accommodating. He kept checking on me since they were a bit backed up and checking on the status of my car. He also threw in a free wax for me which was great. Awesome customer service. He exceeded my expectations. It isn't often you meet people who are genuine with their customer service and not rude. He made sure I was taken care of even after I told him there was no rush. I paid 135$ for a complete package, which includes waxing, interior detailing, shampooing the carpet and seats. I felt like 135$ was a little pricey but I needed some stains removed from my mats. The wax was excellent my car sparkled like new, the dashboard and interior look great as well. They managed to remove the majority of the stains but they are a few faint ones left. I also had to ask twice for air freshener. Since they didn't use any because the smell I requested ran out. So they decided not to use any instead of asking me if I wanted another kind. Overall, it was a decent place but I feel like it could be better for the price I paid. read more

Received a quote for interior detail over the phone. was told we were getting a deal for interior detail and free carwash. We said 3 times what the vehicle was on the phone. When we arrived the price was higher and were told there was no way we were told any deal because "the price is the price" and they could not wash the vehicle because it was a dually and would have to be hand washed. After paying the higher price, my receipt had a charge for a carwash. I asked why I was being charged a carwash, I was told that because it was a carwash company i had to be charged for a carwash in addition to the detail because it was a car wash company even thought I did't receive a carwash. read more

I told this employee that I do not prefer their automated machine wash and wanted a hand wash (I paid a premium price) instead as I felt the machine wash would deteriorate my new car's paint finish. Employee responded saying "you don't know what you are talking about do you!". Is this how you talk to a customer? Of course I do not know all the things a car wash person knows because that's not my business but I know I want my car's paint appearance to keep looking like new as long as possible. read more

These places are routinely hit and miss, yet when Jackson Wash and another area wash became more and more deficient, we decided to drive further to this 51&Bell Rd wash. Any time we have made the drive, the Staff has been over the top courteous. Today was no different as Josh at the drive in area took our request and answered our questions with genuine TLC. Nicole, a Cashier, could not have been more helpful and genuine. At the dry off area, Tyler a Supervisor, was more than friendly in making sure his guys dotted the i's on the final clean up. I went back today. Yes, it's been many weeks, life got in the way and they were gracious enough to let me wait this long for the do-over wash. It was a little better but it was still not great. I will not get my car washed here again. The manager told me he would come and get me after the car was done and deliver the car to me himself. They had the car for 23 minutes and were very busy so I don't see how they could have finished it in that amount of time. My name was called over the loudspeaker, which was fine, just not what I was told would happen. The manager was nowhere to be seen. There were still things not clean on my car. I immediately noticed stuff still on the windshield. They also did not reattach my driver side floor mat properly ... either time. I guess that costs extra. Like I said it was a little better than the first time but was not, in my opinion, clean inside. Perhaps my expectations are too high. read more

I used to like coming to this car wash because it was the only one near me. Now, their car wash prices are a lot higher for lousy cleaning. Also, when you first pull up to select your car wash, I feel as if I'm at a used car sales lot. The employees are incredibly pushy to upsell you on a simple car wash. I haven't visited this store for years and NEVER had such a horrible, unprofessional experience. I checked in the full service line at 9:18 and my car wasn't finished until 10:12. Yes, almost an hour for a fricking car wash. The manager who greeted me was very kind and apologetic about the delay, explaining short staff. He offered me a $5.00 off coupon off my next wash, and handed me a $3.00 coupon. My car had NOT BEEN CLEANED - there was paper straw wrapping in floorboard, caked on bird poop on the hood,console and dash were covered in dust and there was NO Tires dressing applied or AIR FRESHENER. I belong to the monthly fast pass inside and out car wash program. Over the last month the outside burgundy shit management team has changed. The guys outside yesterday were once again disgusting. They had five men and women drying and caring for large SUV's and neglected our sports car. It sat third in line waiting to be cared for. Had my wife not gone over the car would still be air drying with water spots. This has happened 4 times in 2 weeks. Their reaction is they will get to it when they can. I've given Cobblestone my last shot at redeeming themselves. I have been using them for years and over time the service has become less and less about quality washes and more about how many cars can get through in a day. I went to this location hoping for a better experience than I got at the one near Costco on Elliot. I had 3 pair of sunglasses stolen and for some crazy reason they stole the roll of small bags that fit inside my hanging trash bag in the back seat. No one could do anything about it and didn't seem interested in even trying to help. What a joke. Will never return to a Cobblestone again. read more

They did a good job but be warned. If you bring in a high-line car they will charge you double for a basic hand wash and come up with fees the cashier has "never seen before." It's not worth arguing about but the competition does unlimited hand washes per month for three quarters the price. Lesson learned. read more

I have taken my vehicle in there a number of times and have had great service and wash. They do a pretty consistent job most days. There's always a few areas that they miss dusting on the inside. They are a little slow also, so I wouldn't go here if you're in a hurry. The fast pass is the best if there's a long line and you don't mind drying your car and vacuuming it yourself. I would like if they did dry it like they used to if you just washed the outside. I went for an oil change. I got the highest upgraded car cleaning package with leather conditioning. I asked if it included interior cleaning and he assured me it did. My car had not been wiped down at ALL when I got it back. I complained to the manager that said it wasn't included but he would send it over to detail if I wanted to wait and would tip them. I agreed. They wiped it down a bit but it was still a mess and even the exterior of my car was full of marks that didn't get cleaned properly. I never mind paying for things, I DO mind wasting my time and money and not getting what was promised after sitting in a place for an hour and a half. I have been to this car wash three times now because of purchasing a Groupon for discounted supreme washes. Each time has been a good experience with a good car wash and friendly service. I have experienced high pressure up-sell attempts at car washes in the past but I found these guys to be really good about backing off when I say "no thanks". Perhaps it's the way I deliver the message, but I haven't had trouble with them being too pushy. The general manager at this location is amazing. He's the most energetic, hands-on guy and seems to be everywhere at once. My last vist, I had an interior detail done and they did it very well (I'm pretty picky) and they also finished my car when they said they would (very important for me and not too common at car washes). If you want to throw your money away go to this carwash. I paid $35.00 for Ultimate plus. When I went to pick up my car, the interior was dirty. There were cig ashes on the seat, dashboard had dust on it, mats were not vacuumed. Mind you I don't smoke. When I brought it to the Managers attention he told me that their packages don't cover vacuuming inside the car. The guy who sold me this package when I got there promised me the dashboard, doors and seats will be polished. Nothing was polished. Manager said the guy lied and they don't do it. Had a bad experience with one of these "full service" car washed and I was actually looking for a self service car wash when I came to this one. I decided to give it a try and purchased the Supreme which is only one step up from the basic. To my surprise my car is actually pretty clean after they got done with it. I still prefer doing the car wash on my own which I will have to find out where the entrance is because that's how I came to this car wash but somehow when I pulled in I was right at where the guys would "take my order".
