This place used to be good and convenient. It has changed hands obviously. It is a CAR WASH! THEY are supposed to WASH CARS!!! I took my 2020 F150 there after a trip to Flag....A little road dirt on the doors and tailgate... The bonehead order taker informed me that they will have to "prewash" the truck prior to running through the CAR WASH!! I said, OK, so what does that cost? Bonehead says 20 dollars....then says plus the $25.99 for the wash. SOOOOO, $46 bucks to wash a pick-up? Yes he says, look at all the "nice" cars here....It's worth it... Now, there used to be a menu above the drive thru canopy. NOT ANY MORE! BONEHEAD gets to make prices up as he sees fit. When I complained, he says....WELL we could do the prewash for 15 bucks....plus the wash.!?!?!? F them!!! I backed out and will never return...Costco is 8 bucks, and they will run her through again for free if you say is isn't clean....I love COSTCO!!!! I have wasted so much money at this place and neither of my cars have ever been truly clean. I had been coming here for over a year and just put up with it (I've been a monthly paid customer through their "go unlimited" program with one of my cars) but this time I was using one of my Platinum wash tickets that I had bought in advance for my other car. The week before I had brought my BMW X5 in for a wash and when I got home I noticed they hadn't vacuumed the cargo area and the windows weren't clean not to mention an area on my center console that had a small coffee spill. This time I stood and watched the LAZY workers NOT CLEAN MY CAR. Did not clean the interior windows, did not wipe/dry the door sills, did not vacuum the back! and did not wipe down the middle console or dry the front of the car which now had water spots from sitting there and not being dried. When they called for me that my car was ready, some Mexican dude with a mouth full of metal teeth who had a red shirt on for "quality control" (LMAO) was there to take my ticket and I told him that I wanted the car vacuumed and the windows cleaned and he proceeded to argue with me! I told him I stood there and watched them "not clean" my car. He then opened the back hatch where it was obvious the cargo area had not been vacuumed and he vacuumed it and wiped down two of the windows! He then just walked away. I told him there were other things that I wanted cleaned because I paid close to $40 for their platinum service. He then got beligerant. Safe to say I haven't nor will I ever go back. read more

Cobblestone in N Scotttsdale is quick and does a good job of basically cleaning the car inside and out. For such may be more finicky they provide nice shaded bays with damp microfiber clothes and vacuums to finish things off. read more

I have been an Unlimited member for over a year. It just took me 12 minutes to get thru the car wash, for two reasons: 1. Their machine that reads cars for people who are paying for their wash is hit or miss. An employee has to stand there and make sure that the car can get thru. Or are they trying to sell unlimited memberships? This adds time. 2. Some time ago, they added another arm to stop cars. Why? This just takes more time and it is very frustrating to pay for a wash just to watch 3 cars getting an oil change go ahead of you when you are in a rush. Not to mention the fact that every single time I exit the car wash, there are multiple spots on my car that still have water on them - my rear view mirrors, hood, back window, and windshield. You have to physically get out and dry it off yourself. There is nothing quick about this car wash. On average, I spend $17/month for unlimited, come here twice a week, with each visit taking over 10 minutes. That is 20 minutes a week, 1 hour and 40 minutes per month spent waiting for the freaking machines to let you thru - and I have a Unlimited fast pass sticker on my windshield! Canceling my membership. Fix your machine, get rid of the unnecessary, annoying extra arm, and stop taking your customers time for granted. Thank you. read more

While the employees are very nice and the girl at the point of sale was delightful, the car wash was dismal. After spending $36 I spent another 30 minutes at their vacuum station vacuuming and wiping down everything that they missed. Never again. For $31 you would think that a good job would be done, but no, very basic. The vacuuming was not done, so I had to ask them to do it again. Usually it takes more than 3 minutes to dry and vacuum my car, maybe ten minutes...they were very rushed even though it wasn't busy. I would never go here again for that price! read more

This is not rocket science, yet time after time the job doesn't get done. Today, no air freshener despite my asking for it. No vacuuming of trunk despite lots of debris from moving items to my storage. Time and time again, something is not done. Unless you literally supervise them, stuff doesn't happen. UGH! read more

Which is totally fine but I could've gone anywhere else or stayed home to wash my car myself. But the main intent for my review is that my car came out full of scratches. It took 30 minutes to get to the wash because the line workers put 7 cars in front of my car. No explanation other then the full service customers get to go first. I have a prepaid service (detailing) from the previous owners. Cobblestone will not honor it. When I called them to discuss this the response was pretty curt and basically no way. I find this odd. When they bought the car wash from the previous owner, they got a credit for all of the outstanding prepaid services. But when I called, it was absolutely no question... No discussion... I've been living out of the country and finally got back to the United States. Thank God. I found my prepaid service. I should've been more careful but there you go. I would've thought that they would've said sure come on in and we'll figure something out. After all, I do spend a lot of money there and car washes and gas. I went in today for a much-needed, overdue oil change on my minivan. I had a coupon for a basic car wash and oil change and thought I would give them a try. Not only were they professional, but this Cobblestone far exceeded my expectations. I would've been happy with just a basic car wash and vacuum out my car, but they did so much more! Consistently awful. Never, have paper for receipts. Staff/mgrs always has a different excuse. Simply bad management & lazy. My latest. COVID. I decided to use their drive thru. Bought a wash at the pump. UNMASKED man in right lane takes my ticket then tells me I MUST use full service. I said I don't care if I overpaid, just let me drive thru. The UNMASKED fool puts his hands over my downed window and leans into my car 12" from my face to 'splain to me why he can't do that. Different line 'ya know. So, why do I still use this awful spot? NEVER let these people touch your vehicle! I had my car washed here on Monday December 18th just like I do every single Monday since I am a membership holder. I have only owned the car for a year and take great pride in maintaining the appearance and condition of my vehicle. Part of my routine after every wash is to take extra time to inspect the vehicle and personally touch up anything the employees may have missed during their quick post wash wipe down process. during my post wash inspection and touch up process, I immediately noticed a brand new 12 inch scratch on my back right door. it was clear and obvious that the rag used by the employee had some sort of debri in it that caused this damage. I didn't have time that day to alert the staff or manager as I was already running late for work. Three days later, on Thursday morning, I finally had free time to address the issue. I brought my car back to this location to explain what had happened to me on Monday. the employee that greeted me was understanding and apologetic and assured me if the scratch was still present after an additional wash that they would fix it. after the Thursday wash the scratch was still present. An employee attempted to buff it out with some solution but didn't have complete success. one can clearly still see where the debri invested rag first made contact with the vehicle and again where it ends. This must be the spots where the employee applied the most pressure while wiping it. it is so clear and obvious that this scratch was caused from one continuous wiping motion. At this point the employee had no other choice but to call over his manager and this is where things get EXTREMELY unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I explained to Michael, the manager, exactly what happened on Monday and Thursday. he looked at the door and immediately pointed out the door was covered in micro scratches. (likely from the spinning brushes in the automatic car wash rarely being replaced) He implied that the fresh long deep scratch, that his employees caused, was irrelevant because my car is 7 years old and already has micro scratches! I told him I know for a fact this scratch was caused on Monday by His employees because I saw it during my standard post wash touch up routine. He began to ramble about there being no proof of when or where the damage occurred. I could tell he had zero intention of helping me. Little did Michael know, 6 weeks prior to the Monday car wash, I had the same exact door replaced and freshly painted at a body shop. To me, my door was like a brand new vehicle, only 7 weeks old, and now it has a huge scratch in it! I could tell by his response and attitude that he had no intention of correcting the issue, so I came unraveled rather than explaining to him that the door had recently been replaced and is only 7 weeks old. I said, " are you calling me a fucking lier?!?" I again tried to explain that after the Monday wash I saw the scratch during my post wash inspection but he wasn't listening to me. I told him he was a fucking asshole and that this was no way to interact with a customer. I shouted out that I would never ever return and drove around the corner to complete my post wash touch up. I shouldn't have exploded on him but the guy was questioning my character and calling me a lier when I'm simply stating what I know to be FACTUAL. When attempting to complete my post wash touch ups my blood was absolutely boiling from the interaction with Michael and his complete lack of professionalism. I decided to walk back over to the car wash with my paperwork from the body shop showing that the door had recently been replaced and repainted 7 weeks prior to his employees scratching it. this is when things go completely haywire. I asked the greeter at car wash bay for Michael to come back out. Michael comes storming outta the building. chest all puffed up, face really red, smoke still fuming outta his big bald head. He's charging directly at me. He's a big guy, probably 6'3" approximately 250lbs. I'm small 5'9" 135 pounds. He gets all up in my face inches away screaming at me to leave the property or he was gonna call the police for trespassing. I couldn't even get a word in. He wouldn't allow me to speak. He just keep walking at me. I was trying to explain that the door was recently replaced and freshly painted but he was too busy physically threatening me. He wouldn't listen to a word I said. He kept screaming over and over, "are you gonna do something? or are you gonna leave?!" he said it over and over insinuating that I wanted to fight him. I desperately wanted to wait for the police and show them the paperwork from the body shop but I didn't have time before work! Mr. meathead needs to lay off the roids and learn some customer service skills. I guess he didn't appreciate that I exposed him in front of other customers and his employees for being completely incompetent. read more

We have monthly memberships for 2 cars and have been using this car wash weekly for years - unfortunately, the quality continues to deteriorate and I find I have to wash my car at home between washes if I expect it to be clean. I think it is a volume issue at this location and to keep up with the volume, they can't do much more than a cursory wipe down after running through the automatic wash. If you just want to rinse the dirt off your vehicle, this place is fine. If you expect anything more than that, this is not the place - you will be disappointed. read more

If I spend almost $50 to have my car cleaned and "waxed", it's only reasonable to expect all the dirt be removed from the outside of the vehicle. It's also a reasonable expectation to have clean windows. Not the case. My car was dirty on the outside, had not been wiped down, the windows were smudged and huge swaths of windows hadn't even been touched. The least They could've done was provide an air freshener! Not even that. This place is ridiculous! It's no better than taking your vehicle to a simple drive-through. Do not use this place for a carwash, it's a waste of money.
