Unfortunately, someone smashed in the driverside car window of my vehicle. My whole car was covered in shards of glass and I have to wait until my window is replaced to file a glass clean-up claim with my insurance. With the help of cardboard, I was able to cover my seats and bring my car to Cobblestone hoping they could do a temporary detail. Justin greeted me with empathy and told me he would do his best to remove as much glass as possible. Not only was the visible glass removed, he didn't charge me a penny and sent me off with the hopes my day got better. In an instant, I became a foever patron of Cobblestone. Cobblestone damaged our vehicle and will not take responsibility for their actions (we spent $153 on a detail/wax/buff). Instead, they have ignored us every time we've recached out to try and resolve this issue. I've been to this place for an oil change before but today I feel like I totally got ripped off. I wanted the 19.99 oil change special with a cabin filter. The man said regular price for filter is 49.99 but he'll give it to me for 39.00. When I went to Pay it came out to $80! He charged me 39.00 for the oil change! Ugh. I didn't bother fighting it. On March 24th I went to my favorite car wash in Tempe. I was in line and my radiator over heated. Teddy the manager on duty saw I was in trouble. He called his team over and pushed me out of the way. He then sent one of his team members over to Midas next door to get a tech. He and his team pushed my car over to Midas to get fixed. What a great experience as usual offered by Cobblestone. I brought my van in for cleaning; I told the guy as I arrived that there was some dirt & dog hair that I wanted cleaned up. He said that I'd have to upgrade to the $30 "Ultimate". When the van came back around the dog hair wasn't cleaned out. I asked the attendant to re-do it. He took it and got some more, but nowhere near most, of it gone. He was pleasant about it but it's clear they're more interested in volume rather than quality. read more

This place has gone down in their service cleaning. Took my vehicle in this morning and specifically told them I wanted my middle console where my drinks go cleaned. As I got inside my car I looked down and it was still dirty. Also the passenger side door wasn't wiped down properly either. If you're going to double the price of your service, then you better give a great explanation why or at the very least provide some top notch service. I've been getting my car washed here for a few years now simply because they do a decent job and it's near my residence. Lately the customer service have fallen substantially and so has the workmanship. The windows are left extremely cloudy and I constantly have to point out the spots that are missed. A few days ago we took our Kia van to the Auto plex Tempe,AZ location for a routine oil change, within 30 seconds the tech tells my wife we have an oil leak(what oil leak) No evidence of a leak prior to going to cobblestone, so after the oil change, we get home, it's puking oil all over the drive way and garage, out of concern we take it to Tempe Kia, ($100.00) Diagnosis fee, they discover cobblestone didn't put a crush screw back in causing the leak. I contact management and explained, all I want is for you to make it right, they refused. Said I had to bring the van back to him, Tempe Kia cleaned up your mess. Charged me $100.00. Instead they offer me a free car wash. (SERIOUSLY) I won't be doing business ever again with cobblestone. Want your car screwed up , take it to cobblestone, they will wash it if it's still running. Best salesmanship but missed to show their hands on the car wash. While picking the car when I was called from wash I was able to see the cup holders were carrying the same dust and my van floor was with the same shredded paper in it which I was able to see when opened the door. Service guys came and said it's okay we can fix it in 30 seconds, I was sitting for more than 30 minuets and they are planning to fix it in 30 seconds. Also the sales guys said they will even clean the runner board but not even the door panel was wiped off. I paid for the ultimate plus wash and the outcome from that wash is not even an below average. Long story!! When they turn a bad situation into a positive it speaks highly... I drive a 2002 Tacoma 280,000 miles, which I love dearly for simtimental reasons and take very good care of her. I took my car in oil change and detail. The oil and lube team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially Justin the manager. After I took my truck to get detailed and was convinced to get my engine washed. They estimated 2hr wait when I dropped it off at 1230. When I got dropped off at 4pm I could see my truck had hardly been touched. I let them know I was there yet they not concerned. When I got my truck back at 530pm the inside was nice very clean however the outside was noticeably rushed. I started pointing out places that needed touch up's but Jesus the head car detailer seemed annoyed and was glaring at me making me very uncomfortable. I called the general manager Dustin over to help complete the remaining. Now it's complete, I go to start my truck and the whole things is rattling and nothing like the perfect running machine I had dropped off 5hours earlier. The sales person, a rather portly fellow, asked if I'm sure it didn't like this before. I was panicking because he had me sign a waiver releasing liability if they destroy anything. Luckily they got me away from Jesus and and salesman and sent me back over to oil and lube. This is when Justin and his team Brad, tom, and Jason took time away from regular work to help find problem. Turns out they pressure wash engines, for an old truck this isn't good. Water was in all the cylinders and the even fuel injector wasn't working properly. The next couple of days I would be bringing my car back to get the remaining water removed and get it running normal. Justin and Brad probably spent 5+ hours getting my truck running normal again taking a poor situation and making it right. I am very grateful and impressed by the level of professionalism and service I receive from the oil and lube side of Cobblestone however I will no longer be going to the auto spa for anything more than an automated car wash. read more

Best professional certified mechanics have ever encountered, I have a normal 50 hr work week and I personally do not have a clue when it comes to cars my Honda Civic was acting up yesterday and I was freaking out I called cobblestone asked for service the manager George asked me what was going on and promptly recommended what I needed to get my car fixed... They had me in quick ... Make the long story short I came in this morning he did a full maintenance and even gave me a free car wash and made sure I was very well taken care of. Nowadays it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these guys are the best you can trust them and they will take care of you I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I've been bringing two cars in here every 2 weeks for a year, but no more. There's a car wash on every corner, I'll find someplace else. The last 3 times I've been here, it's taken 35-40 min to get my car. The first two times I had to wait for a line supervisor to count and distribute tips right in front of me while I waited in 110 degree heat to get my car, which was done. Today, I sat and watched them drive 4 cars into the wash in front of mine. All were behind me when I pulled in originally. They need to spend less time trying to sell me shit I didn't want, like Xtra washes, wax, whatever, and more time getting my car through. I needed to have my oil changed so I was near by and decided to try out this place. I don't know a lot about cars and mistake that I made was to trust the staff of cobblestone to navigate me in the right direction with proper and honest information. I did replace the oil. The staff of cobblestone insisted that I need to change 2 filters and recommend a coolant flush in my car; and said it would be better for the air I am breathing as well as the car itself. I trusted them and decided to replace 2 of the filters and hold off on the $90 coolant flush. After $110 dollars later, I had my oil replaced as well as 2 filters in the car. I was also charged for additional oil without my consultation. When that was address, all I was told is that "I SHOULD HAVE been informed of that". After speaking with my boyfriend, it turned out that 1 of the filters had just recently been replaced by Lexus in the last 45 days as well as the coolant flush had been preformed during that same time . I have attempted to put in my complaint with the manager, however, I was basically told, what's been done has been done. Sorry. So, what's most important in all of this; is that Cobblestone's sales strategy is to recommend thing that your car needs to have replaced based on manufacture recommend mileage; even if you just completed the services the day before and by obvious observation, you don't need it! REPLY TO THE COMMENT: Oh you sure did. No one doubted the transaction whatsoever, my concern was the fact that your technician directly looked at the filter and KNEW it didn't have to be replaced but still insisted that it will be better if I do it. Dishonesty is what i would call it. We gave you the opportunity to address this, as you clearly showed you were not very concerned with a disappointed customer. Unless your will address this and handle it properly, no there is no chance for you to earn my business back. read more

I was in the area a couple weekends ago, in desperate need of a car wash, and a friend suggested this one. I happen to hate the high pressure up-sell - I am already asking for the 2nd most expensive wash on the board. No, I don't want to spend more money and an extra hour for a detail. No, I don't want to join your frequent was club. That is one of the reasons I avoid these car washes - and one of the reasons I take off a star. Which may be unfair - as I know it's something I will deal with as I pull up. It's part of the expectation. But - it's my review, and I can take of stars where I want! For the most part, I was thrilled with the work done. The car was filthy. In addition to the rain/mudstorm we had a few weeks back, I've just done exterior washes for the last several months. It may have been six months since I had an interior vacuum and wipe down - it was SO past due! My car looks clean and happy, smells clean and happy - and like I said - for the most part was thrilled. But - once I am on the road, I see something that makes me more than a little disappointed. I had mentioned the rain/mudstorm from a few weeks ago? Well, I had left my windows cracked in the office parking lot that night - and had plenty on mud drops on both front doors - the interior sills and armrests. While they remembered to wipe the driver side - there were big, untouched mud drops still on the passenger side. Wiping the interior of the doors in common practice at all these car washes - now I can't help but wonder - for a wash that cost me almost $35 - if they missed something that obvious, what else did they miss? This place is great! I went here to have my car washed and vacuumed so I could install a car seat in preparation for our baby we're expecting in the next few days. There was tons of dog hair in my car, as we have a German Shepherd. They told me they probably couldn't get all of the hair out by just vacuuming, and I believed them. There was tons! They told me I would probably have to get it detailed, which was pretty pricey and I couldn't imagine spending that much on just cleaning my car. After expressing my concern, and telling them I couldn't spend that much with a baby on the way they worked out a great deal for me! I didn't have time for the detail that day, so they gave me a free ultimate wash, and I went back the next day and got an amazing detail. My car looked, and still looks fantastic! On top of the fact everyone was so nice, from the man who sold me the package, to the guys who clean the car, to the man inside the gas station where you pay, they also had compassion for my needs and were more than willing to help me out. Ps- even on just the express drive through wash you're greeted at the end by someone who hand dries your vehicle. They do it right here! read more

Going to the carwash. Yeah. This is a new carwash that just opened near work and home. They have a full convenience store on site which is open 24 hrs. This place is really nice. Nicest and cleanest carwash I've been too. Friendly staff too. I pulled in and everything is nicely labeled. You can easily see where you supposed to go. Pulled up to the vacuums, got out of my car and was imediately greeted. The guy was ready to just give me the basic wash but I said no we are going Ultimate today. He asked if I was sure because I had a new car. I said yes and a handwax too. He confirmed this choice as well. We were both surprised, him with what I was asking for and me that he didn't try and upsell me. He even gave me a deal where I paid for the handwaxing and he threw in the Ultimate wash. I handed over the "keys" and walked inside. The conveneince store had a lot of snacks, soda even beer. Also they had fresh popcorn and 2 computers with internet access. On the TV wall they have 6 larger flat screens. 2 or 3 with CNN and the rest with video feeds so you can follow your car through the wash process. When they are done they pull it up front and if you are paying attention you can go out and meet them or they come in and say who had the Juke in my case. No waving of towels and trying to figure out if they are done or just throwing towels around. Also no shady mechanics trying to get you to change flids that don't even exist. It might cost a little more than the drive thru wash at the gas station but it is worth the few extra dollars. My car looks better than it did off the showroom floor. They did a great jo and I will definitely come back again. Such a bonus a carwash this nice is close to work and home. read more

I just wanted to use the quick drive thru one and the guy working there was quick to help me out with the specials and different services. I paid for the most expensive wash without going for a $100 full detail but for $39 you would think you'd get a decent job. Even after pointing out areas that weren't even touched and having them attempt again to vacuum my car was still full of dirt spots and dog hair. Cobblestone is A-Okay to me! I absolutely hate a dirty car and this place makes it super convenient for me to get a quick wash. I actually have a Fast Pass. This pass gives me unlimited exterior washes for $15 a month (I wish the tire shine was a bit glossier). There are different levels of the Fast Passes if you like the interior done as well. This place now even has free vacuums too. Be sure to double check your antenna if you have them put it back on because sometimes it gets busy here and it is not screwed back in tightly. Most of the staff is friendly. They do a decent job of cleaning the interior but if you opt for that service don't expect it to be fast, so grab something out of the store to eat or drink and chill out. read more

Ok so I have an update to Cobblestone Auto Spa. I want to say that I went by on wed to get my AC flushed I met Jason who worked in the lube dept. totally outstanding. To my surprise the dist. mgr. was working which spoke volumes to me he helped me Mr. Tom was awesome a far cry from my first experience. Because of my experience I will bring all 3 of my vehicle here going forward thanks to the great team of gentlemen working in the tire lube. I am a truly happy to see service with a smile. I own my company and I am a true component of going above and beyond when it comes to service and to top it all off they gave me a free oil change without asking me.
