A lot of the great features have been covered. I was impressed with how allergy sensitive they were - owners kid has severe sensitivities said a sign - everything is really well marked and they are open to requests or modifications. I also loved that they served things on compostable plates and cups and they have in house compost bins. Genderless bathrooms. Funky and fun decor. Lived up to the hype for us!

Really neat, allergy friendly bakery. Delicious food served on compostable plates and cutlery. Had the muffelata and toad in the hole, both came out quickly and were excellent. Desserts were great as well. We especially appreciated the care and options they had for folks with food allergies. What a gem of a place.

Coco is one of few places in the lovely Bayfield-Ashland area that has labeled vegan options. It also has homemade vegan baked goods. It's an artsy, hippie cafe only a few blocks from Lake Superior. It's a nice refuge. The no meato burrito ($14) is vegan by default and a nice, warming and filling chickpea vegetable wrap. It hit the spot. The masoor dal bento box ($12) is vegan if you don't use the raita (yogurt sauce) that comes with it on the side. This dish fell flat, as it's basically just a cold wrap. It felt like a notch above airline food. The vegan chocolate cupcake ($4) was spectacular: moist, fluffy and richly cocoa-y. I loved it. Stop by Coco for a nice meal while exploring Lake Superior.

Came during the 4th of July weekend. They weren't serving hot food. However, the place was really busy. Had a very tasty strawberry scone...it was extremely fresh and delicious. Had a good amount of indoor seating and some outdoor space too. I noticed a lot of the locals picking up loaves of fresh baked bread and focaccia. If I was on my way home, probably would have done the same. It looked and smelled amazing.

Great local vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. Gluten free, dairy free or vegan options. Very reasonably priced. Easy access right off the main road.

Me and my fine ass boyfriend came here to get breakfast, the rosemary potato's were really good and so was the blueberry French toast! ''Twas slappin" had a good drizzle on it too. Saw they had lots of G Free options which is really nice

I really hate to repeat myself, but Coco's deserves another 5 star review. Today's lunch was perfection in EVERY bite & sip. From the Hibiscus Iced Tea (slightly sweetened with local honey) to the FRESH glass of local milk, the unusual but OUTSTANDING Lake Trout Reuben & local squash soup. Yeah, I bus our dishes when I'm through eating-because I can see how busy the staff is serving the next starving hoards of people coming thru their doors. Thank you CoCos! If it's open, expect a crowd because the pastries are worth it! We ate at the outside tables because the inside tables were full. Everyone in our party raved about their breakfast choices. I have no photos because everything was immediately seized & enjoyed! I would love to recommend their oatmeal-no, not your run of the mill Quaker Oats variety! From the toasted nuts to the fresh local blueberries to the goodness of the steel cut oats, it's something you don't want to miss! Come into Coco's and join the line for food heaven!

Expensive but good. Had a to-go salad which I really enjoyed the homemade dressing and cookies for my work. The cookies were all eaten.

Love, love, love this spot…read more On a recent trip to the area, we stopped by here for dinner one evening. I think it was our favorite dinner of the trip. Patsy's serves up some delicious eats and their patio? All blooming, shaded loveliness. The first thing to note is that if you're dining on the patio, you'll want to run inside and grab some menus. You'll order at the bar. For my dinner I ordered their patty melt served on marbled rye, which was everything a patty melt ought to be (so good!). For my side, I opted for the onion rings which were battered (I prefer this over breaded) and perfectly crispy. Zero complaints on the pub grubtastic food. I also ordered an whiskey old fashioned, which was prepared in the Wisconsin style and was great. The service was also lovely. When I was ordering, the gentleman in front of me explained that he had been coming here for 30 years and it's the same guy behind the bar--amazing. Also, I totally accidentally left my purse on the patio (I only had one drink--just a complete oopsie moment). I didn't realize until the next morning. When I called, they had it stashed behind the bar for me and I was even able to pick it up prior to their opening. Really, above-and-beyond lovely folks working here. Get to it!

The owner stopped by to visit our table and tell us tales of his time checking out Tennessee BBQ, and the waitress ground our coffee and made sure we had everything we needed. We always feel like family here, but let me tell you, none of my family cooks as good as this!!!. We can only stop by about twice a year, but breakfast at the Delta Diner is truly one of the highlights of our year. Stocked up on diner swag, including three bags of ground Counter Creature coffee roasted at the diner! That coffee is making our RV smell great as we drive away.

I wasn't ready to eat at a restaurant, but since I trekked here, I decided to stay. Asked to sit on the patio for better air flow and was told that table is still dirty and I had to take a booth. The host wasn't thrilled when I insisted on waiting and sitting outside. At a time where everybody has different levels of comfort, I'd imagine a bit of flexibility would be key. The rest of the staff was incredibly friendly and they are all over the cleaning and safety measures. A great menu of options, but just wait til they walk you through the daily specials. The sweet potato hash is mixed with real potatoes, and a fantastic savory mix with eggs on top. Had the stuffed hash browns. Highly recommend getting over easy eggs on top as it was a bit dry. Good flavor on the Dutch baby, but was crazy about the jam on top or mushy center. Worth the stop and be prepared to sit a while.
