Overall, the experience was just okay, unfortunately not enough for us to return. I ordered the churrasco with moros and yuca, while my husband had chicken with rice and beans. Starting with my dish, the moros rice was hard and lacked flavor. The churrasco was also disappointing, definitely not cooked to medium as I requested, and it was a bit chewy. The one highlight on my plate was the yuca, which was soft, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I like it. My husband's dish had some ups and downs as well. They didn't offer pollo empanizado on the menu, but they were kind enough to accommodate a special request, which we really appreciated and it was actually tasty. The black beans were just okay, and unfortunately, the tostones never arrived. As for drinks... they have a full bar and the pours are generous, just be sure to ask for the exact brand that you want. Service was pleasant, and our waitress was very nice, but she never came back to check on us after the food arrived. Because of that, we never got the missing tostones, and I also wasn't able to ask for lime, which probably would have helped improve some of the flavors. The restaurant itself was very nice and had a pleasant atmosphere, food presentation was nice.

Everything was delicious! Great atmosphere and service as well. Wish I took a pic of the Tostones Rellenos app but was amazing as well. We did half ropa vieja and half shrimp

We had a large group of seniors including two wheelchairs, and they were still able to accommodate us. Hostess was great he walked over to come and get us as we waited in front of the hotel. I walked around the hotel to take video; in 10 minutes I had a table with a lovely view. The crab cakes were mid, but I know they were healthy because they had little to no seasoning. The crab was fresh and cocktail sauce solved the flavor gap.The creamed spinach and the old bay potatoes were very good. My mocktail made with blueberries was sweet and refreshing. The wait staff was very nice. I enjoyed people watching and getting a sense of Palm Beach's wealthiest culture. They had a live band and the sun was going down. An amazing place to be on a Summer Saturday evening.

The vibe is super cool, cozy seating, great ambience, dim lighting that feels like a hidden gem. I sat on the comfy couch and ordered sushi from OKA, which was honestly better than ever. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!

The bartender, Brittany was a delight and friendly. They do have a great happy hour menu between 5-7pm, unfortunately we arrived shortly after 7pm, but will definitely return to take advantage. Definitely stop by if you have not experienced and if you are a Harry Potter fan, you will def love.

We came on a Tuesday night and had plenty of choice for seating both inside and out. We sat outside and the rooftop view is stunning and really sets the tone for the night. It's the kind of place you can settle into and enjoy your time without feeling rushed. We were here from 7 to 11PM. Natalia was our server and she was awesome. Super friendly, checked on us just the right amount and made the whole dinner feel easy. I had the surf and turf which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My dining partner ordered the salmon and loved it just as much. I had a few Palomas and honestly lost count at some point which probably says everything about how good they were. Between the food the drinks the service and the view this place really gets it right and I'd definitely come back and recommend it.

Attended with my daughter, aunt, and two adult cousins (About $15O)- food not included. Entertainment was decent. Needed more of something to feel Brazil carnival Food--I ordered from main menu "Kimchi fried rice," which is one of my favorite dishes. I lived in South Korea for a year. I noted that the pork belly in my kimchi fried rice was very hard and chewy (overcooked) which should not be the case. Otherwise I could taste the kimchi which was good. Around the table, there were fried chicken wings, a big juicy burger, French fries (very tasty) and one of my cousins have the special skewered chicken from the Brazilian menu. She reported the chicken to be very bland despite its colorful appearance. All in all, everyone said, their food was "OK." The specialty drinks, Caipirinha (X 2) were good. Service was wonderful --our server Susan checked on us often. She was very attentive (we did pay for a reserved table & attention, I suppose). The manager checked on us twice to make sure we were having a good time and we were - generally speaking. It's a beautiful rooftop. For the manger & waitress, I would return and I'll give the kimchi fried rice another try as well - don't overcook and cook even more in caste iron dish. Cheers!

I liked the overall pace of the service since nobody rushed me to order more once I finished eating. For the prices being charged, I expected much better food, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Going in, the restaurant had a beautiful vinyl speakeasy miami style esthetic to it and had classic smooth hits playing in the background. For dinner tonight we ordered 1x Jerk cubano with seasoned fries and 1x roasted salmon with a side order of the roasted Brussels sprouts. Moving on with my review, the food tonight was very tasty, but I feel there is room for some tweaks/improvement. The Jerk Cuban bread was perfectly pillowy yet crispy, and the mojo pork was incredibly tender, flavorful, and moist. However, given the high price tag, the sandwich felt a bit flat and could use more of the shredded pork. The fries were nicely crispy, and the seasoning had this swicy brown sugar jerk flavor to it. The Roasted Salmon had been soft and flakely in the inside while the skin was nicely crisped. I enjoyed the brightness of the fennel and the butter sauce, but I believe some lemon would've added some great acidity and brightness needed in the dish. The Brussels sprouts had a nice char and came with an addictive, creamy aioli. They were however a tad bitter and a bit too al dente for my taste, but I still really enjoyed them. Moreover, the service tonight was very friendly and attentive. Overall, despite my critiques, we did enjoy dinner and definitely the atmosphere. My final verdict for Off the Clock for now is 4/5 stars!

First of all, it's not so easy to find, yet this is one of the highlights of the experience. After inevitably finding the door with the red light above, hidden away in Monroe's parking lot, you enter the corridor and discover a secret door with a bell. The man inside peeks out and welcomes you in. It evokes the atmosphere of a 1930s speakeasy. Very intriguing. Once inside, our guests and the staff erupted in a wonderful roar, yelling "Surprise." It was then that I had a chance to look around and fully absorb the surroundings and mood. It was perfect. A variety of swanky, stylish seats, sofas, and tables. Perfect for my group of 20 to sit, mingle, and explore. And a really talented young female singer played the piano and serenaded us all night. The staff: What could I possibly say about each and every one of them? From managers to servers, they were all OUTSTANDING! Everyone went above and beyond to make this surprise birthday party truly memorable. They exceeded my expectations. I had so many compliments from my friends about the service. We were all very impressed. Food: Another huge success! I pre-ordered various appetizers, and each one was better than the next! The pork belly is still on my mind. I'll be going back for that!! I'd also prepared a cupcake tier, and they were so helpful in putting everything together. Even though there were other patrons in the restaurant, it felt like we were the only ones there; they made us feel very special. It takes a special talent to make each person in your establishment feel that way. A special thanks to Jen, who helped me coordinate the entire affair over the phone. And special thanks and love to Dannie, Mario, Joey, and Letty!!! These guys made our experience unforgettable. We will be back!!! Ms. Joei Skeffington xoxoxo

For appetizers, we enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. They were delicious, and the sauce complemented them perfectly. The wait time for our food was reasonable, and our server checked on us just enough to show attentiveness while still allowing us the intimate opportunity to talk and enjoy each other's company. I would love to return again.
