It's a really nice location except for the parking. Very limited parking. I gave 4 star because it's hard to understand what they're saying and they tried to charge me for something I didn't get. First thing I said was no shellac because I knew they'd try and sell it to you or up charge the $20. I was polite and told them I specified no shellac and they made sure with my nail tech and they took care of it and charged me the correct price. I rather give those extra $20 as a tip to my nail tech. She did an awesome job and was very patient with me taking my time to choose a color. Nice place, clean and mediocre customer service. Terrible customer service. Whatever you do don't go to Tina. She cuts corners and leaves old residue on your fill or full set and you're 100% going to get fungus because of this. Not to mention a shorty job, all of my nails were different shapes and sizes. On top of that It took 3 hours to get a full set and I wasn't even seated until 30 minutes after my actual appointment. I absolutely love this place, the environment is always lovely. I have been coming to this salon for over two years now and every time they exceed my expectations. Tiffany is my nail artist and she is really precise when it comes to my sets. Whomever i get my pedicure set with has always been great. The owner Henry is always present and is very accommodating to all of his customers. I live about 25 minutes away from the salon but I do not mind it because of the overall service they provide. I have gone to Coco for the last six months, the owner also owns the salon I've been going to for several years that is being remodeled. They did a fantastic job, their entire staff is friendly and welcoming, the owners are there most of the time and they always know guest by name , and come around to ask if everything is going well. The salon is always clean, and while it is always busy, they do their best to accommodate all guest. Prices are clearly listed when you sign in and you circle the service you are requesting, in addition they have numbers to their colors, so if you need a repair, you get the right color or if you want a prior color you can get it. They save the technician who worked on you as well, so you can request the same as last time or request not to have that same technician. Today was my first visit to Coco Nail Bar and I'm impressed with the friendliness and cooperation between all the staff. It is a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. The place is clean and bright. I have a lot of problems with my feet and Bang (the pedicure technician) did a great job. He made me feel completely relaxed and made my feet feel better than they've felt in a very long time. Listen, we used to love this place. My wife and I were regulars here and spent a lot of money at this location. However, it's gone really downhill whenever they're filling up The water for a pedicure they're Using a pitcher Because the boots have no hot water. On two separate occasions, I had issues with my eyebrow waxing service, Mind you I have had my eyebrows done hundreds of times and never had issues anywhere else. The first time I had hot wax dropped directly into my eyeball my eyes sealing my eyes shut. I was in such dismay that I just ran out because I couldn't believe what happened. My wife and I went to the Vietnamese restaurant Next-door and the eyebrow lady me and harassed us while we were eating and dining. I know it sounds crazy, but that's a true story. I called the owner the next day To let him know what happened and he apologized and was very hospitable, but did nothing for us. No refunding of service, no replacement services, nothing other than I'm sorry. I wasn't begging for anything, But I don't feel like you should pay for a service that you were legitimately injured during. I called him to settle it face-to-face versus leaving a review, But as I mention other than and I'm sorry I got nothing to replace that service. Fast forward, I'm getting my eyebrows done again, and the technician tore a chunk of my skin off the side of my face. Again, I called the owner to try to settle it, I sent him pictures. He told me to message him whenever I was coming back in, he told me he would make it right. Again, I got nothing but and I'm sorry and an appointment for next time And blamed me for having sensitive skin even though I've had my eyebrows done hundreds of times, and the issue was not my eyebrows, but the side of my temple. These are both incidents that could cause lawsuits. But I didn't want any of that. I just wanted some better resolution for the issues and I got nothing, my wife and I had been coming to this location For years. And will never be back when you walk in you're nicely greeted and the front desk host is extremely hospitable and the owner seems hospitable too. The only issue is if anything ever goes wrong please do not expect any sort of resolution from this place. You'll be sadly disappointed so at this point, I'm refusing to give them my money any longer and find a new nail salon. I hate writing reviews, and I told the owner this which is why I wanted to resolve it with him. But obviously that doesn't work so here we are. The place is way too nice to have these issues and to let get rundown for the price. read more

The people are really nice, I've been there to get my toes done and they turned out really good but the next time I went a guy named Johnny did my nails for my birthday... wasn't super talkative, the nails were not all the way, on as you can see in the picture. He also didn't put the acrylic all the way on my cuticle, it basically looked like my nail had grown out already. Adding to that, he didn't file the acrylic under my nail so it looks messy. I got a pedicure and the lady cut the side of both my big toes and the polish (which was shellac for an extra $20) wasn't even shiny like it usually is when I get pedis, Looks very dull. Got my daughter a shellac manicure and the nails weren't painted all the way, most nails weren't completely covered. Then I got dip on my nails and the girl cut me twice and when I went to pay I noticed the color wasn't even on the entire nail on one of my nails...I asked her to fix it and she just filed it down where it was then even with the nail! Quick fix yes but now that nail is super short compared to the rest. And this was for my wedding which I'm super sad about...I wanted pretty nails but yet I Spent $156 and and it wasn't worth more than $40. Women and people who take their kids to get their nails done, BEWARE!! Yesterday, 07/14/2023, I went to get a pedicure. It was an uncomfortable experience and not okay. My nail tech who was a male some how started talking about SEX. He said he asked another customer before, who was 68, if she still has sex with her husband and how long they do it for... and then he said that he wished his baby would sleep in their own room so HE and his WIFE could have louder sex. He then talked about how different countries and some people have multiple wives have to have sex with all those wives. He also talked about my husband and asked me how much I love my husband. That definitely gave me a red flag. I am not a person who speaks up so I didn't say to stop but I should have. Especially since this was all being talked about while he was rubbing my legs and feet. I wonder how many other people he has these uncomfortable conversations with. This was not okay and I will definitely NEVER go back! read more

I have been a customer since they were initially LaBelle Nail Salon. I have to say between the transition of LaBelle and Coco the service has truly diminished. 1) The check-in process needs some work. Everyone crowds at the nail bar to select a color and tripping over each other; 2) Hot water! There isn't enough hot water to fill the pedicure basins and techs have to come over with pitchers of hot water; 3) Henry (owner) is part of the problem. Although, I do not speak Vietnamese it is evident that when he gets rolling ALL staff become tense and the service then becomes more rushed than it already is. I come to get pampered and relax. Not to feel rushed and tense. For the amount of money that I spend on a regular basis; I am starting to feel that I may need to find another nail salon that caters to the customer, employees, and the experience is a relaxing moment opposed to tense and rushed.
