My family and I went to the Coconut & Co. shop on Sunday afternoon. Since the grand opening day was on Saturday, we were still given the Coconut & Co. tote bag, which is absolutely cute, as well as the Coconut & Co. mug. All of the drinks we ordered were great; we will definitely come back.

Congratulations on your new location in the city of Alhambra! The food and drinks here will always be the best. The service was fast and efficient and the ambience here was small but so cute when you walk inside with all the coconut decorations.

What an amazing place for all things coconut. I love the pineapple coconut shake (refreshing and full of coconut bits). The Pandan Kaya Toast was also crunch and highly addictive. The staff were super friendly and gave us a few suggestions on what to order. The ambiance is festive, bright but cozy space with only two tables outdoor. There are other rocks to lean against and sit on at The Regal Theater Plaza. Parking lot is multi-level next door.older pictures do not reflect their new location. Highly recommended!

I first discovered this place through a Yelp Elite event and just recently finally visited myself and I'm obsessed, especially on a hot day! Heads up though that their last day is April 16th and they're going to be moving to Alhambra but it won't open for a month or two as they still need to move in and set up. I've tried their premium coconut shake and that's soooo yummy and you can't go wrong with the most simple one! It's not too sweet either which is really great. I've also tried the mango coconut shake and that threw me off at first bc it only tasted like a mango shake bc that was concentrated all the way at the bottom. I didn't taste the coconut until later and then it got good. I've also tried their kaya toast with butter and that's pretty tasty as well. I got my mom the coconut calamansi and she loved it. It's usually pretty quiet and empty when I come during the day but on a Friday night, I did see more people hanging out there. I do love that there is seating for people to hang out. Staff are pretty quiet and keep to themselves as they have two digital order stations. So if you have questions, you have to kind of call them to the front and ask. Sad they'll be on a little hiatus as they transition from San Gabriel to Alhambra but 10/10 recommend this place especially as an alternative to boba haha

I attended their grand opening on 6/26/26. Cute little store in the same plaza at the Regal Theaters, For The Win, and Panda Express. The drinks were yummy and I will definitely be going back to try the other drinks. Service was great. They were very sweet and helpful. Got a free tote bag, mug, and a special grand opening BOGO free deal!

Genuinely love, love this cafe!! Drinks and snacks are so delicious all around. Staff is always friendly. I think what could bring in MORE customers are installing outlets for laptops. There are other cafes nearby that I feel are a bit mediocre, but I think what gets them some consistent customers are outlets. There are a lot of customers that look to work remotely at cafes, so I really encourage outlets to be installed! Currently there's only 1 outlet available by 1 table.

Came here on a hot day, in hopes of a refreshing drink, and that's exactly what i got! The space itself was very clean and open. I ordered the coconut slush, and it was so delicious! It was sweet, and refreshing. However it wasn't that type of sweet that gives you a stomachach, it was the refreshing, light, nice type of sweet. We ordered on the kiosk, and you're able to customize your drink in so many ways. The workers were kind as well. Definitely recommend especially with these hot days coming up!

A late evening stop for yummy coconut refreshing drink. Originally tried this at a yelp event and really liked it, so was glad to see it's in my nearby neighborhood. It was easy to order on the self ordering kiosk. There are plenty of choices and low sugar options and there's staff standing by in case you need help. The drinks came out fairly quick. There's a fun vibe with cute coconut characters, tropical setting cartoon art on the walls and fun music playing in the background.

The location is in the front part of the plaza. It took me and my friends a bit to find it. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and the sign in the front wasnt lit. They have 2 self kiosks to place your orders on. The music that they played was hard. We felt like we were in a rave with the younger generations, lol. They had a couple of 4 seating table tops inside and the drinks were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and we were definitely feeling the raving scene, lol. I had a great time with my friends and we had enough places for our party to sit, so that's a plus! Great place for large groups. Im rating this a 3 because I had an allergic reaction to one of their drinks. I made sure I didnt get anything I was allergic to, but Idk what happened, maybe cross contamination? I didnt call to notify because they were already closed and I havent called. If I do return, it wont be for a drink. Update: someone reached out to me after reading my review and is investigating the incident. So im going to change my review to 4.

They're open daily 12-8pm Ordered Doordash because they are having a promotion - 25% off (up to $8) - add $12 to apply! My order came pretty fast - under 30 min! Menu has a good variety of coconut drinks, as well as tasty snacks! Pricing is reasonable and most drinks are $6-7+. The Premium Coconut Shake ($6.50) and it was very delicious! It's made with coconut water and lots of yummy coconut! Loved that it was not too sweet and it was so creamy! I was surprised it came with so much coconut! Definitely really enjoyed this drink! The Coconut Water with Sugarcane & Coconut Meat ($7.50) was amazing! It was so refreshing and not too sweet even without ice and sugar adjustments! It came with lots of coconut and the coconut was very soft, fresh, and tasty! Definitely recommend!

Coconut & Co never misses. I usually order the purple rice dessert because it's warm and perfectly creamy and just the right level of sweetness--not overpowering at all, like a cozy blanket in desert form. Today I decided to switch it up and tried the Qing Bu Liang with coconut water, and wow... so refreshing, flavorful, and wonderfully coconuty. It's the kind of dessert that feels light yet satisfying. On top of that, the staff has been consistently personable and kind every single visit, which makes the experience even better. This is one of those spots you keep coming back to and happily recommend to others.

Coconut Shake, Kaya with Butter, Chiffon Cake

There's a very popular coconut shake chain in Singapore that this shake comes decently close to. Not too sweet, slushy texture, and gula Melaka together make a great sweet treat. The Kaya toast was nice and crispy and had great authentic flavor. The chiffon cake was light, fluffy and fragrant. The store was empty when I visited so I hope more people will come try.

I ordered the Avocado Coconut Shake with Coconut Sugar (Large - $6.95) with Young Coconut Meat (additional 75 cents). As I sipped, I found myself shaking in excitement. "It's delicious!" I'd scream. This smoothie-like beverage is refreshing, unique, and flavorful. The flavor of fresh, tender avocado is very apparent. The coconut came silky, satisfying, and thirst quenching. And its coconut sugar brought a memorable jolt of sweetness. However, if you're sensitive to sugar be wary. That sugar is strong; I left with an unexpected surge of jittery energy. Regardless, I experienced unadulterated joy at Coconut & Co (San Gabriel). I arrived at Coconut & Co (San Gabriel) on Thursday (around 1:10PM). Parking is very simple and convenient since this plaza had an underground parking structure. I quickly found parking. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted with a bright smile. And I genuinely appreciated how staff took initiative to offer help on answering any questions and offering recommendations. This location has two self-service kiosks. Ordering was easy. I selected my beverage and options; I inserted my name; and I inputted my cell phone number. As mentioned, I ordered the Avocado Coconut Shake with Coconut Sugar (Large - $6.95) with Young Coconut Meat (additional 75 cents). The drink was finished in five minutes and four seconds. As mentioned prior, I happily enjoyed my beverage. The flavors felt distinct; its ingredients all tasted fresh; and the composition felt well-balanced. The drink did not taste frugal nor cheap; rather, the drink felt generous in portion-size and flavor. This drink was prepared thoughtfully and carefully. Delicious! Concerning ambiance, Coconut & Co (San Gabriel) is well-maintained, very clean, and well-ventilated. The cartoon coconut artwork is adorable and vibrant. The floors and tables are shiny and spotless. And I enjoyed the chill ventilation as I sipped my cold, smooth beverage. The music is also very calm and soothing. Coconut & Co (San Gabriel) is also surprisingly spacious. Its outside plaza looked dim and dingy; however, Coconut & Co (San Gabriel) felt chirpy and comfy. I felt very welcomed. Overall, I found joy at Coconut & Co (San Gabriel). This location is absurdly delicious. If you love coconuts, this is a must-try. I enthusiastically recommend. 4.9 out of 5

Huge fan of the coconut shakes. The Oreo, Premium Coconut, and Avocado are my faves. Unique toppings such as boba noodles added a great texture. Don't sleep on the Kaya toast either. It's a must try!! read more

Came here after a workout for their soft opening. Their drinks are so good and healthy! I got a coconut water with lime and a mango smoothie and I'll definitely be coming here again because the drinks were soooo good and refreshing after a workout. The service was great too and the owners are super nice. 10/10 recommend. read more

I learned about this place through Instagram, but I would have found it sooner or later because of the plaza it's located in. The staff is so polite and are just so genuine. I tried ordering their Ube and accidentally ordered the signature but the staff were kind enough to make the Ube order for me anyways. I really appreciate that. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and fresh. That is definitely the key word here *fresh*. The drinks, the environment, the people, FRESH. I got the Signature Premium Coconut Shake, Pandan Coconut Cake, and the black rice coconut. The shake is really good and refreshing. They use fresh young coconut water, coconut slices, and coconut milk for the shake, all natural. The pandan coconut cake is also really good. You can taste the pandan and coconut. I think they use the coconut water to making the cake. It soft and moist, like a sponge cake. The black rice coconut was okay. It have fresh coconut and coconut jelly with coconut milk. I would take better if coconut water is also use in making the black rice. If you like coconut, I highly recommend Coconut & Co. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely go back for the shake and cake. Also try out other drinks. read more

second time studying here with friends-- the owners are the nicest people, they kept giving us free samples of pandan and redbean dessert while we were studying. the service really makes me want to make this a regular study spot-- fast wifi, outlets, and background music is not loud I ordered the coconut water with basil seeds and lemon, which is really refreshing and the coconut water wasn't too sweet read more

Everyone make way! This is the coolest (much pun intended) new drink spot in town! Coconut & Co brings a breathe of fresh air into the SGV drinks scene. In an area dominated by boba and teas, its so nice to be able to try a different type of refreshing drink. Coconut & Co not only gives some variance from the norm, but also does a great job at it! I've been a few times and have never been disappointed. I tried a good amount of their menu, and my favorite and go to is the premium coconut shake. The coconut flavors come through so prominently, but not harshly so. Taking a long sip whisks you away to Malaysia and you almost forget you're thousands of miles away. In addition to their great drinks, this place also has fantastic snacks. Their kaya jam sandwiches and pandan bread and super tasty and addicting. You'll end up eating your whole portion and wanting to order more! Overall, I'm super happy that this place opened up and definitely plan on going by regularly! read more

Amazing coconut drinks for your cravings. We got their premium coconut shake and their sugarcane coconut shake both at regular sweetness. The premium coconut wasn't too sweet and so fresh and delicious. The sugar cane was a bit sweeter but still not overly so. The staff were very friendly and kind and the inside of the store was clean and bright in contrast to the older plaza it's located in. As a coconut water lover theirs was some of the best I've ever had. Even my partner who isn't a big fan of coconut really enjoyed their drinks. So happy this placed open and will definitely be coming back! read more

Great service but drinks are not very good. Basic at best. Coconut orange was unexpectedly better than the signature premium coconut smoothie. The smoothie was initially bland and as it melted, it became/tasted artificially sweet. read more

We ordered the mango and ube smoothie and both were amazing! They were very refreshing and flavorful. It was also nice that it was not overly sweet. We also appreciated a no dairy drink option instead of a typical milk tea. Overall, next time we are in the area, we will definitely be back to try the many other flavors and toppings. read more

I only have positive things to say about this amazing place! The moment we entered we were greeted by this amazing, energetic woman! She offered us samples and spoke to us about their products. We ordered the original coconut smoothie, the Thai smoothie, the tornado, and the pandan cake. Everything was DELICIOUS!! We sampled the coconut water, kaya toast ‍ and the ube ice cream. I will definitely be coming back to this place, phenomenal service and food! I wish them nothing but success in their new business! read more

Went for their soft opening and got their coconut water with sugarcane and kaya toast. The drink was best of both world as it has a strong taste of both coconut and sugarcane flavor. The kaya toast was soft, lightly crisp, and buttery flavorful. Refreshing to see something different than a typical boba tea shop in the SGV. Def will back again. read more

Even the color is different. It's a little murkier and less transparent, which was my first clue that this was going to taste different. My husband and I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised to find no line. Ordering is done through a tablet kiosk at the front, and as soon as we finished placing our order, the woman working immediately started making everything fresh. We ordered the Sugar Cane Float to enjoy there and a half gallon of sugarcane juice to bring home. The float was unexpectedly good! Better than anticipated. We chose vanilla ice cream (they also had coconut, coffee, and another flavor I can't remember), and the two scoops melted into the sugarcane juice, giving it a creamy, almost milkshake-like texture while still tasting refreshing. I've never seen this offered at Vita Cane before, and now I'm already planning to come back to try the coconut version. The shop itself is very clean, with bench seating by the front windows if you'd like to wait for your order or enjoy your drink there. The woman working was also incredibly kind. When our half gallon was ready, she recommended portioning it out and freezing anything we wouldn't drink within three days so it would stay fresh. Good advice... except we ended up finishing the entire thing in two days! If you're a sugarcane juice fan and think all sugarcane juice tastes the same, Fresh Cane might change your mind. The difference between fresh and frozen cane is surprisingly noticeable, and this has easily become one of my favorite spots in SGV for a refreshing drink.

They have a few pre built bowls that you can choose from but we usually go with the custom craft option to build our own. I normally get the small craft which allows you to choose up to three bases and any toppings you want. I normally get the açaí and their chia pudding (original) for the base. The chia pudding does come pre sweetened so keep that in mind if you don't want something too sweet. As for the toppings they have an array of choices and you can pick as many as you want! The service is quick and everyone is nice. It does get busy even at night but the staff are pretty quick with preparing the bowls. They also have an online ordering service so you can order ahead!

Found this hidden gem from social media. Service was excellent and the ambiance was very relaxing and quiet. The rengdang bao was a flavor bomb. I tasted a sliver of onion from the rendang bao and I took my big back to my car and went to town on these baos! The rendang was packed full of spices and flavor. The pickled onions and chili soy sauce balanced everything out!! The premium coconut water with coconut meat was not too sweet and incredibly refreshing on such a hot day.
