Went in on a Saturday early evening, no other customers there. One worker there who was not helpful at all, I asked him what the flavors were and he said the menu is up on the board. When I asked for two flavors, he said they weren't available. He should've just told me what the flavors were in the display that were actually available. On this visit, we arrived around 8 PM to order egg waffles as we hadn't had them in a while. We also saw the mango pancake on the menu, but when we went to order, the cashier told us they no longer sell any of the cake options on the menu. :0 They were also sold out of a few coconut jelly flavors, but they weren't specific about which ones until we asked. The egg mochi waffle itself was good (8/10). The outside could've been a little crunchier, but the inside was soft and pillowy, which I enjoyed. I was looking forward to coming here, so I went with a bunch of friends on a Wednesday night, and the place was too warm. That feels gross to me if you're ordering from a place that sells mainly dessert items. I ordered a jelly mango pudding mason jar thing, and I seriously waited like twenty minutes for it! I thought he would just grab something from the refrigerated display case. Nope, all of us waited too long. I saw another couple in there with a baby stroller and they waited so long for their order they thought something was wrong. I felt for them because I remember those times with the baby, you just wanna grab something fast. There was poor customer service. We were not told how long we would have to wait, and finally when the food came out, we were not even called to the front to get our order. The one cashier didn't seem like he spoke with customers often. And lastly, when we left, we looked for a trash can and couldn't find one. The worker said they don't have one, to go outside. I LOVEEEEEE getting dessert here. Once I had coconut jelly here I could not stop for a month. I legitimately ordered jelly through DoorDash at least twice a week for a month. The jars are stunning and the spoon are very cute (they make great reusable coffee spoons). The consistency of the jelly is very good. It can a little liquid like as a result of the amount of gelatin in it but I love it that way. They have a wide variety of flavors. The fruit here is always fresh. I regularly get strawberry and mango and it is very very fresh and ripe. It can be quite expensive (7-8 dollars) but I think it's worth it. Hidden gem which we stumbled randomly looking for a dessert place close by Food - I settled for the Mango Coconut Jelly. I do prefer this location better than Melo Melo. Why? It was a few dollars cheaper and it's a little less sweeter but the consistency and flavor is still there. I also tried the Durian Crepe Cake. I'm a huge fan of Durian but this was not to my liking possibly because it was not traditional durian flavor.
