Yikes! So many issues with this place!! They don't put anything in the pedicure water. The callous remover was a joke. She didn't even let it sit on there, just rubbed it on and started exfoliating. They blare the music way too loud. One of the employees wasn't busy so she was watching something on her phone playing it out loud for all to hear! No headphones . They warm up food in the back and it sticks up the place like seafood so bad wanted to gag!! Besides the food, the place just smelled funky. My boss treated me to a mani+pedi here after a particularly large project last year, and I've been back every few weeks since! The ladies help me keep my usually-brittle and damaged nails strong and beautiful with dip powder, and I get so many compliments from even strangers on their work; I now love having decorated fingers where before it felt so foreign just to wear lacquer. They did a full renovation and furniture upgrade a few months back and the Tiffany-Blue chairs and pure white tables make the experience feel so much more luxurious. They've reopened for business with precautions as of 6/19, but be sure to call ahead to make sure there's room! read more

My daughter often drops me off to get my nails done here. I am elderly and need a mani-pedi regularly. The last time she joined me for her first pedicure in years. Her feet were in good shape, toenails a bit long ... she specifically told the shop owner she needed a fluent person who understood what she said. AND she specifically asked the operator that she not cut the nails but just shape and file them down. Without discussion, the Asian operator cut her nails back to the quick. They were so short, they hurt her afterward. It takes months for her to grow her nails. She should not have paid her - but she did not give any tip. read more

My nails were worse then this and I told her to fix them and she Started giving attitude. So I asked for someone else's opinion and they laughed at the job she did. I have been having the girls at Coelia do my mani pedis for at least 7 years now. I love them- they are so professional, always do a great job and there is no turnover. Its been the same girls the whole time- Christine, Tiffany, Natalie & Lynn, love them. I almost always get gel on my nails and have started trying the powder- both are great. I always ask Lynn to pick out my toe nail color and its just a lot of fun for us to see what she comes up with but it always involves glitter! :) read more

She was furious because they told her after she had already started the service and her daughter had to bring her money. I decided to check this place out because a friend recommended it and never again! I paid too much for bad quality. I got the most expensive callus removal because my foot was bad and they didn't even remove the callus when I checked it after I got home! The guy doing my nails for the mani only did one hand with the coat of pink for a French tip gel and didn't do the other one even though I brought up the pink. Also didn't double coat the white part on the French tip so it looks like a washed out white. The only reason they are getting a two star is cause the girl doing the pedi did it right. Used to be my go-to nail place when I was living in LN. Located in the same shopping center as Albertsons, KFC and CVS. Very quiet on the inside, could use a little decorating, but not a big deal in my eyes. Lynn always did my nails, always did a great job!! They also do threading and waxing. This place isn't very good for nails! 1) they don't use a base coat - which because they don't it turns your nails yellow 2) my nails had a LOT of bubbles in them. The lady noticed and made a comment but did nothing to fix it. The star is because they use OPI nail polish. read more

She has been my manicurist for the past 3 years, but today I had a special request. Could she give my ailing mom her last manicure. Without hesitation Christine said yes. I brought my mom, who would only live for a few more days, and introduced her to Christine. Like magic they bonded immediately and my mom had the time of her life. Christine made her feel like a queen. I became so emotional watching Christine give my mom her final and most beautiful manicure. Lynn, Natalie or Tiffany are all great and have each given me fantastic pedicures..... I have no favorite. Long and lovely foot massages leaving my feet soft and pretty with manicured toes. upon calling to make an appointment I was quoted $20.00 for a fill and $6.00 for the gel color. I scheduled.. had to wait 15 mins past my appointment time. Then was informed at the chair the acrylic fill was only $17.00 and the gel color was an additional $26.00! that is a crime!! when neighboring salons only charge never more than $15.00 for gel color. Bel Age salon in Lake Forest charges $6.00 for gel color on acrylics. The integrity of the acrylic nails was good.. not very friendly and extremely over priced for gel color! will Never return due to price and lack of consideration over original price quote.. Would Never recommend this salon to anyone. read more
