I paid $60 for gel pedicure . I didn't like the results . The technician didn't massage my feet until I told her to. She was on her phone the whole time doing my pedicure . Her detail was off and my toes didn't. Really look improved . Waste of $ . Also the technician cut my cuticles and it stung when she applied the stuff they use to clean the toes. I visited the salon for a walk-in full set of acrylic nails early in the morning, right around opening time. I was warmly greeted by a lovely woman at the front, and immediately noticed how clean and well-maintained the salon was--it gave a very professional and upscale impression. When I sat down with my nail technician, Tiffany, I mentioned that the salon's website listed a regular acrylic full set starting at $35.00+. However, Tiffany showed me a different price sheet, explaining that the prices online were from the previous owner and were no longer valid. I politely expressed that this was a bit misleading to customers, as it gives the impression of lower pricing than what is currently being charged. I asked if they might be able to honor the price listed on their official website, but Tiffany informed me that they could not. While I was disappointed--especially since the pricing discrepancy wasn't my fault--I still decided to go through with the service, as I needed my nails done for an event that day. The quality of the service itself was good, and Tiffany was professional throughout. That said, I would strongly encourage the salon to update their website pricing to reflect the current ownership and avoid confusion for future customers. read more

We visit this location for my daughter to get gel X for her wedding. We had Dorothy, and she said the design was easy to make. However, at the end, she made excuses why she couldn't make the flowers and accuse my daughter that she said it was OK how they were . On top of that she was watching TV on her cell phone. She was definitely not paying attention to what she was doing or my daughter's. She was very rude and tossing my daughter's hands back-and-forth when she was done painting. my daughter is a 29 year old doctor but looks like a 19-year-old very quiet and timid. When I went to pay she told the owner $52 and then when i went to pay she said $55 (not that's a lot more) I questioned it because was upset with the quality. the owner said- oh Kathy doesn't work here that often and messed up on the price. In my opinion go across the street to PARDON MY FRENCH. The owner does NOT have your back- Yakut's is terrible. My pointer mail broke within 2 days because how thin it was made. Pretty bummed. Went because I had been a couple years ago, but disappointed with what the service. Asked for a dip and for pressured into a "hard gel." The woman told me it would be better for my nails and last about 3/4 weeks. Well, it has been about a week and not only was the final product lumpy and bumpy but I now also have two nails with chips and one with a scratch. I should have been more confident in my original request but it's annoying that sometimes you want to be polite and take their word for it. Unfortunately, I will not return. I came here with a groupon voucher for powdered acrylic nails. No where on groupon does it say they charge $7.00 for putting tip on powdered acrylic. I'm pissed. Then they keep wanting to upsale me for extras left & right. Its false advertising when its not listed in fine print. ANYWHERE!! I feel cheated. Then they mentioned groupon & manager forgot to put it on. Why is that my fault? I wouldnt have purchased the groupon. Its not about $7.00, its the principle. They upsold a pedicure for me $24.00. Then she wanted to add stuff to make it $40.00. Extra. Having to be in a wedding and not wanting to run around i said fine to knock out mani-pedi in one shot so i can focus a full day on my bff wedding without being stressed! Thst was the plan. Did it go according to plan ? Nope!!!should have figured. :( Christine & kevin were who worked on me. Kevin was super nice and did a superb job in my nails. Christine was nice but all buisness and pushing for upsales. I didnt like my pedi she did as it seemed rushed, and my polish messed up 2.5 seconds after she finished. No fan, no uv light, nothing. Said it was dry, wrong!! I was pissed already at the extra fees, and she seemed rushed to want to go home because it was st the end of the day. Is that any excuse to not give proper service thst I paid for ?? Hell NO! When i got to the car and saw it was messed up, i called and left a message. The whole point was not to have extra bs to deal with the day before the wedding! Im livid. I Had to go back the next day to get it somewhat fixed! More time away from wedding prep stuff and not happy about it. They did fix it, on a sat, packed house. i appreciate that. But it should have been done the first time. Correctly, not half assed! This time i told them i wanted to sit at a fan and would not leave until i made sure my toes Were dry. Would i come back?! Im on the fence. Did i mention not even a week and My powdered nail broke off?!!' This doesnt help! I cannot reccommend this place, full heartedly. why? My quality of pedicure, the fact my nail broke off less than a week, and i didnt do anything, no nail filing on the bed, my cuticles were already done by me prior to going there. Thats half the battle, you couldnt make sure my callous that u got xtra money from me, was done right on top of the extra charges??!!!! No thanks. I would go elsewhere. I want my money back! 2 stars for kevin, for the polish and details. The rest taken off for quality of pedicure, not getting the expected service, and over charging , and being ripped off. I hate giving poor reviews. However, it is warranted I used to LOVE THIS SALON. I would drive from Murrieta to get my nails done, but something has drastically changed. Yesterday I was in town and had a pedicure excited to enjoy the massage and the offers of neck massage. To which none of that happened not an offer of what kind of pedicure just "regular or gel" I said gel. I also needed a repair this was done. The service came to an abrupt end and the tech said tip in cash I said I don't have cash, she said VENMO, ZELLE? I said sure, I scanned her code. She literally chased me to ensure I was tipping in succession she said did you get it? I turned and said YES. Then I went to pay for the service seemed very backwards but okay. The front desk said the same thing to me. I paid Venmo they wanted me to re do the payment to avoid the fee. I felt almost harassed, my payment wasn't exactly what they wanted. I will not be back! I went to get nails done at the salon on Greenfield next to my house. The manicurist name was Denise. I wanted gel X nails. She removed all my nails down to stubs which didn't have to be done. Then she went to do the gel X and there were bubbles all underneath the gel X nail. That by the way is not a good thing! She tried to convince me it was fine and I finally said no it's not OK! Zero stars if I could!!!!!!! I just left and I will NEVER return. Which is sad because I was a regular customer. In the last month I've had two separate sets of acrylics done, multiple nails have popped off and they are lifting like crazy. After the first time, the tech asked "who did this it's not safe you could get fungus with the lifting" and I said oh no worries let's just redo it & she did.... Well then days into this new set two have popped off completely and they are all lifting again. So I went today to ask them to please put on a brand new set. I was recommended "gel x" because apparently it's way better but then was told I was going to be charged $75 for that........ absolutely not. I said no thank you I will just stick with acrylic then and this tech tried to tell me that acrylic is already going to be $65 plus they have to charge me $5 per broken nail. So I will be back at $75 anyways.....?!?? I almost choked. I said no thanks I will just leave & the tech started speaking so poorly to me. How is it my fault your product keeps coming off? It's been ten days? I have never paid more than $46 for a NEW full set here or ANYWHERE for that matter & I tip well after. They totally just tried to screw me over and I just got up and walked out!!! I've been a loyal customer here and they just lost my service. Really unfortunate because the manager is very sweet and most of the nail girls are very kind and do a decent job. I heard two customers gasp when I said I was NOT accepting being charged $75 for acrylics. Hopefully they get their act together. I made an appointment for a full set of regular acrylics and the receptionist couldn't find my appointment but took me right away. Be prepared to add $5 to the base $30 for any shape other than traditional square and another $5 for any length. At first he said $5 for long nails so I asked to do as long as needed for coffin nails but nothing more (to avoid the $5 charge for length - which I thought length is the point of the nails in the first place) and I still got charged. The guy who did my nails seemed in a hurry and when he cut my skin with the filing machine he immediately blamed my hand mobility...mind you his chair had wheels to move. Mine did not. After cutting me he tried to make me feel like I was wasting his time because my nails took 3 coats instead of using gel that dries fast. I told him I prefer polish to gel and he scoffed.
