Ambiance 3/5: it's both a market and restaurant. Very casual. Nothing special to be honest. Service 2/5: our waitress was dry and I had to ask for my water to get filled up every time. Impressively everyone's pick up order was ready -- no one had to wait. Although this Ike's location is inside a large plaza, it's situated next to Super King.
