The drinks are good here and the ambiance is even better. The table seating is limited if you are more than two people. They do however have a long barstool style table that a large group of people can sit on. They also have ice cream and different food items. I was hesitant to try their boba tea drinks because it's not their main item but I was pleasantly surprised that it was flavorful and the boba had a good consistency and sweetness to it. I was craving ice cream and someone recommended Coffee Nutzz, saying you have the best ice cream. From the moment my family and I walked in, we felt very welcomed by the three ladies who greeted us. We were having trouble deciding on flavors, and Lorena was so kind to let us try a few before we made our choices. OMG, all the flavors were absolutely AMAZING!!! This place is good & so is their customer service usually. It's right across my house so it's convenient, BUT they are so slow. No matter how early I leave my house to stop by I tend to always get to work late. If there's ONE car in the drive through I already know it's going to take about 10 minutes to get my drink. It's happened so many times already. Today I made a mobile order 10 minutes before I left my house because it was getting kind of late, I decided to pick it up inside and when I walk inside I stand by the mobile orders & don't even get acknowledged the whole time I'm standing there. The latte had just the right amount of sweetness without being over the top, and the espresso was just right, with none of that bitter taste you sometimes get. The vibe in here is super chill, good music, comfy seating, and just enough space to feel cozy. Perfect for getting some work done which is what i was able to do or just grabbing a quick item to go. The staff was friendly and knew their stuff, they help so much with the suggestions and how to make the coffee to your liking. They've got a solid selection of pastries, too. A young lady took my order. Another young lady was about to put milk into it. I told the first young lady that I did not ask for milk. She said it didn't come with milk. I was trying to tell her what happened, but the second lady cut me off and said, "But it doesn't have milk!" I was just trying to explain that they needed to be careful because I have a dairy allergy. The second lady interrupted me when I was trying to explain that I was allergic to dairy and that I needed to be careful. She made another iced coffee, and I wanted to say, "I feel bad that you had to make it again, but thank you for making it. I have to be careful because I am allergic to dairy." And if you follow me and seen my post about the last Boba place I went to not wanting to make the Taro shake the way I asked for it, well you know how excited I was ordering this lol I ordered the Taro shake blended with Oreos and no Boba so amazing you must try it. I also got my favorite spicy chicken sandwich that I always get when I come here. Personally I like this place better than Starbucks so much better and the customer service that I always receive here is fantastic. The workers are always lovely and nice and give quality customer service.
