I came in the other day with my friend and ordered a taro milk tea with boba and sea salt cheese foam, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had here. The employee taking our order was talking nonstop about a celebrity the entire time instead of focusing on her job. My drink was made wrong from the start. She forgot the sea salt cheese foam, then had to give it to me separately in a small cup, and even spilled it while trying to fix the mistake. When I left and started drinking it, I realized the drink wasn't even blended. All the sugar was sitting at the bottom, it barely tasted like taro, and mostly just tasted like plain milk. It was honestly the worst taro milk tea I've ever had. What makes this even more frustrating is that there wasn't even a rush. It was literally just me and my friend in the shop. It's not like they were slammed with customers or trying to keep up with a long line. There was no reason for an order this simple to be messed up so many times. I was nice and understanding the whole time because mistakes happen, but this wasn't just one mistake--it was mistake after mistake on a single drink. I've come here multiple times before and never had an experience this bad. I work at Jack in the Box, so I understand customer service and making orders correctly. I've never served a customer something this poorly made. Management should seriously reconsider who they hire, or at the very least provide better training and supervision, because customers shouldn't have to pay for drinks that are made this carelessly. read more

The place is pretty cute. It was empty when I first arrived and had a few customers come in and out after me. I got the Taro Blended because I went there around 6pm and I'm pregnant so I shouldn't be drinking too much caffeine. The drink came out super quick, about 2 minutes. I was hoping there would be some real taro in the drink but there was none. It was just flavored taro and some ice mixed with some powdered milk. Overall it was ok. The person that took my order didn't ask me about sugar level and was about to give me full sweetness. Thankfully I asked if I could have half sweetness, which is the least they can do for that drink. The drink came out pretty sweet still so I was glad that I did the minimum. I do wish they had an even less sweeter option or at least something that tasted more natural. I felt like I was drinking mainly syrup and ground up ice. read more

Tea Be Honest... I didn't know there were multiple locations. The drink I got was a seasonal pumpkin one with boba. It was decent on a hot day, but the pumpkin cream was a little overwhelming. The boba was pretty decent. The cashier was nice and the drink came out fast. Overall 3.5 stars with the customer service. I would come back here if I was in the area to try their fruit teas. On a hot Inland Empire day, Tea Be Honest truly hits the spot. I popped in one afternoon on my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience from start to finish. The shop is located in a strip mall, so plenty of free, easy parking out front. I stopped in a few minutes after they opened, so no wait. The woman working was quick and friendly pulling everything together. I ordered a mango Galaxy Tea with boba added in and it was honestly everything I was looking for in a mid-workday pick-me-up treat drink. This shop is located off Baseline and N Riverside Ave in Rialto, in the same shopping center as the Walmart neighborhood market. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and explained some of the drinks to me. I got the large Dirty MT with boba and coffee jelly ($6.80 before tax). Boba texture was good and the coffee jelly added a nice flavor. Definitely enjoyed the drink! The shop was clean and had plenty of tables and seating. Also lots of parking available. If I'm being honest, I had a very hard time choosing between a drink that I always get and a drink I've never tried before but sounds like it tastes good. This is what the menu of Tea Be Honest does to you!!!! I opted for the Wintermelon green tea with boba and babes got the taro/hokkaido blend with caramel. They were both on the sweeter end so I recommend lowering the sweetness level if you can't handle sweet. I have been here twice now- once at night after kbbq and once during the day. Love it! The 32 oz cup is so funny and long. The workers are always patient and accommodating, one of the female workers today helped as adjust one of our drinks after we ordered it too sweet. The decor is so cute! Tea Be Honest never disappoints! They're consistent in what they do. Drinks are flavorful and perfectly made. Customer service is on point. Prices are worth what you purchase, in my opinion. The drink I got yesterday was a substitute for what I came in for, which was going to be something pumpkin flavored. But, they did not have the pumpkin products yet. That's okay. I didn't mind substituting. So, I got the horchata, Chai, milk tea with boba, caramel, and cream brulee foam on top. Let me tell you! That drink was crazy good! I drank it so fast!
