    Bacon Burrito
    Kelly N.

We stopped in here on a Saturday morning to chill and do some crossword. It was too chilly to sit outside but the patio was very cute. We got the punk tart and the burrito. The raspberry felt super fresh and had a little sourness to it which we liked. The Bacon Burrito was okay, it just didn't have enough bacon. The flat white was standard and the barista offered to make us a chocolate espresso drink cut with hot coffee to accommodate our half sweet request. The ordering interaction was fine, but felt a bit curt. I'm not sure if this is their schtick (kinda like steins) but prefer a more upbeat tone from my weekend coffee shop.

Friendly service. The coffee selection is excellent. Freshly made food items. The veggie breakfast burrito was a nice size, full and tasty. The goal is to try everything on the menu. Indoor and outdoor seating. Spacious and eclectic.

This place is honestly the best coffee I have had in NOLA the flavors are all original and the punktart is a nostalgic take on my childhood favorite pop tarts. They have a very cool courtyard area in the back for studying or just simply relaxing. All the staff are super hospitable it makes you feel extremely welcome every time I've walked in.

I absolutely love this place. Their espresso Nebula iced coffee is literally my favorite coffee of all time. Their back courtyard is lovely. I would study their during school all the time as well.

I got a large and so glad I did! Photo doesn't look like much because you have to taste it yourself!

Recently pulled my back out badly. Was in desperate need of a great coffee and something to eat today. Coffee science was the best coffee I've had in this city hands down. It was a fast delivery, which was great. They were out of the sandwich I ordered and replaced it with a STUFFED veggie and egg burrito and a personalized note apologizing for the replacement. But that burrito honestly hit harder than a BLT could have, and the mocha latte was better relief than the pain meds I'm on. I've been wanting to try this place for months. Their instagram is the funniest piece of entertainment you'll find, and they have a huge heart for New Orleans.TRY THEM OUT Thanks for making a hard day better Coffee Science.

Breakfast tacos and pastries. The coffee is excellent 10/10. Hands down the BEST coffee I've had in New Orleans! Good coffee is only an equation away and they definitely do that here. The service is fun and friendly. The owner chatted with us about coffee for a while. The ambiance is clean and quaint. One of those old NOLA homes repurposed into a business. Our iced lattes have set the tone for a great day today. Love this place!

    Terrible tasting latte.

Guy with the white hair is rude and doesn't know what is in a standard latte. The shop is small and they had no food on the menu. What food they do have is just re-heated with an air fryer. Will never stop here again.

Favorite coffee shop in New Orleans! Their Venetian Creme is a must have every time I'm in town. It has a coffee with oat milk and coconut flavor that is very unique. It is premade and I usually ask to add coffee brew to it to make it less sweet. No wifi and limited parking are the only drawbacks to this place but I love the coffee so much that I am keeping it 5 stars.

    The Espresso Nebula
    Meghan D.

Coffee science is the best coffee in the city! My favorite drink is The Espresso Nebula. It is whipped espresso, milk, and cane sugar over ice and is a perfect balance of strong and sweet. The shop is cute, but you have to check out the courtyard. The courtyard is charming with lots of tables and trees. A great spot to enjoy coffee or read a book. I will continue to visit coffee science in the future!

Reasonable selection, all things considered. It earns that bonus star by having several choices of regional beers sold by the can and chilled for $2.50. Even if you couldn't pour it into a cup and walk around the quarter with your beer, that's still a pretty good deal. Also, I was delighted they sold Herbsaint in small 200ml bottles. I'll confess to bringing my bottle back to the hotel, putting some in a plastic cup with an appropriate volume of water, and using that as my walking around town drink. Infinitely better (and more authentically NOLA) than the frozen slop that gets you sloppy. Anyhow, I'm sure to return to pick up some beverages whenever I'm back in town. It's a recommended stop for sure. Good stuff. Convenient location. Zero pretense.

I'm not sure about parking as I walked to the brewery on my recent visit. This brewery has a great feel that hearkens back to a cozy neighborhood pub - eclectic seating divided between a couple of rooms with a small bar and a simple setup including around 9-10 taps. I felt right at home. Flights included four 5 ounce pours for $19. Food is mostly supplied by Shift Kitchen but you're basically invited to bring in anything you want. I tried the following: * 90s Women's Power Ballads - IPA - New England / Hazy 6.6% ABV - Pretty decent hazy NEIPA, Guiyang body with notes of citrus, finishes hoppy and a touch floral. 4/5 * Tenant - Bitter/Best 4.1% ABV - Very nice sweet malty bitter, notes of toasted bread, slightly toasted peanut, finishes appropriately dry and somewhat mildly bitter. 4/5 * Mr. Words Is A Monster - Pilsner/Other 5.5% - Interesting XPA, crisp body, hint of orange peel finishing hoppy, hint of pine and black pepper. 4/5 * I Am A Donut - Sour - Berliner Weisse 4.2% - Light bodied sour, fruity body with notes of sweet mango. 4/5 * Notice Me Senpai - Porter - Imperial / Double 8.1% - Tasty porter with notes of dark chocolate, English toffee and roasty coffee, almost creamy body finishing dry. 4/5 In general all the beer I indulged in were good, I think this is probably the best brewery I tried in my recent trip to New Orleans.
