It's such a fun twist on the typical matcha coconut drink, and I have to give Damo their flowers for creating something that feels unique. The Matcha Einspanner wasn't particularly stand-out compared to some of the other cafes in K-Town, but it was still a well-balanced drink with a nice mix of bitterness, sweetness, and creaminess. The drinks do lean on the sweeter side, which is kind of a dilemma for me because the cream is SO good, but it also takes away from the matcha a little. So I went up and asked if it would taste good dirty, with an espresso shot in it, and the barista said yes.
