The shop is always clean, well maintained, and has such a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. What really makes this place stand out is the staff! Everyone is friendly and professional, but Bella deserves a special mention. She is consistently so pleasant and genuinely a joy to talk to in the mornings. Whether I'm grabbing coffee, iced tea, or matcha, she always makes the experience even better. I'm now obsessed with their new strawberry matcha latte, it's officially my new favorite! The peach iced tea is a close second and so refreshing. They also offer a great variety of lattes along with hot and iced coffee options, so there's always something to suit whatever you're in the mood for. Located right in the Vermont Galleria, TOM N TOMS Vermont hits the perfect balance of a cozy coffee shop vibe with enough energy to keep you awake. The Drinks: You can't go wrong with their coffee, but their specialty drinks are where they really shine. You have to try the Banana Revolution--it is super creamy and has a rich, real banana flavor that doesn't taste artificial at all. If you want something refreshing, the Sweet Rice Slush is also a great pick. The Food: You have to try their pretzels. They are made fresh and come out piping hot. The Pepperoni Pizza Pretzel or the Sweet Potato Pretzel (with the cheese filling!) are totally crave-worthy. It's way better than your average coffee shop pastry case. The Vibe & Amenities: Parking: A huge plus in LA--there's a parking garage in the Galleria, so you don't have to stress about street parking. FOOD: I got two drinks. The dalgona latte and the sweet potato latte. The dalgona latte is definitely more my taste. It would seem like it is very sweet but it is definitely not. The coffee taste was there and it was delicious. The sweet potato latte was kind of a shocker because it literally looked like milk and it tasted of milk with sugar LOL. Nonetheless, it was good but just not my preference. I definitely want to try the other options next time. They also have some food options and they did look very appetizing. SERVICE: The girl who served me was super sweet and helpful because it was my first time. I asked her for recommendations and she told me about the dalgona and glad she did because it was good. Very quick service as well. AMBIANCE: There's a good amount of seatings available and they also have a small outdoor patio available. Here is real review. We ordered black iced tea, but they gave me this. So we asked, "Is this really black iced tea?" and both the girl and the guy said yes. This is not black iced tea. Black iced tea is pure brewed tea, without milk or any added ingredients. My boyfriend has a serious milk allergy. This could've CAUSED A DANGEROUS REACTION, they almost put someone's life at risk.
