Not all drinks are included, but having free soda is still nice. I do wish they had a few more non-fried appetizers or side dishes to balance out all the heavier food. When we order paella, our favorite part is the crusty, flavorful part that is burned into the pan. Unfortunately, the paella at Bahche is served in a different pan than where it was cooked, so the crusty part is missing. The advantage for them to do it this way is that they can cook it in large batches and serve it quickly when ordered. Although we did kind of miss that component of the meal, we liked that they had both chicken and salmon in the paella, making it more substantial. They must have done a shift change when we were there. Some restaurants will introduce the new server, but we did not experience that during our visit. After we finished our meal, we had to wait awhile before our server appeared. It seemed unusual because the restaurant did not seem very busy at the time. It might have been because we were seated outside rather than in the dining room. Overall, we found Bahche to be a nice place for casual dining, especially if you have a dog.

The fried shrimp and fried chicken wings were amazing! Freshly fried, they were juicy and steaming on the inside, and crispy on the outside.
