The gym lets you bring your pets to the gym now. You need to step over them or walk around them. Some people are allergic also.

Reason why I gave this a five star review is because of the massage chairs other than that not worth it for a intermediate/advanced lifters.

I've been going here about 2 months now and I'm so happy to say I've finally found a great gym for…read moremy needs & wants. I was originally a member at Planet Fitness but it just didn't have all the things I wanted so I started trying out a few other gyms. As soon as I tried out 24, I knew it was the gym for me. My favorite part is that they have both a dry and a wet sauna. I have yet to try the wet sauna but I use the dry sauna after every workout. Very relaxing. The best time to come here that I've noticed so far is after 9pm. That's when it seems to begin to slow down. Around 5-8pm I've observed is probably the busiest time because I guess people are coming to workout right after work. A good variety and machines and equipment that fit my fitness needs. All the staff has been very friendly so far as well. They have some products for sale when you first walk in such as T-shirts, protein bars, preworkout powder, etc. I really like the convenience of that. Check in is easy. You type in your phone number and then scan your fingerprint and you're good to go! They also have a pool and hot tub that I'm interested in but haven't used quite yet. The locker room is spacious and the lockers are nice & big. Everything is clean. Excited to continue my fitness journey and get these gains in 2019

To preface this gym needs major upgrades and is outdated compared to competition which is where we…read moreare all headed next. Additionally upper management does not care about their guests at all and has a bad attitude. In the past this was a great place with great upper management that was understanding and willing you work with you because they wanted what's best for you. I bought a membership for a family member and paid it in full as a gift for graduating last year. Little did I know they would keep my card on file and auto charge it without my personal knowledge for another year. I would have never agreed to keep my card on file for a simple one time gift. Upper management is not willing to work with me at all even though 2 different employees said it would be a simple fix and its wild to see their lack of empathy for the simple fact that I've been apart of this gym from 2010-2013 (break for college) and 2017-yesterday. I've paid for upgrades and private trainings as well as group classes. I've stayed loyal to this location but clearly keeping customers is not a priority. Can't believe they will be acquiring the Grand Prairie location that's shutting down with how awful and insensitive he is because proximity of location will keep people. Take your money elsewhere, you're only a $$$ to him at this location. An upper level managers should know how to de-escalate and not add fuel to the fire. *Update Chris the upper management doesn't know his company's policies at all and said that calling them wouldn't give me any different outcomes. His lack of empathy while working in a public facing job is baffling. Lucky for me I tried and gave corporate a call who profusely apologized for his bad attitude/demeanor was able to resolve the refund because it was within 7 days of the charge and will probably be the only reason I'd consider a different 24 Hr fitness location in the future going forward.

I  finally went…read morethere for the first time the other day (thb I am also a member of 2 other gyms) so that's why it took me so long to visit. It was a Saturday morning about 10am and the gym was not busy which is good. I only went to do cardio which they have a ton of machines there (treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes) and they even have a few upstairs so you can watch people below you (weird). This probably isn't a helpful review since I haven't explored each and every area of the gym, but suffice to say they seem to have adequate weights and space, a HIIT area and decent machines for those that don't like free weights. They have childcare (extra$) and a smoothie bar or something like that which I didn't try. next time I may actually perform a full workout so I can provide a more helpful review. The hours aren't too bad. Check the website to be sure. Please note that the basic rate of 9.99 pretty much only gives you access to walk in and work out. If you require any of the additional features or need a trainer, that comes with the addition packages or additional costs. There are also additional costs associated with the 9.99 membership so just be sure you understand all the small print. When I was there, I did not see any sweaty guys with no shirts on the machines, nor could I detect any grunting or sounds that resemble ancient man taking down a mastodon. I didn't hear any clanging and banging or weights being dropped and someone yelling like they got hot sauce in their eye so its a relatively safe place if you fear creatures that fall lower on the evolutionary scale. This is definitely not a "hardcore" gym. Temperature was cool enough to keep bacteria from replicating. They have fancy trash cans which have wipes built in to them and I was able to wipe down my equipment. as far as how busy they are, I probably should go there on ICD and see how many people are there.  (for those of you that don't know, ICD is "international chest day" or Monday to the layperson). Most of this, like I said, was not informative. I would suggest going by there and making your own determination. If you are someone wanting to get in better shape and have never worked out, this place may be ideal for you. if you are an experienced fitness enthusiast  then they may lack a few things to support your fitness journey.

I get that his job is sales but when you are being aggressive and forceful when a young woman says no she does not want to sign up for training, and he kept asking "why, why, why" then that's a problem. He would not take no for an answer and would not leave her alone. I have emailed corporate and no I do not want to go to the location and speak to anyone there. I want a phone call from corporate. Cody needs sales training and learn the meaning of "no". My daughter in law also told him she is unemployed and yet he still was pretty much forcing her to pay for training she clearly did not want.

There were a few moments that were challenging, but the majority reminded me of a Group Classes like Camp Gladiator. Main difference...we were inside with brand new weights and gear versus bringing your own equipment. I mainly had Marcus as a trainer and found him to have really good energy. $200-$250's per month is too high of a price point for a group class . As 'Value' is subjective and if the price point was drastically lower, I would be committed to continuing. Could be great for someone else, not me.

I missed all notifications for key items that I needed to complete and any sort of update the may have given about the class. But thanks to the manager Jaide, we were able to find out that I was somehow taken out of their workflow list, so I just wasn't getting any sort of communication from them at all. Apart from that, the classes were great but I would have liked to see more focus on core exercises and maybe throw in some plyometrics. I was surprised to see them throw in more advanced barbell exercises in what was essentially a beginners class but it wasn't too bad. But I wish the coaches taught proper form a little better. Between the barbell work and multiple different ways to complete one type of exercise, I would have liked more of a breakdown of what muscles should be targeted for each different way of doing the exercise. All in all, a solid A for everything.

I started going to this Perfect Workout Location pretty soon after it opened, and I have really…read moreenjoyed it from the standpoint of convenience and effectiveness. I used to go to a regular gym and workout on the Nautilus machines, but what I really lacked was the time that seemed to be required, and my interest fell off after years of being a bit of a "gym rat". Well, two knee replacements and 5 years later, I was experiencing a serious bout of out-of-shape-ness and was also suffering from a lack of energy and my metabolism had really fallen off from losing muscle over the years. At age 58, I was not ready to let myself go, but was not wanting to go back to the gym and do things on my own. I responded to a mailer about the Perfect Workout and signed up immediately, and wanted to commit myself to 6 months and see what happens. I KNEW I could do anything for 20 minutes, and once you get going, and don't spend too much time talking to the friendly trainers, then you can do it in 20 minutes, but your time is actually 30 minutes, so you are not really rushed at any time. The trainers there have all been great, and I've had to get to know at least 5 of them in the past year and a half as they come and go, but each time I have felt that they are ALL good and all pretty professional and seem to know the Perfect Workout technique more than adequately. And they are also there for you with lots of encouragement and also nutritional coaching if you would like. I gave this rating 4 out of 5 stars mainly because the studio itself is not what one might think of as a state-of-the-art facility right now. It is in an office park, but the machines are all clean and well maintained, as is the space. The air is always clean and fresh (thank goodness!) and again, I stress that the trainers there really make the most of the set up and the routine, and they are very organized about scheduling and following up with you. And also very reasonable and flexible when you need to adjust your appointment time. I've been going there for 20 months now and I have been very happy with the results. I have met my goals, and now am just going to maintain my muscle and fight middle age, all in 20 minutes twice a week. It's in a part of town with lots around, so I always get errands done while I'm over that way, because you don't have to dress in "gym clothes" to do this workout. Just sensible, comfortable clothes. What a godsend!! My energy is great now, and I went down two sized and lost about 20 pounds in these 20 months. (I also got REALLY careful about my eating, I have to be honest!!)

After one year, I still enjoy the benefits of the 2/week workout…read more MAS
