I was really disappointed. We came in to order 2 love it bowls, no waffle cone or bowl, just 2 creations. When we walked in, granted it was 5 minutes to close, they immediately told us they weren't serving anything because they had turned the stone off. I completely understand wanting to leave and have everything done but you are loosing sales and just look lazy. I don't care if it's 1 hour to close or 3 minutes, all customers should be treated with decency and respect, after all they are the ones who allow employees to have paychecks. read more

Didn't expect such a inconvenience for just 3 ice creams. Ordered for pick up, I get there workers said a delivery driver picked them up?? Worker says I should just go home and wait for the ice cream time passes by still nothing at my door. I believe they just gave my ice cream away to the wrong person that I PAID FOR. I've been here a few times, but I always forget to write a review about it. However, this location needs to be known! For those of you who have never been to a Cold Stone, it's an ice cream store that allows you to customize your own bowl of ice cream. You choose your ice cream flavor (and there's like 20 of them), then you choose what kind of toppings you want (any kind of candy, nuts, or bars you can imagine). These toppings are hand mixed into your ice cream on a marble counter. There's also a full menu of different ice cream recipes that you can choose from if you're not creating your own. I personally love the Birthday Cake Remix. I get it every time I go! It's birthday cake ice cream, melted brownie, fudge, and topped with rainbow sprinkles. My mouth waters when I think about it. I've never had a bad experience at this location, but I have to stress the last visit that I had here. I came here last week after dinner with my boyfriend and employees were amazing! Such a fun crew who were lighthearted and made every customer feel welcomed. There was also a new girl that was training, and the other employees walked her through everything and made her feel like she was part of the team. This is what good customer service is. When the manager isn't around, and the employees are still trying their best and are teaching the trainees the right way to work things around the store. They even did tricks for us by throwing your scoop of ice cream in the air and catching it on the other side of the store in your bowl. I also saw them throw mixed ice cream (toppings, cup, spoon, and all) across the room and had another employee catch it and hand it to a young girl. It was definitely an environment that I would recommend to anyone. It was so prevalent that the staff were enjoying their jobs, and all the customers I saw were having fun. Favorite Cold Stones in this area. Super friendly staff. I always order the Mud Pie Mojo with no peanut butter add caramel, its so good. This place is always crowded, so there is a small wait. They also open later that most ice cream shops which is great for late night cravings or after a movie. read more

This place was NASTY. Tables were not cleaned! There was so much ice cream smear all over the tables, floor and pay counter. All the associates were highly unsanitary! Didn't see anyone washing their hands. When they would dip the scooper in the water their hands would get all soaked with the water that it would start dripping down the scooper into your ice cream. One associate was tossing the customers ice cream to another associate who would catch it with a cup and one of the times they dropped it and had to make it all over again making the customer wait to fix their own stupidity. The stone wasn't cold so the ice cream was melting. Back counter had so much ingredients sitting out that should have been refrigerated. I didn't trust the cleanliness of the associates, the stone or scooper that would have assembled my ice cream. It was just an overall nasty environment we walked right out. We had to come back to have an order remade. The toppings were so pulverized that it was a soupy mess with absolutely no chunks at all. When we came in to have it remade, Megan was incredible. We got in line at 9:20 pm. They close at 10:00. There were approximately 6 people in line before us. We did not get to the counter to order until 9:50 because the line was moving so slow. The employees were more concerned with doing their cleanup than waiting on their customers. When we finally made it to the counter (after standing in line for 30 minutes), they informed us that we couldn't get any mix-ins. I feel like they should lock the door at a certain time or tell those waiting in line BEFORE they wait as long as we did that they aren't able to order from the menu because they start cleaning everything an hour before closing time. Love cold stone but pretty disappointed with this location today. Called a few times throughout the day to check their hours during the current pandemic, with no answer, checked their website and it claimed to be open until 11. Decided to drive all the way from Dallas around 10 to get to the door and see a small sign saying they closed at 10. No big deal, but then tried to knock to inquire if their hours were only temporarily shortened or if it was permanent. To have the 3 employees in the lobby look at me, start laughing and walk to the back. Then watched them do the same to 2 more sets of customers. NO. Worst customer service on the finishing and cashiers end. Not the girls scooping the ice cream. So i ordered a chocolate dip cone. i already paid before they served me.First they gave it to me in a cup. so i corrected them that i got a chocolate cone.. so they charged me for a cone becausee they had charge me for just a scoop/ no cone. So again i tell them i got a chocolate dipped cone. they took the cup back and put it in a CONE. SO I HAD TO CORRECT THEM AGAIN. they finally give me a chocolate dipped. cone and while im standing there, the cashier ASKS ME " DO YOU MIND " paying the extra $0.30 or whatever extra charge it was for a chocolate dipped cone.
