Beyond slow for having so many workers. They didn't clean the counter between making orders so you get a mix of whatever the person in front of you ordered. I rarely get ice cream but when I do, I love coming to Cold Stone in Arnold! I've got the double brownie & shared it thankfully with my husband because they gave me so much in a waffle cone that the 2 of us could barely finish it. The amount of brownie they put into our ice cream was enough to fill you up! The people at the counter are super helpful & they offer up taste tests to make sure you like the ice cream you're getting & they're really efficient on making your perfect scoop! First, the associate at Cold Stone Creamery was very helpful and understood the cake we where wanting. In the past we have used Dairy Queen, Baskin Robins and other Cold Stone Creamery, we were disappointed in the products we had received from all of them. Not getting the order right to the design of the cake. My granddaughter loves ice cream cakes. Thank you to the wonderful listening and understanding of what she wanted. It was perfect. The ice cream sadly fell short of all expectations and was much more expensive than it should have been. My husband ordered a medium serving of chocolate and it was okay but had a slight bitterness I found off putting. I ordered a medium serving of strawberry and the disappointment was total! It tasted very artificial and had absolutely not one speck of strawberries in it... nothing!!!! Two wholly uninspired and less than enjoyable, mediocre servings of ice cream and the added insult of paying $12.69!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. How is an employee gonna yell at me in a crowded area and tell me to "stop wrestling" my friend, we didn't even touch each other... what a vibe killer. Especially on a Friday night when I'm just trying to have fun with friends and get some ice cream. If you want business don't let employees yell at friends casually talking to each other, and instead just mind your own business and serve ice cream. I took my daughter to get some ice cream and meet up with her uncles, aunts, and cousins. There was one table that was long enough to accommodate us and it was very sticky/dirty. They weren't super busy but all of the employees were young and seemed stressed out. I had to repeat my daughters order 3 times. The ice cream itself was good and the waffle bowl was fresh. I was almost charged double because of an error on their end but I luckily caught it before inserting my card. The trash cans were overflowing and no one seemed like they were about to empty them. New to Arnold and a great addition worth the splurge! Touchfree ordering, online ordering and third party delivery are amazing additions to this already great ice cream store. They make ice cream fresh in the store everyday and it's the most amazing tasting ice cream in the universe! You can add fruits, candy, cakes and more to any ice cream. Don't miss their Signature Creations that are amazing. My favorite is the Banana Caramel Crunch which is French Vanilla Ice Cream with fresh bananas, roasted almonds and the perfect amount of their signature caramel. The store is clean and the crew is a ton of fun. Leave a tip and they will sing you a song too. You gotta give this place a try! read more

We have been going to this location for some time. At first the food was great and the service was excellent. I know this sounds crazy but prior to this visit the employees were giving us way too much ice cream and toppings. We went back tonight and were met by a line which was to the door. We waited in line for 20 minutes and still had not gotten close to the counter. While in line we saw 4 employees. One was waiting on customers while the other were doing other things. None seemed to care if people were waiting for 20-30 minutes to be waited on. We finally walked out. I would not go back ever again. read more

Highly disgusted how much I was racially profiled at this Arnold location today at 4:30. Might I mention I'm writing this review at 8:58pm that's how LIVID I am!! When I entered I was the only customer. So, I stand there like 2 minutes before the female behind the counter address me. But, that's after a 2nd female came from the back walked right passed me and told her to take my order. The 1st female comes to the counter and just looks at me. I sad Hello, she continued to just stare at me. Again, I said Hello. And still no response. So, I said Hello literally on purpose a 3rd time and then that's when she spoke. I asked her if she was familiar with a certain Shake? Her response was if it's not on the menu behind her they don't sell it. So I told her to give me a minute to look at the menu. So shortly 2 other customers come in. The second 2nd female says "Hi Welcome In". The 1st female immediately acknowledge them saying "Hi Guys What Can I Get You"? Not even asking me If I was ready!! I stood there a few minutes and just left before I lost my temper. I'm in the medical field and travel. Today, I was in the Arnold area so that's how I ended up at that location. I left and went to the Creve Couer location where the workers were extremely polite. Also, I asked a worker there if she was familiar with the "PB and C Milkshake"?
