My favorite place to have ice cream or desert after dinner. Super friendly staff. Their selection is beyond and they will describe the menue items which is not clear for you. they let you to choose your creation, also if there is any item in their menu, they let you to replace the choice of ice cream. Absolutely terrible service! The worker was just rude and made it extremely obvious she didn't want to be there. Today had a very friendly girl help me. I ordered the hazelnut chocolate, and she suggested I try it because she didn't want me to be disappointed if it didn't turn out like I thought. After I checked out, I accidentally spilled my ice cream in the store. She replaced it for me with no fuss. One of the employees was making cones when we watched her stick her finger in her mouth then resume rolling cones without washing her hands. Perhaps if her and the other blonde girl would have been assisting the line of customers instead of the less important side work we wouldn't have been waiting there watching her throw health regulations out the window. I used to get birthday cakes from here all the time! Lately I haven't because I never get exactly what I pay for. Once while picking up a cake, I asked if they could write on it (like every other time I have asked) and apparently the girl (Eva) who worked on cakes isn't there anymore so no one could write on a cake! I would be a returning customer if my cakes were build and written on nicely and correctly just like Eva used to do them! After our movie at amc, my kids and I decided we wanted something sweet to enjoy. We walked to cold stone instead of our usual yogurtland since it was closer to where we were and it's been a while since I've been there. Damn, cold stone! That place is a DUMP! We walked in and it smelled like a dirty toilet and the floors were FILTHY. There was a bottle of caramel on its side sitting in a puddle of its own misery with small gnats flying over it. Now oddly we still stayed inside to check out the flavors of ice cream since we were already inside but the thing that hammered the last nail into the coffin was the flies! There were flies just chillin on top of the waffle cups. This place is extremely unsanitary and no way no how am I going to eat ice cream from there or allow my kids to eat it. The only reason I gave it two stars is for the two guys working in there that were very sweet and attentive. They literally looked like they even wanted to bolt out of their own shift. I don't know how this place has an A rating cause if sanitation walked in when I did, they would have shut the place down. When I went to this place, the first red flag was the service. I mean they were having a full out conversation when I was ordering. I had to interupt them to just get my damn ice cream. Then they come of as rude. Second the price is quite a bit for a low quality ice cream. Third when I didn't tip them on the reciept, the guy came even more rude. My wife and I recently went into the Coldstone Creamery in Burbank after dinner. We stood there for a good 7 or 8 minutes without being attended to. In the meantime, three or four employees sat around joking with each other and totally ignoring us. Even the woman who appeared by her uniform to be the manager got into the jiving around with her employees and ignored us too. In addition, one of the employees was sporting long hair in a pony tail, a full beard and mustache. Aren't there Health Department regulations against such appearance? Aren't food establishment employees who wear their hair long and have beards and mustaches required to cover them with hairnets? Well my gf and I walked in and there was a line which was to be expected for a sat night. The line seemed to be moving very slow but I wasn't too annoyed because there was only 2 people working, which meant one on register and one mixing cream. Then I noticed, hey there's 3 people working, where has that 3rd person been this whole time, no wait there's 4 people working. I think the whole 25 min we waited I saw all 4 people working together for a total of 5 min. The rest of the time 2 or 3 of them seemed to disappear into the back or just standing around. As we were trying to make a movie the fact that it took us 25 to 30 min to move through a line of 15 people became very annoying, esp when the employees disappeared for some odd reason once they finished someones order. The owner/manager should really get on their employees about working together and efficiently, but I guess its what to be expected when you hire high school kids. read more

I have been here few times and there is one male staffer that seems to always be there, that I don't particularly like. One time my Husband and I went there 15 minutes before closing, stood in line for like 5 minutes because he was busy flirting with two teenage girls. After they walked out, he looked at my husband and I and said "sorry, we are closed". What??!!! We been standing here waiting for you to finish talking! Either of us felt like arguing so we left. Yesterday, we went again and at check out, I tried to use a groupon I purchased a few months back and never used. The groupon was expired, but is still useable for the value you purchase it at (it is even stated on the voucher itself). He said no that we can not use it at all and we need to speak with groupon. Well, I did and he was wrong!!!! At least I was refunded the money I spent on the voucher because he refuse to take it! He really needs a refresher on customer service! read more
