Cold Stone Create Your Own Ice Cream

For more than 30 years Cold Stone Creamery has been serving up ice cream, cakes, smoothies, frappes and shakes using only the highest quality ingredients. They use their signature process of preparing your custom ice cream creation on a granite slab. My daughter and I stopped in last week and as usual, left very satisfied. They have many amazing creations such as Birthday Cake Remix, to Peanutbutter Cup Perfection, to a great concoction called Cookie Monster. They also have every topping you can think if, as well as the usual fudge, caramel, and strawberry sauces. I'm happy there's one located close to my neighborhood for when I need that sweet yummy fix. I'm stone cold loving Cold Stone Creamery!

Great icecream, lots of choices, mix in its and toppings. Icecream, shakes and smoothies. I had the chocolate icecream with crushed oreo mix ins. My girlfriend had strawberry with mix ins. I know at this time the covid19 virus is still a worry for many, however I didn't appreciate being chastised by the bar maid to stand on a blue square outlines on the floor. I'm an adult in my 50s and I felt like I was back in junior high. This method wasn't effective because grubhub or similar runners were still standing near me to get their orders as were people cashing out. Social distancing is a good practice, but it's not a law.

$6.50 for a small cup of plain ice cream after waiting 30 minutes. We ordered the special that was supposed to come with limited edition cups but they didn't even give us those. Even ordering, the staff didn't know how to make it and didn't seem to care. I emailed them after, they refused to refund. So many better, local, cheaper places around. Not coming back. Update: Cold Stone replied to my Google review stating to email the supervisor. They never responded.

I understand working during Covid can be extremely stressful time in the food industry as I work in the food Industry but wow were these girls disrespectful. When I first arrived it was very busy and the line was out the door. I went in and walked to the counter to pick up the order I placed online and the girls were rudely telling people to wait outside instead of asking nicely or just reminding the customers about social distancing. My order was behind and I went the girl went to make my icecream, I had to ask her to mix in the add ons which I have never had to do in all the years I have been coming here. The icecreams were poorly made and I was not impressed. It's a shame the quality of their icecream matches their attitudes lately.

SWEEEEEEEEEEET!! Coldstones ice cream is very creamy and I like it like that! No line on a weekday around 4:15pm. The attendant was nice, make what we asked for and we sat at one of the small tables in house while we enjoyed our treat. I had my favorite flavor, cake batter and had graham crackers and white chocolate added in. My daughter went with something super fruity and gummies added in. it's clean, priced around other places and tasty. I have always been a fan of Coldstone- I just don't get there too often.

Do yourself the favor & order online to pick up. It was packed when we went but it was worth the wait. I got the Reese ice cream with extra Reese and it was delicious. Cold stone ice cream is so smooth and creamy.

I ordered a custom cake from this location in the past and it was good. This time, not so good. For just under $39 (incl. tip), this is what was given. Looks like part of the cake bottom is missing and they couldn't be bothered to make a new one, so they tried to cover it up & failed. This was supposed to be served on Christmas Eve.

Yummy ice cream that you can customize with an array of mix ins. Their ice cream is more about fat and mouthfeel than sugar which I appreciate. Make sure to try the sweet cream flavor with a fruit mix. A few critiques: the ice cream is a bit soft which means you need to eat it fast or have a puddle of cream soup; also there's only one non dairy option most days which limits my visits since I have a lactose intolerant kid. This is probably not a store you want to hang out in... it's small, dark with just a few tables. Still it's clean and the staff are friendly.

Inside is kind of like a diner converted into an ice cream shop. There is a counter where they serve ice creams and bunch of tables, seats and diner counter as well. When we came there were bunch of kids likely from the neighborhood. They offer hard, soft, dole whip, sundaes, waffle nachos, shakes, float and parfait with bunch of topping options. I tried their waffle cone cup with 1 scoop of strawberry cheese cake and 1 scoop of peanut butter pie hard ice-cream. Hard ice cream was pretty good. Waffle cone cup was a bit stale. Probably will just get sugar cone or ice cream in the cup next time. Service was good and staffs were nice. Keep in mind that it's cash only but there are bunch of signs outside so they make that clear. Overall it's a solid ice cream place. It's conveniently located near where i'm located which makes an easy stop for ice cream if my partner or I wants some ice cream. Only thing is that it was not particularly much different from other typical ice cream place. If you are looking for your standard ice cream and don't mind paying cash this is the place.

After placing our order, an employee asked what other dessert we might have chosen. My partner said mint chocolate chip, and the employee surprised us with two mini mint chocolate chip sandwiches on the house. We took our treats to a nearby park. They were very cold (in a good way), and we were advised to wait a few minutes before eating them, which was perfect since it was such a hot day. We didn't talk at all while eating our ice cream sandwiches , they were that good. It's also great to know they offer catering. A must try spot. The banana pudding sandwich was my favorite - I couldn't believe how good it was.

The menu is drawn onto a chalkboard and does list all the flavors and toppings in each one. I chose the red velvet ice cream sandwich this time which had red velvet ice cream swirled with cream cheese frosting stuffed between two chocolate cookies and partially dipped in white chocolate coated with cookie crumbs. They do tell you to wait about 10 minutes before eating it since they are really frozen, so in that time, my friend and I drove to the pedestrian bridge to eat our ice cream by the river. I wish the cookie could be soft, since it does make biting into a little tricky in the beginning. They had a slightly dark chocolate flavor with a hint of saltiness. The ice cream was really good, but the frosting made it even better. I thought it was the white chocolate dip that was added the additional creamy and sweet goodness but it was the frosting the whole time. I enjoyed everything about this flavor. My friend got the chocolate taco. I am personally not a fan of chocolate ice cream, but it was still decent to me. The toppings of shaved coconut and nuts was tasty.
