    Moldy Thank You cake pop
    Matt R.

If you want good ice cream go to Cold Stone, but not this one. I ordered a shake and a bowl of ice cream to go since we can't order things inside due to COVID. When I got home and opened the bag I found a nice little thank you cake pop with a hand written message that I thought was pretty cool. Felt personal! Then when my pregnant and patient girl bit into it the chocolate fell off and thank fully she caught it right away. Under the layer of hardened chocolate there was a later of white mold. This mold if from sitting to long on a shelf or fridge somewhere. It was truly disgusting and now my queen is going to make me go somewhere further. Thanks Cold Stone for making this even harder for me!

Late review I love ordering my birthday cakes from Cold Stone. They always do an excellent job and I like that I can customize it the way I want. I ordered my cake Wednesday night and it was ready for pick up early Friday afternoon. You have the option to pay online or pay in the store. I paid online. No fuss. No muss. This was my first time using this location. The customer service was friendly and polite and shockingly there was also ample parking.

Peanut butter milk, when we ordered a peanut butter cup milkshake. If you can't make it, don't say yes and then hand us this gross thing.
    Simple F.

Went in because my husband was craving a pb cup milkshake and this was the only ice cream place around and open after 8pm. Came in and ordered a "Reese's peanut butter cup shake" (simple enough, right?) we could see the peanut butter cups right there, they have ice cream, it's possible. The girl working asked what size and my husband said large and again repeated "Reese's peanut butter cup shake, with vanilla ice cream" just to be sure she had heard right. She nods. Between his shake and my "love it" size ice cream, $13 and change. Geeze. Then she hands him this disgrace of a milkshake. What is this? We walk away because we were the only ones in the store aside from the employees, and they clearly were cleaning up. (Its an hour before close) my husband tastes it and it's nothing like what he thought he ordered. I guess all she put in was chocolate syrup, peanut butter, vanilla ice cream and milk. I could've made this at home. He literally took a sip and was instantly disappointed. Now it's just in the freezer, and that's only because we paid for it. It otherwise would've ended up in the trash. I'm more annoyed that I didn't just turn around and hand this disgrace/peanut butter milk back. Gross.

Nope, I'm not paying 5 BUCKS to snack on someone's hair! That's a direct quote from my husband, who insisted we leave the bustling Creamery after waiting in line for about 4 minutes and then finally arriving at the counter to view the ice cream choices. Mind you, I'm anxious to get my hands, lips and body up close and personal with some delicious original ice cream flavors for which they're famous. And I'm hearing my husband in the background saying, "Honey, they're not wearing hair nets or gloves. And look at the fan that's used to provide the refrigeration, its covered with gook (he's an engineer, he notices this stuff)....that gook gets blown around the ice cream." "But honey", I'm saying..."We went to two other ice cream shops and....". Then my eye caught a blonde teen bending and reaching into the ice cream display with hair hanging and scraping dangerously close to the ice cream I was lusting after.....and my stomach turned. Well, its still kinda turning at the thought.... So I'm like, OK, honey you're right let's beat it! But before leaving I tried quietly and discreetly asking one of the teens with hair hanging down if there was a manager on duty. To which she replied, "I'm in charge". I cringed...and continued carefully and in a low and polite voice that perhaps only she could hear added, 'perhaps you want to suggest to your team that they wear a hair net and gloves', to which she replied, 'sorry ma'am'. Well we hastily departed, sans ice cream. Unless something changes we wont ever go there again and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone I like.

Omg people get the ice cream cake. It was amazing. I wish I can eat everyday but I can't because I don't wanna get chubby. :)

I ordered 2 scoops of strawberry pound cake and a vanilla flavor. It was served in a waffle cone, chocolate dipped bowl. The ice cream was good. The only complaint was that the store was fairly dirty and the beanie babies in the display had ice cream all over them. You could tell the kids were handling them. I don't think they'll sell with ice cream stickiness in the fur.

We came across their booth at the Brookfield Farmers Market on Saturday. The man (I assume the owner) was so friendly and happy, and yes, he lured us with a free sample of taffy grapes. I knew this was going to be a sale when I saw how awesome the taffy grapes looked, and then when I tried one holy cow! They tasted like a mini caramel apple with nuts, except.. not an apple, a grape. And not too much caramel. Ooooooo sooo good. Just enough sweetness. We got a big cup of grapes to share later. I couldn't resist the cute little cake pops that were made in a tiny little ice cream cone cup. I got one for my mom and she really enjoyed it. Can't wait to come back to the market to get some more taffy grapes! I can't believe I neglected to take a photo but if you go to their website their grapes on the site look just like what they sell in person. MMM!

Everything here is good. Coffee cakes, muffins, donuts, and cookies. I genuinely don't think we've brought home anything that has disappointed. But the cakes are where Weber's has us completely loyal. Our go-to every single time is the chocolate cake with fresh strawberries. The only dangerous part about Weber's is going in for one thing and walking out with half the bakery. Their holiday desserts are always great and fitting to the occasion too! A South Side staple for a reason and one of those places we'll continue coming back to again and again.

So busy. So busy. BEST PRICES you'll ever find. Quality sweets, the cookie dough, it's not an overwhelming amount of cream cheese. Sometimes too much over powers the taste- this dough is perfect for the amount of filling they add to the Kolchki. (I'm sorry, I spelled that wrong. )So the balance is great. Not too much dough, Not too much filling. Balance. I love that I can dip it into my Tea and it doesn't fall apart. Personally. They don't sell tea and this is Take Away Only. ORDERS are encouraged. There was a lot of clear signs for customers . Pick up was very organized. They use a number system to manage it well. Like the deli department in many stores. But this is the GREAT Bakery. And the price is so reasonable , wow. They care about their community and it shows. Polite people. Busy but Organized. Many can't get that part of business straight so I applaud them. Disciplined. Thank you for still being here in the community and we love it. HIGHLY Recommend checking out this area. Lots to do over there. Fun stuff.
