SUPER bummed because I really enjoyed having nearby bingsoo. Gardena location is still open. For me, it is too far and I don't have a reason to frequent that area. I don't get Bingsoo often unless I'm with a friend or group since Bingsoo usually comes in a size too large for one person, but Noon's single size and reasonable price drew me in. Fresh fruit single size bingsoo is $8.50. Food 10/10 I've tried both the strawberry bingsoo and the mango bingsoo and both are so fresh, refreshing, and not too sweet. The fruit tasted good quality and had a solid amount. There were layers of fruit and syrup layered on the inside which made each bite the perfect balance of shaved ice and fruit. Atmosphere 4.5/10 There's plenty of seating if it's not rush hour, but after dinner time in the evening it can get pretty crowded and there may be a wait to sit. Would not recommend for large groups or groups with more than 4-5 people. One thing I wish they had was an easily accessible trash can. Service 8.5/10 Employees are efficient and quick. Such a cute little bingsoo shop! My friends and I came here pretty late at night after our dinner and it was pretty crowded inside since almost all the tables were taken. The girl taking our order was really nice and gave us her recommendations. We ended up getting the blueberry yogurt bingsoo. It was small but mighty! It didn't have an artificial green grape taste either. We ordered the large which was enough for 4 people. We also ordered the small matcha red bean bingsoo. The serving size initially looks a little small but the cups are deep. Initially was thrown off by the mango since it didn't seem like there were any real mangoes but I did like that they layered mango midway between the shaved snow so the flavors weren't lacking towards the bottom. Matcha flavor was strong and delicious. Service was lackluster considering we were the only customers. There were two younger guys working - we weren't greeted upon entering and when we were checking out the menu, the staff just stood there waiting without saying anything. There aren't any signs of what to do with the trays when finished consuming. We returned to the counter but not sure if we are just supposed to leave it on the table or not. Corn Bingsoo: 10000000/10 I AM A DAWG FOR CORN. This was SO FREAKIN GOOD. I love corn bro. This shit was fireeeeee. It was so good I came back like a week later and got corn again LOL.
