The best Cold Stone I've been to! While the booth is small, the workers here know how to efficiently handle their lines, and Alan was a great help. He made my order perfectly and I'd come back again.

Prices have definitely gone up over the years! The kids scoop is about $5 which comes with one topping. I find that cold stone doesn't have the most wide variety of flavors and options compared to every other ice cream place. For that reason it's normally never my "go to" place for a scoop. I wish they offered more seasonal flavors and options. They do sell single scoops, shakes, and cakes for special occasions. There was only one person working the times I've come in, so if there's a line you could be waiting a while.

While walking around the Great Mall in Milpitas, we were craving ice cream. We were lucky to find Cold Stone. There was no line when we got there and after giving the size we wanted and the type of ice cream, our ice cream was made and served in a cup container. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious. We opted for their chocolate and vanilla ice cream. If you want ice cream, make sure you get a scoop at Cold Stone

Cold stone is a favorite and reliable source for ice creamy goodness. This location is inside of the north side of the Great Mall. Unfortunately, this entrance is marked as an exit only during the pandemic. However, it is not monitored and people exit frequently and one can get into the main mall area. The line is marked with tape seperated by 6 feet, but this was not monitored or enforced. Today i went in for an Oh Fudge shake. The wait was not long at all. And the product was well worth it. The shake was very cold and was very drinkable from the provided straw. The drink consisted of chocolate fudge ice cream, milk, and a few pumps of the chocolate syrup. The taste was chocolate heaven! The flavor was thick with cocoa goodness that resonated on the back and sides of the tongue with full flavor bursting, begging for another draw from the cup. (A moment for happy dancing) Thank goodness I got the large size! Apparently, there are 1340 calories in the large of your counting. The smaller size is 850 cal. Either way, this is a drink well worth it.

The heat wave that is underway in the Bay Area is stifling. It must be translating to record business for the ice cream stores. I had to make a stop here to pick up some ice cream despite the long line. I had not been to a Cold Stone Creamery in a long time, but they still make a good product.

Before we got to watch a movie, my boyfriend and I decided to get some ice cream. We had about 30 min till the movie started. At the time we arrived, there was a long line. The line went by pretty fast. We decided to order the strawberry ice cream in a waffle cone. The ice cream was so delicious.

It can be better, there's an off-putting smell in the store, the ice cream selection is fine, and the way I've cream is labeled is somewhat confusing. There's also an option to buy ice cream cakes. The customer service was nice. This ice cream place is located in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking spots available.

That warm & cold combo is a total game changer! Don't believe me??? Try it!!! We went with a big group and tried a bit of everything: My Order: Cookies & Crème soft serve with Fruity Pebbles. My Sister: Matcha & Milk soft serve with Cocoa Pebbles. My Girl: Matcha & Milk combo with Custard filling and Graham Cracker sprinkles. We also grabbed a 5-pack of Taiyaki to try all the flavors. The Cookies & Crème and Custard were solid classics, and the Red Bean and Cheddar are must-tries if you want something different. But the standout was the Dubai Chocolate yummmmmy!!! seasonal flavor catch it while you can! Huge thanks to the crew for being patient with our order as some of us couldn't decide what they wanted as their toppings lol. This spot is a 10/10 for dessert in San Jose!

I've been to other SomiSomi locations where I received noticeably bigger portions of ice cream too. The fish waffle also didn't seem fresh at all. It tasted like it had been sitting out and crispy/hard, while at other locations I've always gotten them warm and fresh, no matter what time I go. Overall pretty disappointing compared to other SomiSomi locations.

I came back the second day and had the vietnamese coffee flavor. I added the oreo crumbs as well. It was good and a tad too sweet tho. I had dinner in the plaza and came back again. This time my scoop was huge (thanks btw!), and it was the sun, moon and star flavor. It didn't really taste as much of anything and i added oreo crumbs again. this was the most disappointing flavor, which other Yelpers pointed put as well. Saturday was super busy day, so fun vibes for sure. Fri, was a funky time to go. Both was late afternoon and evenings tho. - So I just came here 3 days in a row and brought a buddy. I orders the cauldron with the smores topping as well as the earl gray lavender with honey drizzle and biscoff crumbs (which was recommended by the owner's husband, Mike). The earl gray lavender is my favorite tea based flavor that they have! His wife, Susan, created the ice cream confections! Mike is super friendly, engaging with customers, and we found a mutual passion for local bbq!
