Small location that's pretty busy. The ice cream is decent but on the pricier side. There's plenty of space outside to sit and eat, at least.

I love the flavors offered and they add ins you can get. My go to is always Cake batter with brownies! If I don't feel like getting ice cream, I can get a shake lol. The staff here were in the young side, but very warm, welcoming, and tentative! There was a line, but they moved everyone very fast. Shout out to the 8p crew working on 5/9/24. Good Job!

Classic cold stone! This is a take-out cold stone without seating inside, but lots of seating on the levee plaza outside or inside in the levee gallery. Staff are nice enough and the flavors are what you'd expect from any Cold Stone! I'm always satisfied by their smallest size "Like It" in a cup and choose one of their special creations.

I love there ice cream even better than UDF and Greaters. So much customization I order the best, everyone's triple pint Carmel topping, chocolate chips, ores cookie's, Rees peanut butter cups I challenge you to make you're one's

We stopped by here to have dessert. The place has no costumers during that time, it's just me and my family. There's 2 wait staff and I'm glad to say that they were both wearing masks, but no gloves. They were both very polite, nice and helpful. This place also gives 10% military discount. The place has a lot of options for ice cream and shakes.

Cold Stone Creamery over there next to the Newport Aquarium really nice place the whole little Levy there in Newport is very nice. We bought a family tickets to Newport Aquarium season pass so I'm sure I'll be going to the Cold Stone Creamery a lot. I'm not the biggest ice cream fan on Earth however I have a wife and two daughters and they all love ice cream so they're going to probably get it every time we go both my daughters got bubble gum flavored ice cream my wife got some kind of rocky road chocolate ice cream thing and she really enjoyed it I have to go by to both and they were pretty good not something I'm going to write home about I much rather have a beer than an ice cream cone but it is what it is they like it Cold Stone Creamery I know you'll be getting my money again soon

Located right outside the AMC theater building, it is a great place to have some amazing ice creams. We tried the Mud Pie Mojo and Creme Berry Brulee and both of them were awesome. I preferred Creme Berry Brulee compared to Mud Pie Mojo but that's just comparative. What I loved about the ice cream was also that it wasn't overly sweet - no mouthful of sugar. Flavors were good. The waffle cone was good too. For cone/cup size, be sure if you're going for a large because it takes about two people to finish that. And ice-cream is a kind of thing that doesn't go well in large portions. And small means you can try more options. Service was pretty good and quite fast - though there wasn't much of a rush. No problems there. Not much space to sit and eat there but plenty outside in the public area. Definitely one of the best places to go in Newport for desserts.

Classic Cold Stone. Kinda crammed with 100 employees in a tiny store but the Birthday Cake Remix is always a go-to.

Not my thing having someone handling my food "playing " in it before serving it to me! Tasted good but never went back.

Service was nice, but the ice cream was super melty. Probably won't go back due to having better options elsewhere in the area.

Walked us through the specials, answered all of our questions about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. The dining room was lovely - multiple tiers so just about every dining position has a water view, live music playing. The vibes were excellent. We started with a crab cake appetizer. This was perfect. Big enough for two, the remoulade sauce was delicious! Next we had a Caesar salad that we split. No complaints here, the salad was great. For our main course, my wife chose the Beef Wellington, which is a weekend special. Neither of us had tried this before, and we both thought it was very good. It's served over mashed potatoes, and there is a sauce you pour over it. It's honestly big enough for two, and we brought some home for lunch the next day. I ordered the ribeye broadway style, which has lump crab meat and Ponchartrain sauce over it. The ribeye was very good, cooked perfectly. And for a shared side, we tried the potato volcano, which is a very interesting and flavorful take on loaded mashed potatoes. Because it was our anniversary, the restaurant provided us with a complimentary chocolate torte, which was very good. I also tried one of their mocktails, which was fantastic. This place is very good. Perfect location for a nice date night or evening out. We will be back!

Service was slow and lacked the fine dining attention that should accompany such prices. They put the wrong plates in front of us. We had to ask for menus several times. They food was ok at best. Steaks were cold and tough. They also had no sear and had a "boiled" texture. Sides were ok. Pass on dessert. When it was time to pay they charged 3 percent for a credit card fee without telling us ahead of time.

The inside of the shop is interesting, with knickknacks and things to look at in every corner- kids would love it for this reason! I immediately noticed that there were no prices on the menu... there were cups displayed on the counter with small/medium/large pricing but it wasn't clear what these cups were for- it looked like shakes. It was very off-putting for me to not know the prices of what I'm ordering, especially with more specialty items like cookie dough or coffee/ice cream creations where I can't predict a standard price. Second, there was only one dairy-free option... a cookies and cream ice cream. While it was tasty, it was my only option and that never feels great to order something because you have to. It also didn't have a description or any info available so I was left wondering what made it nondairy... almond? Coconut? Oil? Of course at a creamy whip type place I'm not going to expect the entire menu to accommodate me, but it's nice when there are at least a couple other options- especially with coffee, it would be easy to have a nondairy milk available or a sorbet/dole whip since they already carry many flavors. I tried a tiny bite of my husband's edible cookie dough and it was delicious! Seemed really sweet though- he could barely finish his side by side because it was so sugary--a good problem to have :)) I think I would go back if I had friends with me or happened to be in the area for Blink or the pool or something, but otherwise I would probably choose somewhere else where I have more options s and I know what I'm going to spend.
