ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! First, you pick your ice cream flavor (which there is a wide variety of). Then, you get to pick the toppings if you want any (which is optional, but also has a wide variety). Now, here comes the best part. You get to see them put the ice cream on the cold stone, then they out the toppings you asked for on there, and for about 10 seconds you get to see them chop and fold it together. Wow what a sad experience. It's amazing what people will do when the temperature goes up. Like an idiot, I got in the long line to get a cold stone ice cream. When it was finally my turn, service was rude, price was OUTRAGEOUS, and the ice cream was HANDS DOWN nothing special. Took one bite and had the order refunded... Walked across the street to some candy store that had no wait and about 20 flavors - was great!! I heard Cold Stone was supposed to be special? This must be all poor franchising: cheap products, over priced to take advantage of a has-been name brand. You've been warned, wait in the "follow-the-stupid-leader-line" at your own risk. read more

I've been to this establishment more than a few times. The ice creams they offer are always flavorful, and the service is always top notch. I've never had a problem with them. Even now, during this COVID crisis, I'm pleased to see they're maintaining safe health practices and encouraging others to do so as well. The store is always kept clean and everything seems very well-maintained. No matter how busy they get, they always make me feel like I'm the only one there, giving me their undivided attention. This is one of the most top notch Cold Stone ice cream places I have been in (and I have been to quite a few up-and-down California... ). I'm impressed with the young team they have, one thing I notice when I walk into an establishment, is being greeted right away.. great training to the business owners. Ive been there many times since they opened and had a wonderful experience, however the last three times I have been in the store ( over a 6 week period) l, the smell in the store has been awful and it seems very dirty. We came here for dessert after eating at a nearby restaurant. The line was super long so our wait time to be served was about 15 minutes. However, the prices are very reasonable for the large amount of ice cream that they pack into a cup. There is a lot of outdoor seating in a nice setting. read more

We have had great service and no problems with product many times before but this last time was awful. I had ordered a cake on line for my sons birthday. I received an order confirmation, we went to pick it up and it was not there. Manager tried to make it right even after store gave our money back by offering a free cake. No thanks ! VERY irritated right now !!! We got a kids scoop. My son wanted Oreo cookie on top so I asked if they could just crush it up and put it on top. They refused! Said for kids scoop they just put stuff on top (so a whole Oreo on top). I even said I would pay extra for them to do it. Still they would not !! This location is in perfect proximity to everything downtown. It's nestled between 2 restaurants, across the street from the park and about 30 yds from the theatre, which makes it convienant for so many options-before or after movie treat, after dinner dessert or just to grab and take to park to enjoy. It was clean and the girl who helped us was nice. I love that there are always so many options. Walked into the store to purchase two large milk shakes and a 48oz tub of ice cream. I attempted to pay with a new $100 bill. Was informed that they will not accept $100 bills.
