The lady that attended it was was a light skin dark female who did her job without no remorse no passion literally our strawberry overload Looked like nothing but strawberry ice cream with milk there was no strawberries in there and I'll top of that we had to specify to please remove a strawberry because it was dark with mold. But the lady next to her had the same thing and she is like delicious with strawberries granola and not like it was soaked in milk. DO NOT, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I ordered through Uber Eats and received the wrong order. I had to drive 20 minutes to get the correct ice cream. If you have kids you know why I had to get more ice cream. By the time I got there ALL the ice creams were melted. I asked if I could get all the ice creams remade considering i drove so far. The worker in charge there told me she would have to call her manager as she utter racial slurs in Spanish not knowing I understand Spanish. I was confused because I had already paid Uber 35 dollars for the first set. The remade ice creams only would've came out to a total of 17 dollars. They were rude and extremely unprofessional. I had to get back in line and order new ice cream. When i got in line the worker in charge again told me I had to throw the ice creams away that I had already paid for if I wanted to order more. I proceed to tell her that i had already paid for those ice creams. Jalen (another worker there ) said he would help me. He fixed my ice creams which I had to pay for as well and he apologized for they way his co workers acted. I am truly appreciate for him. Because of the way he acted I gave him a $60 tip. Ultimate Ice Cream Experience my ass. Sure they have variety and a bunch of combos but EVERY FLAVOR HERE TASTES LIKE BUTTER. It leaves a film in your mouth. I haven't been to a Cold Stone since they closed the one in League City after Hurricane Ike, and I have to say, it really was not the super-delicious ice cream I remember it being (part of this is because I rarely eat ice cream anymore). I got the Banana Carmel Crunch, which mainly tasted like the banana that the employee mashed up in it. The ice cream was really thick, unlike any ice cream I have ever had and I simply did not care for this (ice cream should be easy to eat with a spoon, this was so thick it was not). Went on 7/9/20 at 7:20pm and the two workers took several minutes before even greeting us or talking to us and then after they took my order they started talking bad about the manager. One employee said that she was going to tell the manager that she wouldn't be able to work and the other girl replied saying that the manager was going to fire her and the first girl said "I don't give a fuck" to which the second girl said "fuck that bitch" all in front of myself and another customer. Whoever the manager is, she should have already fired those employees because it was absolutely inappropriate behavior. It was such an uncomfortable atmosphere and we left feeling very disgusted with how they acted in front of customers. They didn't have any but the signage was still up in their store advertising I could get it. When I asked, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said I could get cotton candy instead. Everyone should avoid this location until they get their credit card scanner "fixed". The kid at the counter claimed it wouldn't scan so he had to take it to the back room and scan it there, out of sight of customers. I feared my card would be getting swiped to steal information from it and I let him know it. A few days later I get a notice from my bank saying they are sending me a new card because my current one may be at risk for unauthorized transactions. We always visit this Cold Stone on Sunday for our family day and joined their rewards program because we love their ice cream so they got a 1 star. Over the years, they have started to hire rude people. We always tip but this Sunday the girl was so rude we just left without ice cream! read more

Best Ice cream I've ever had, no one comes close(I'm not comparing to frozen yogurt, I believe two different categories). I've had Braums, Baskin Robins, and Dairy Queen. The ice cream is super creamy. I love the way they prepared it over the iced stone counter and mix in your fixings. With tip, $20 bucks for three ice creams. I hate that there are a limited number of Cold Stones in Houston. This is the closest one to me, and I'm happy to drive 20 minutes just for their ice cream. I absolutely LOVE the "Apple Pie a la Cold Stone". Their creations are so much better than just regular mixes you can get at Marble Slab and similar ice cream places. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The ice cream has more of a whipped texture rather than a firmer texture.

Right when you walk through the door you can smell the delicious ice cream! Yum! One time I had Chocolate Devotion and another time I had Birthday Cake Remix (I think that was the name). Finally found a cold stone creamery in Houston that is still open. Most locations are closed permanently. This one in Pearland is a nice clean location. About the ice cream itself, I cannot comment on all flavors of ice creams they carry but "Chocolate Devotion" is the best. I would recommend it any day. Drove thirty minutes to pick up Mother's Day cake that I order on line and was given a different cake, will never order online again.

The ice cream is good and the service is pretty good also. It is mainly young people who run the place and they do a job.

I was denied the use of my gift card. I immediately checked my balance on Cold Stone's website and the card indicated a $15.00 credit. Very frustrating since I rarely come to this part of town and only made a special trip to use up the gift card. The staff needs to learn how to use their payment system. read more
