I've stopped in a few times, and my family has been in several times to grab ice cream and churros -- figured it was finally time to do the review. On our most recent trip, my wife and I stopped in for a little treat after dinner. She had a single scoop of café au lait, and we shared a cinnamon sugar churro. Café au lait ice cream -- really good. If you like Vietnamese coffee, this is basically Vietnamese coffee condensed into ice cream. Highly recommended. If you're unsure -- maybe worried it's too strong -- ask for a sample; they're happy to give them out. Cinnamon sugar churro -- came out hot and fresh. Some of the better churros you'll get in Pearland. In the end, this is some of the better specialty ice cream and churros you're going to find in Pearland. They also do a lot for the community -- charity events, get-togethers, and the like -- so follow them on social media to know what's going on. Would recommend, and would return.

Lots of really unique art and designs. I came at 10:30pm when they close at 11. I got their signature Dolly Llama blue cookie shake. There was one couple ahead of me. I'm not sure what their staff of 2 (who was nice) was doing back there but 20 minutes to get my order seemed a bit long. I wasn't in a rush but it just felt way longer than you should have wait for something like this. I enjoyed it just fine...but for the time it took, it didn't come off as anything special. It was pretty runny rather than a thicker milkshake that I was expecting. Maybe that is their style but you could get a more traditional McFlurry at McDonald's that tastes better in about 3-4 minutes for a fraction of the price.

Service here is nothing to write home about, it's younger employees who don't really want to be there. We were literally the only ones in there and they did not greet us or ever really acknowledge us. Just kind of rude but they're young. Now for the desserts here they're amazing. We went with the mini waffle sandwich and the og liege. The desserts here are massive and worth every penny I'm still dreaming about my of liege with horchata ice cream.

I recently found out that they are actually really struggling and are about one bad month away from closing their doors. Their hours are currently limited because of that, they're closed Mon, Tues, Weds, and Thurs for the time being. The menu is pretty big with lots of frozen custard treats to pick from. My son got a Mega root beer float and declared it was the best he has ever had. They use our favorite A&W root beer, which is the best out there. My middle daughter got the chocolate custard in a waffle bowl with chocolate sprinkles. She is all about the chocolate and is a big critic on it too. She says it was definitely top 3 for her and she's already talking about wanting to go back. Opposite of that is my youngest daughters love for Vanilla. She got a small cup of vanilla frozen custard and loved every last spoonful of it. All three of them want to come back to Rollie's already, we're just waiting for them to be open this weekend. It's a decent sized shop with a few seating options inside. There are also a couple of benches outside too. The location isnt the greatest, however, we will be back for sure.

Randomly found this in between the airport and our hotel via yelp and I'm so happy we did. You can tell it's a local hot spot and its reputation speaks for itself. The inside is "small" but enough to sit at least 20-30 ppl. They have kiosks to order, you take your number and they call out your name when your order is ready. I was really impressed with the amount of items on their menu and know if I lived anywhere close my bad would be wide and my blood pressure high. The workers were very kind as well, I made a change in my order nearly 5mins after I ordered and they were gracious in accommodating my request which I very much appreciated. We had: Strawberry cheesecake Açaí bowl - 10/10 - it was perfect in every way. Bits of cheesecake, granola, strawberries and a drizzle of honey. This bowl alone could feed two people and three wouldn't be a stretch. I also had a strawberry vanilla soda type drink that I wish I got a larger size of because it was so good. Think a float without the thickness, it was refreshing and unique. Caramel Pecan Dream - wow 10/10 - it was so RICH and the consistency was amazing. The little bits of pecans were the perfect contrast to the creaminess of the shake itself. Burger and sweet potatoes fries - 10/10 - they do classics well too, no real notes but it was delicious.

This location sits in a shopping strip with plenty of parking. They have an outside window for ordering as well as a seating area. Inside is narrow with seating down the length of the business. When they first opened, customer service was good. My last two visits have been identical in which customer service was almost nonexistent. Usually the store is busy and seem to keep the lines moving. On my last visits the store was quiet and the young kids behind the counter literally had full on conversations about their personal lives while people patiently waited in line for quite some time. They didn't even acknowledge or make eye contact with us. Good customer service in Pearland is harder and harder to find and this place proved it. That being said, their product is great. I've had Italian ice on the east coast and this place reminds of that. They have all kinds of flavors and even have mixes where they layer Italian ice with soft serve. I usually go for one of the fruity flavors in the summer and one of their chocolaty mixes for dessert after a meal. I don't want to count this place out, but hopefully they work on their customer service. I may gave them another chance at some point in the future.
