Great Coldstone! It is right next to Little Caesars Pizza so you get a delicious wiff of pizza in the air next to Coldstone, nothing wrong with that! Anyways back to Coldstone. This is a nice location with plenty of seating inside and outside. I think I saw an ice creaming eating contest and a free cake on your birthday to the first person to the store with valid ID (not sure if these are still going on, but saw them at past visits). Clean store and workers are great with making amazing ice cream creations. Coldstone is always pretty good about coupons if you sign up for their email list, especially your birthday you get a buy one get one essentially. read more

Came here on a whim, hadn't been to cold stone in a couple years and decided why not? The inside was takeout only, not inside seating and the line was carved out of tables that was a one way walk only, no backtracking. Was almost empty, but two people walked in as I did. The guy behind the counter was very patient with me as I decided what I wanted and after I checked out I got a text from someone to order something else and he did it very quickly for me. I entered my rewards number but I'm not sure if it went through - he said it did but I don't think it did. Ice cream and chocolate shake were both very good, reminds me of how good cold stone is! So I generally don't write reviews unless something is SO bad, I feel compelled to warn others. I've been to ColdStone twice. The first experience was super underwhelming with slow service and I walked away thinking there is NO way 2 medium cup servings of ice cream from this place are worth the money. I went there again today after perhaps a year. After standing in line for 20 minutes I ordered a mint ice-cream with a few chocolate sprinkles. It was close to $5. I guess $5 for a medium cup of ice-cream, you expect to have a really great ice-cream experience. That experience never happened for me. After a few bites, I realized coming here was a big mistake and a total waste of money. I honestly don't get why people even go here, let alone spend double on very cheaply made ice cream. The taste was very mediocre and I am being kind. It's not very creamy as one would expect from a "premium" ice cream. The problem is, this is NOT premium ice cream. In my opinion, It's cheap ice cream pretending to be something special, and tossing a lump of it on a cold stone does not make it better. The company must be making a killing for sure. It's beyond me that people actually wait in line for this, and pay so much more for it is just an added insult. Bottom line, It's cheap ice cream pretending to be something special. I just don't get it. I don't get the great multi-star reviews or the people waiting in line for this stuff. I will never again walk into this place. Even if I had a FREE coupon. read more

I love Cold Stone and I come here a lot. Please, though, wait on the customers! I was there this week, there were 2 employees and BOTH were handing out samples to one family over and over again, while the rest of us waited in line watching this. I think they tried every flavor behind the glass! I'm sorry, but ONE employee only, needs to be the sampling clerk, while the others need to step it up and wait on the line of customers standing there with their wallets out! I have a feeling that if the owner or manager saw this, it would not have happened. read more

I just took my daughter there because she received a gift certificate for a free kids ice cream from her kids school. The certificate had expired but the owner was very kind and honored it anyway. Then my daughter wanted more toppings than she was supposed to have and the owner let her get away with that too. He was very friendly, the place was super clean and the ice cream was delicious. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Here is my story: A few weeks ago, I bought a gift card from this location. The cashier was having trouble activating my card and tried to activate a different one. I paid, took my receipt, and left with my card. I gave the card to my friend the next day. The next week, my friend tried to use it, but the cashier said it was not activated. He told my friend to come back with the receipt to have the card activated. I came into the store to have the card activated. The cashier was on the phone with the owner while I was trying to do my transaction. They said I needed two receipts: one for payment (which I had) and one for activation (which I did not have because the card was inactive). They started to activate my card and give it to me, when the owner told them not to. I could hear the owner through the phone saying, "she is scamming us, she cannot have her receipt or the card." This was really upsetting and embarrassing to hear in front of other customers. They hung up with the owner and told me that I could not have my card. I asked them if they could call him back. When I spoke with him, he raised his voice at me. I felt very attacked. He said "There is no way to prove that you are not lying; once you leave the store, if your card is not activated it is worth nothing." He eventually asked me to give the phone back to his cashier. It was the WORSE experience I've ever had shopping anywhere in my life!!! I cannot believe that I was accused of lying. He was speaking so loudly that I felt like other people in the store could hear him accusing me. It was the worst, most embarrassing shopping experience of my life. I felt like I was in the store for at least 15 minutes trying to get my card. Eventually, I was able to leave with it, but I will never go to this place again. ***The cashier was very nice and understanding! The ONLY good thing from this experience. read more

BEST ice cream! They also have cakes that are made fresh in the store. Always friendly staff. The owner, Todd, is often there and scooping ice cream too! Very popular place in the summer - be prepared for a line, but it is so worth the wait. This Coldstone does events too - we used them for our daughters HS Grad party and he even brought a portable cooler to keep the ice cream in for the party.
