I like an especially bold cup of coffee, and the person who took our order was knowledgeable in helping me narrow down what I should get, and offered a sample of a couple of their coffees so I could pick what I wanted. I got my cup in a real mug which always ups the coffee drinking experience, so glad they had those available for folks drinking-in. It's a comfortable, well-designed space that was busy enough to feel like it was a fun place to be, but not so crowded that we couldn't easily find a table. It's a chain, but a local chain with a handful of locations around town. Loved my coffee and the experience.

Mike and Matthew (when he is there) really work hard on getting to know everyone and makes it a point to remember what you do, like, your interests or asks about your weekend. Ask yourself, when was the last time you experienced that? I usually go for their dark roast. Recently, I tried the pour over (it takes more time to make) and the flavor and quality is much better if you have the time. Today, I wanted to try the Booster Bites,on-the-go energy in bite sized portions made with nuts, seeds and dried fruit. They are supporting this brand by selling this from their cart. It was I believe and 'Blue and Grapefruit' - and that wasn't my favorite as someone who doesn't really care for grapefruit that much. I got it thinking it would be diluted a bit, SO, if you like grapefruit, I'm sure it's perfect for you. The cold brew got a unique herbal and earthy taste and naturally sweet long lasting aftertaste - I thought some people would like the herbal part while others would avoid it. There's also a nice line of coffee beans from different countries and at different roast levels for purchase. The pastries were very good. Nice pairing with the coffee.
