I like an especially bold cup of coffee, and the person who took our order was knowledgeable in helping me narrow down what I should get, and offered a sample of a couple of their coffees so I could pick what I wanted. I got my cup in a real mug which always ups the coffee drinking experience, so glad they had those available for folks drinking-in. It's a comfortable, well-designed space that was busy enough to feel like it was a fun place to be, but not so crowded that we couldn't easily find a table. It's a chain, but a local chain with a handful of locations around town. Loved my coffee and the experience.

It's the service that separates them from the others. Every morning Mike yells out, "BARRY!" Mike and Matthew (when he is there) really work hard on getting to know everyone and makes it a point to remember what you do, like, your interests or asks about your weekend. Ask yourself, when was the last time you experienced that? I usually go for their dark roast. Recently, I tried the pour over (it takes more time to make) and the flavor and quality is much better if you have the time. Today, I wanted to try the Booster Bites,on-the-go energy in bite sized portions made with nuts, seeds and dried fruit. They are supporting this brand by selling this from their cart. They also donate 10% of their profits to a charity each month. The accept debit and credit cards too. Bring in your own cup and get a discount. I love sandwiches and knew I had to try the pastrami. It was fantastic. I've been trying to cut back on caffeine and I instead went with one of their refreshers on the menu. It was I believe and 'Blue and Grapefruit' - and that wasn't my favorite as someone who doesn't really care for grapefruit that much. I got it thinking it would be diluted a bit, SO, if you like grapefruit, I'm sure it's perfect for you. I also got a peanut butter oreo pie and wish I took a picture of it...but I devoured it too quick to even think about it. For me, that dessert was the definite highlight of the cafe. We ended up sitting on the main floor at a very large wooden table that would be perfect for playing games with a large group of friends or family. We stopped in here for one of their velvety smooth and delicious caramel lattes and a little lunch. For lunch, I got their veggie wrap. It was super basic but the toppings were fresh. It wasn't anything special but fortified me for more shopping. The service is always lovely, the atmosphere is bright and relaxing, and the prices are reasonable. Get to it!
