We both had lattes, which were really good from a self-serve coffee machine, but it was really good coffee. While we waited for our food, which came out in about 10 minutes, I heard several people order Roadies. My Hipster consisted of an everything bagel with a fried egg, avocado, spinach and a yummy sauce. Wish the egg had been a little runnier, but it was a good blend and balance of flavors. I also saw a regular who came in (postal worker) who had a pot pie that is, from what I heard everyone at the counter talking about, extremely popular. Apparently there was word that they're taking it off the menu, and two women sitting at the counter were politely "interrogating" the staff as to the truth of this rumor. The owner or head chef was regaling the women with the irony of their hot items being more popular in the summer than in the winter. The pot pie and one of their soups are apparently two items that fit that bill. It made for an interesting conversation! Really cool, casual place. After we ate, we did some perusing of the store side of the establishment. All in all a great experience.
