I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

They didn't screw in any of the parts of the bedframe and just out a mattress on top of it to make it look like it was fully assembled. I reached out to them and they said they would stop by and take a look the following week and I never heard from them again. This was disappointing because they had been amazing all move. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.
