Collier RV is one of the most unprofessional, unstructured, and corrupt places of business I have ever known. This business has no regard for their customers or their employees. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. As a matter of fact, I would also like to point out, that Collier RV does not offer benefits until a year of working there. When I was hired, I was trained by an employee that was pregnant and had been working with the company for over a year. Collier sent her home for reasons that were unclear. She called every week in attempts to get her hours back. Every week, Collier strung her along, and then when she finally filed for unemployment after months of refusing to give her hours, they fired her. I hope this stops anyone from applying or accepting a position at this place of employment. They obviously have no compassion or respect for anyone but themselves. They truly do not care about their employees. They do not have the proper structure or professionalism to train you properly, then they will throw you in a fire and watch you burn. The administrator, David milleski, is known for micromanaging to an absurd degree, especially noting that he has no knowledge on the RV industry. Policies are constantly changing on a daily basis. One day, he will put a policy in place, and the next day you will get in trouble for following the policy put in place by this administrator the day before. Of course, he can never be held accountable for any of his own errors or actions, especially if they go awry. Not to mention, the tag team Brandon and Karisa Rap are absolutely awful to work with. They are constantly talking negatively about other people in the office at their desk, for everyone to hear. The combination of their negative attitudes alone should make anyone not want to come to Collier. Brandon typically has a terrible attitude in general, you can usually find him complaining loudly about anything. Whereas Karisa is the most passive aggressive person in the office. If she does not like you, she will surely have plenty of passive remarks to make towards you. Not to mention, her and her husband will be sure to talk poorly about their coworkers loudly and unprofessionally in the office for anyone to hear. read more

If you're in the market for renting an RV, Collier is the place to go. I just took my family of 9 on a 2 week trip out to Yellowstone and back and we rented two large class A motor homes from Collier. Justin who manages the rentals is amazing and everyone in the building is friendly. We researched other companies to rent from and decided on collier for the quality of their units as well as customer service. Before we left, they were really thorough and took the time to show us how to use each unit. Because we were new at RVing, we did run into minor things we didn't know how to handle on the trip. Justin was always only a phone call away and would help us and have the issue resolved in minutes day or night. When we returned them, the process was quick and simple. After two weeks on the road and the great service Collier provided, we all feel like pros now and want to buy our own RVs! When we are ready to buy, we will absolutely be heading back to Collier. My husband and I recently purchased a motorhome from Collier RV and we had an EXCELLENT experience. Candy, the receptionist, was very kind and friendly. She connected us with Dave Richards, our sales representative, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Since my husband and I have never owned a motorhome, much less driven one, Dave took us to an empty parking lot and let us drive the RV. He gave us some great tips and was very patient! Throughout the whole purchasing process, Dave and the owner were very helpful and generous. Even the crew in the retail store were very helpful and answered our questions with knowledgeable answers. The service crew did a complete inspection of our motorhome and replaced several things that were out of date or not working properly. Afterwards, they gave us a walk through of the RV and showed us how to use everything. Our entire experience with Collier RV has been amazing! I will refer them time and time again!! We had a great experience renting an RV travel trailer from Collier RV. We rented the Wolf Pup trailer for a trip to Colorado. Justin was great every step of the way. He answered all our questions and made sure that we had all the information we needed before our trip. The day we came to pick up everything went smoothly, and he and the technician made sure we understood how everything worked since this was our first time renting an RV. During the trip we had a problem with a leak in one of the propane hoses. But Justin was great and followed up with texts and calls to make sure that we could get it repaired. Turned out it was a $3 fix and they even took that off the final bill and did not even charge us for any propane since there had been a leak. Great customer service, and a great experience from beginning to end renting with Collier RV. Can't wait for the next trip!. Due to the complexity and expense when buying an RV I wanted to wait a while to see if the dealership and their departments holdup to what they say. I am pleased to say that they have. From our sales person Teri, to the finance manager, to parts and service, everyone has been good to their word. We purchased a used Class A and although there were a couple of small things missed in the pre-delivery inspection (this inspection was done by a human and not a robot, so as I have yet to find a perfect human I'll allow for minor glitches) these were all addressed promptly and in one trip, while I waited. While I was there I talked to other customers who were purchasing, picking up, or in for service and all seemed to be quite pleased and usually if you hang out in a service waiting room you will at least one or two complaints. They have a fairly extensive inventory so a trip out to Collier should be a worthwhile venture. read more

My wife and I rented a Class C RV at Collier through Lori King. It was a great experience from all aspects. Lori helped me to clearly understand our rental options and costs (RV unit, add-ons, and mileage). She pointed out our obligation to return the unit properly filled up (gasoline, LP, and water) and clean (empty gray and black water - swept out and interior wiped down). We were also offered (and accepted) a brief review of how to drive the vehicle. On the day of rental pickup, Tom (extremely knowledgeable) walked us through the entire operation of the vehicle; his review was thorough and made operation of the RV during our trip relatively simple. We enjoyed a great trip with no problems. Our RV experience surpassed our expectations and we were able to return our RV with no problems. We will absolutely go back to Collier RV as we consider whether to purchase or rent our next RV. read more

I love my RV dealership.. Collier has been awesome from our outdoor adventure rep (sales guy) Scott, service, reception, owners and everyone else. Everyone there is super nice and they go out of there way to help you and they aren't pushy sales people like at a lot of other RV dealerships, this place truly has your best interest in mind and won't sell you something you don't need. The service area is also A+, we are out this weekend for our first trip of the year and our kitchen faucet broke so they sent one of their guys to the campground with a new faucet which is amazing. They also host 2 camping trips a year for their customers where they book everything for you and it is awesome to meet new people and just have a great weekend. Also for those of you who have had issues with the service area in the past they did clean house and replaced a lot of the problem people. read more

I'm a long time RV owner and just purchased my first unit from Collier RV. Collier's has been the absolute best experience I have every had from purchase to the service experience. Scott the salesman was transparent and communicative thru-out the buying process...and he gave me a great price on my dream unit! Upon taking delivery of my unit both John and Chris in service found a safety issue with the my fifth wheel hitch (whom another facility installed) and stayed well over an hour beyond the stores closing hours to correct the issue...so I could take delivery of my unit. I have worked in the luxury side of the service auto industry for 30 years and know what it takes to delivery exceptional service...these gentleman went above and beyond that! A group of us rented an RV for the weekend to go to the Indy 500. Collier and specifically Justin were exceptional to work with. Justin started off helping me identify the right RV for our group and provided information to help us plan our trip. Upon pickup of the vehicle Justin and team helped us get acquainted with the RV and we felt very comfortable after the walkthrough. We had an issue on the ride home that turned out to be a manufacturing issue but it did not interrupt our trip, Justin and Collier were quick to assist us through the issue. For my first-time experience of renting an RV to take my family on vacation, it couldn't have been any better than working with Collier. From the first email contact with Justin, the experience was positive and educational. He talked with me about the trip we were taking and the number of travelers going. It was then when he made recommendations on the best coaches to rent for our trip. When it came time to pick it up, we were given a detailed orientation on how to use the equipment on the coach. Great experience before, during and still after the sale. This is our first RV purchase. Did a ton of research before hand and almost gave up on the RV thing due to so many negative people and complaints about sales and service(and quality of motor homes). I've never driven anything large and I was very nervous. Lori, was so great! She assured me I would have no problems and I would have a great time and just Love it. I went by a few times just to sit in the seat and see if I could climb in and out. Each time Lori assured me I'd have no problems. Matt did my walk through and we drove around the block, twice. I felt comfortable and so did he. I was off. I had questions after I arrived at my campsite and sent Lori an email. She responded promptly to my concern. These guys helped us out a lot last year. We were traveling through on our way to Texas and had a problem with the axles on our fifth wheel. The Collier service guys got us in and ordered the necessary parts from the manufacturer. We were welcomed to stay on the property while it took a few days for a new axle to arrive and even could plug in and they ran us a hose so we would have water too. They seemed to go out of their way to help us even though we did not purchase our rig from them and it is not even a brand they represent. We were absolutely thrilled. read more

This has to be the most incompetent bunch of morons I have ever worked with. The sales staff was rude and insulting, not to mention completely ignorant to the products they are selling. The "towing expert" should be fired because he is absolutely clueless when it comes to towing anything. I bought a new Thor Chateau 22D from Collier RV and was very satisfied with the experience. David Mann was our salesperson and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. I do so much research before purchasing any vehicle that I usually know more about the vehicle than the salesperson, but in this case, David was able to rattle off specs, etc. off the top of his head. Every year I rent an RV from Collier RV center and use it for the Country Thunder music festival. I have never had a bad experience with them and I am surprised regarding all the negative reviews.
