was very disappointed with the quality of service. I brought in a suit for dry cleaning expecting it to be returned looking clean, pressed, and ready to wear. Instead, when I picked it up, the suit was extremely wrinkled and looked like it had not been properly pressed or finished at all. The whole purpose of paying for dry cleaning is to have clothing returned in better condition than when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. For the price charged and the expectations of professional garment care, I expected much better attention to detail. I would not recommend this dry cleaner based on my experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I brought a jacket to Top o'the Line which needed dry cleaning, a basic seam repair, and a zipper fixed. This jacket is a reversible jacket, and had a reversible zipper that was damaged. The zipper was the most important aspect of the repair, which I emphasized when dropping the jacket off initially. When I came to collect the jacket at the date printed on my receipt and verbally communicated to me by the lady at the counter, she did not remember the jacket and had to find it in the back, eventually communicating that she hadn't even sent it to dry cleaning yet, the first step. She assured me it would be ready for pickup the next week. When I returned that next week, the same thing happened. She had not even sent it to dry cleaning, let alone done any repairs. I returned today to collect it, and though the jacket had been dry cleaned, the seam had been repaired, and the zipper had been fixed, she had put on a non reversible zipper. Now I have to bring this to another tailor and pay more money to have a reversible zipper installed, after having wasted three weeks with this business. To be late on promised services is a problem the first time. To be late twice is unacceptable. To then fail to deliver quality service after making a customer wait an additional week and a half from the initial promised date is really baffling. Don't waste your money here. read more

Terrible customer service and prices seemed higher than other dry cleaners! I dropped off a suit here for the first time. when I went to pick it up the price increased by $9 from the price on the ticket. I told them I had a 3pc suit and for some reason they priced it as a 2pc suit on the ticket. When I brought this to their attention, the male staff started to yell at me and argue with me. He said the price did not change even when I showed him that the 2 tickets had different prices. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me that the price wasn't different and then said I guess you don't want your vest. They started to take my vest away as if they wouldn't give it back to me. The male owner said I have done this for 35 years and when this happens people just say oh I didn't know that and thank you. Then, the female owner said "I tried to call and you didn't answer" while proceeding to call my cell phone in the store. When I checked my cell phone I had no previous missed calls from that number. Neither one of them apologized at any point but continued to yell at me and make threats to take away my vest. All this from a business that prints "Jesus love you" on their receipts. I'm pretty sure if Jesus ran a dry cleaner he wouldn't yell at the customers. I explained to the male staff that I am a business owner and would never yell at a customer in this way especially when the mistake is with the business. And if a customer had an issue with the price, I would apologize and honor the original price that I quoted them. I explained to him and the female staff as well that a good business practice would be to check the garments at drop off in order to provide an accurate pricing so it doesn't change for the customer when they pick up. Still no apology and I just let them know that they lost a customer. If they would have apologized and took a moment to see my perspective in a calm way I would feel different. Please don't yell at a customer over something like this. I would avoid this place and find a different dry cleaner. read more

I DO NOT recommend this dry cleaning business at all! Their customer service is HORRIBLE and they're not accommodating of their mistakes! I took my daughter's jacket here for a cleaning and there were multiple stains on the jacket The lady offered no explanation and didn't want to take accountability or reimburse me for the cleaning/cost of the jacket. She didn't offer any resolution or apologize. Instead, she wanted to argue with me about how she's a Christian...Disappointed in the outcome of this situation and do not recommend this place at all. read more

I dropped off my clothes on Wednesday for a Saturday pickup. Went there at 8am when they were suppose to open to get my clothes before work. No one was there and did not open until 8:38am. Come to find out my clothes weren't there. The nice lady said her husband would bring them in the next five minutes. Around 9am my clothes finally arrived and they are all cardboard levels of dry. I'm sure other people like that, not me. I gave them a sky blue silk shirt that came back noticeably lighter and no longer had the same texture. Only speaking for me, but this was horrible service. Can't say enough about this dry cleaners! The dry cleaning quality is always amazing and the lady at the front is always doing the alterations so I know that the quality of my tailored suits and pants are always consistent. I have recommended many a bride and prom go or to get their dresses done. Because there is only one person doing the alterations though, you have to go in pretty early on to get your alterations done in time, but trust me it's worth it! The service there has to be the icing on the cake because I always feel so welcome. Also, it is a family owned business and so I'm always looking to help a local business out. read more
