It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

There was some internal damage that we couldn't see but Armen fixed them with no additional charge. They also washed the car and was in the process of applying the tire dressing when we arrived to pick up the car. It looked better than before and we are overjoy with the amazing work they did. I still don't think they really understand the extent of the inconvenience and stress caused by their complete lack of care in "repairing" my car. They now want the horrible door they put on my car to be returned to them when it is replaced by a proper one. THE NERVE! I have no idea when I will even be able to take care of getting my car repaired - AGAIN! They already had my car for a month - now I'm supposed to immediately bring it in SOMEWHERE ELSE to get it properly repaired - at my own expense for the rental and at a cost that is MORE than the refund - so that I can give them back the door so they can return it and get THEIR refund for that??? Seriously - they should have thought about all these things before causing me the misery I am still experiencing, considering I have to go through it all again... I find more issues with it daily - the entire INTERIOR of the door was left totally UNPAINTED (and was disgustingly filthy, I discovered in the right light)! AND IT IS THE WRONG COLOR AND DENTED!!!! And the weather stripping is holding on by a mere thread - AND the "new" paint keeps CHIPPING! It's like when you get your hair done and they totally botch it. They will just say, "come back - I'll fix it!" whereas a) that takes YOUR time b) it's usually going to completely damage it if anything chemical was done to it and c) it's traumatizing! Vendors: It's not THAT simple! DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! This is the same on a bigger scale. Just because I got SOME money back doesn't mean that all is OK! YOU, the shop, are finished with it - I STILL have to deal with it! AND getting this refund was another MANY days of nightmarish delays, discussions, and STRESS!
