STAY AWAY. You'd be nuts to go here. Unreliable, dishonest, extremely rude. There has been massive staff turn over at the shop in spring 2017, and the place is in total chaos. The previously absentee owners are now trying to run the place - and they obviously have no clue whatsoever about how to run a business. Despite repeated claims that car would be ready in a few days, it ended up in the shop for 28 days for a $2,600 minor repair. read more

Three strikes and you are out! My well established insurance agency had referred three people to this shop recently and each one of them has had a less than satisfactory experience. Poor workmanship, poor communication if any, broken promises on when the vehicle would be complete, incomplete work and lack of quality control are just a few of the issues. I called no fewer than six times to relate these issues to the owner and each time I phoned back when I was told to reach Robert the owner, he was not there. This is a sad story of a shop that was once good, but is now to be avoided. They lie, often will not answer their phone, change office staff almost daily. Our car was there for ten weeks of hell. The only way to see if the car was even there or stored somewhere was to physically visit the car which more often than not had no one working on it. Insisted that we pay with a cashier's check. Wise move or we would have deducted the $500 we had to pay for a rental car which should not have been needed. read more

I took my 2009 Porsche Cayman S to Collision Rebuilders to have the bumpers and rear spoiler painted. They ran weeks behind and after several promises to complete the job, they finally got it done but, unfortunately, the paint color was mismatched. I contacted the shop a total of five times to get this resolved and all I got was the same promise to "get back to me". They refuse to return phone calls and when I visit the shop Mike just says that he needs to talk to the painter and he will "get back to me". He never did in spite of knowing my name, address, e mail and phone number. I even told him I was willing to pay more if he could repaint it correctly, all to no avail. Their work is crap, customer service is worse and they don't bother to back anything. read more

Avoid this business. We were sent here by our insurance company after our car was hit. These people were very difficult to work with. They took 2 months to fix our car after saying it would be 2-3 weeks. Communication was spotty. Ok, that happens. It also happened to cost almost twice what they they told our insurance company it would cost. And they forgot to fix the tail light, a windshield wiper, and a few other small things. After 2 months. Ok. In the middle of that period though they had us exchange our rental car for another. They apologized for how long the fix was taking and said they would be taking care of this rental, but in order to pay for it they had to have us switch. So, They got the car for us. 2 months later, we got a bill from Hertz asking for payment. When we called Collision Rebuilders, they alternated between laughing in our face and aggressively dismissing their responsibility. Every 5 minutes, they made up another story about what happened and why they weren't going to pay. "Oh, that manager left. He wasn't authorized to get you a rental car, not our problem" They left it with "why would you ever think we'd pay for your rental?" Uh... because you said you would and you got the car. We're left holding the bag for $1000 in rental charges. They are a total disgrace, I hope you never have to find out first hand. All of the previous negative reviews sound just like our experience. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of being in my parked car and having someone run into my back bumper while I was sitting there. I took my car to the BMW Collision Center and they were booked out for months. I called Collision Rebuilders who is right next to my work location, and they told me I could bring my car in anytime. They ordered the parts, and when I dropped off my car on Thursday, I was put into a rental car by my insurance company... To my surprise, my car was finished by Tuesday of the next week! There was no underlying damage, so my bumper damage was fixed and I was back in my car ASAP. Todd was extremely kind and patient with a bit of back and forth we got from State Farm Insurance. Still, he was confident he could help and his diligence and care was definitely noted. My car is cleaner and more polished than I ever remember, and that was just the final touch after having my car fixed quickly and efficiently. I trust Collision Rebuilders to fix my BMW, and they have kindly fixed a Subaru I owned in the past. I have no doubt that if I need auto body services in the future, Collision Rebuilders will be the first people I call! read more

They did repairs that greatly exceeded the estimate without any authorization. We had a bid for my son's car of about $930 for bumper damage. I checked with insurance and decided it would be best to not file a claim and pay cash so when we dropped off the car we said we would be paying cash for the repair as estimated. When we went back to pick up the car, the bill was a little over $4200 and we couldn't get the car back without paying the full amount! They said that they tried to get a hold of my son, but couldn't so they assumed that insurance was paying for it since they had the insurance information, yet they had requested this info when we had the estimate done (and they didn't call them either for authorization). They should have stopped all work until authorization was received. Fortunately, after several sleepless nights, my car insurance, Safeco, came through and paid me back minus my deductible, but I would never have my car fixed here again. read more
